Ep. 101 Joshua Franklin's
Wangi and Zahara ran back to the Hospital and headed straight for the ER room. On arrival there was Doctor Gibran who was assisted by Doctor Lukman and two nurses who helped deal with Ali's patients.
"What happened Doc?" Ask Zahara after he gets there.
"The patient suddenly spasms and secretes foam, his stomach also swells. Fortunately the shock had been overcome but it seemed like something was wrong with his stomach. We're gonna do the X-ray right now. Please prepare the tools, sus." Doctor Gibran said and told Sister Myta who at that time was helping him.
"Okay Doc, I'll get you ready soon." Answer sister Myta who then rushed to the X-ray room to notify the staff who were there.
"How can his stomach swell like this? Is it because of the persecution she endured?" Tanya Fragrance.
"It could be, but more certainly after we find out the X-ray results came out." Answer Doctor Gibran.
"We'd better take it to the X-ray room now Doc." Lukman.
"Yes, please take the patient to the X-ray room." Doctor Gibran asked the male nurse who was there.
"I'll help push." Lukman said the nurse was pushing the patient's bed gurney into the X-ray room.
"Hopefully no serious problems happened after this." Fragrant whispers to Zahara after seeing Ali's gurney out of the ER room along with Doctors Gibran and Lukman.
"Yes, hopefully." Sahut Zahara's.
After waiting for approximately thirty minutes, the patient was again taken out of the X-ray and returned to the ER room.
"How did it go?" Zahara asked when she saw Doctor Lukman coming out of the X-ray room after the patient.
"The two of you were told to go in by Doctor Gibran, we'll talk about it inside and soon the other Doctor will come too." Lukman.
"There's something so serious about the patient that we have to have an emergency meeting like this?" Tanya Fragrant was so curious and a little anxious.
"Therefore Doctor Gibran will be clear inside after the others come. Just wait inside." Said Lukman who was reluctant to answer the curiosity of his two colleagues.
Unwilling to argue with Lukman, Wangi and Zahara chose to go into the X-ray room and listen to the explanation from Doctor Gibran. Then it was not long before Elias, Doctor Rio and the Estuary Physician came to join them.
"It looks like everything's coming, I'll just go right ahead." Doctor Gibran said to open the meeting.
"A while ago the patient I was treating had convulsions. For information, this patient was seriously injured after experiencing abuse and in his blood there were narcotic substances. It is certain if this patient is a drug user or the like but fortunately the use is not too large. Then when having a seizure was found there was also a swelling in the left upper abdomen. Initial allegations may be due to the effects of mistreatment that occurred in patients because of the many bruises found all over his body including the stomach. Because we did not want to guess we did X-rays on patients and the results were unexpected. We found a foreign object in his body, I don't know what it is because of its size is quite large. And that is likely what causes the condition of patients who suddenly spasm with the body part of the abdomen that swells. You guys can see this. This is the X-ray." Doctor Gibran explained in detail by showing the X-ray results.
"That's pretty big, what's that about?" Asked Doctor Rio who was observing the X-ray photos that were on his front monitor.
"I guess... The word big is not suitable for use, rather a lot." Elias said with eyes that also stared intently at the monitor X-ray of the patient Ali.
"Much?" Fragrant asked as she squinted her eyes at Elias.
"Please magnify the picture." Pinta Elias and Doctor Gibran magnified the image on the monitor.
"You can see if it doesn't coagulate completely into one, but it's tenuous at a narrow distance so if we don't look at it carefully it looks like one big thing." Elias said as he pointed towards the monitor.

"Then we're going to have surgery soon, because Rio and I are just general practitioners so we need a surgeon here. Between Doctor Lukman, Doctor Zahara, Doctor Elias and also Doctor Fragrance who is willing to do it?" Ask Dr. Gibran.
"Because who is more senior than me or Doctor Luman, I think Doctor Zahara and Doctor Elias are more worthy to do so." Fragrance Words.
"I agree." Sahut Lukman.
"Both we'll both do it but I have Doctor Fragrance and Doctor Lukman also come as assistants, this can also add to the experience of new surgeons like you and plus two nurses is enough." Elias.
"Good Doc." Fragrance and Lukman answered almost simultaneously.
"Then I will prepare the anesthesia in the operating room I will ask the nurse to prepare the operating room." Said Dr. Muara as anastesia doctor.

And finally they all went to do their own work. After checking the patient's health, a team of doctors led by Zahara entered the operating room.
Meanwhile, at the same time, Galih and Romero were in the Commander's room.
"Why didn't you guys report it from the beginning?" Ask the Commander to Galih and Romero.
