Part 30Honesty Michael

Eveline was picked up by Faero. Along the way Eveline just silently thought about Lavina's words. He couldn't have been in Clarissa's position. Hearing the story alone had scared Eveline. Not afraid of pain but afraid that Jennie would come back to see Clarissa at any time.

Seeing his wife contemplating, Faero rebuked by calling out to her. "Darling why are you?" faero asked who had been watching Eveline ever since.

"Eh.en-no pa-pa kok." replied Eveline nervously.

"Seriously? You're not lying to me right" Faero said, from Eveline's face alone it looks different.

"Son pa-pa my dear.hm we eat first yuk I'm hungry" she said turning her attention so that her husband did not ask much more.

"Okee.." Faero answered briefly.

He drove his car to a nearby restaurant. After that Faero parked his car and invited Eveline to go inside.

They chose a table close to the window. After ordering, they waited while chatting. Soon their orders came.

"Please ladies and gentlemen" said the writer.

"Thank you" replied Eveline kindly.

Just as Eveline was about to take her drink, she accidentally saw the person she hated so much. He must have seen the guy back. And it turns out he was the one.

"Jennie..!!" eveline murmured in his heart.

"It's a shame to daydream, see what the hell" Faero followed Eveline's eyes.

Eveline quickly cupped Faero's face so as not to look at Jennie. She was afraid that her husband would recognize Jennie. Even though the incident has been happening for a long time but it could be that her husband can still replace it.

"No one, let's eat again and then we go home" Eveline smiled.

Faero felt strange about his wife's attitude. But he did not want to bother, he continued eating with Eveline. After eating they went home but Faero occasionally looked at the look on his wife's face. There were only two women but Faero did not see her face because she was behind him and one was looking down like she was taking something.

Arriving at Faero's house immediately took Eveline to the room. Eveline prepared warm water for her husband to take a bath and prepared a change of clothes that he put on the bed.

📲 "I'm happy, brother don't worry yes" he calmed Faero down so as not to worry about him.

📱" All right, meet brother tomorrow at home. Papa same mom is still out of town so you're here tomorrow well brother wait"

📲 "Yes, brother, if so I have already come my husband" said Clarissa who was asserted by Faero.

The phone terminated and Faero breathed a rough breath. Though it was clear that Clarissa was not all right but she insisted to keep smiling in front of her.

Kendrick entered the elevator to his room.

The elevator doors opened and Kendrick walked towards the room. When the door wants to be opened, be with Clarissa who opens the door so that their gazes meet each other.

Without a second thought Clarissa took the bag her husband had brought and carried it into the room. When it was inside, Clarissa intended to ask about the photo out of nowhere as long as it was sent for her.

But it seems that her husband's mood is not good, so it makes Clari undo her intentions. He went downstairs and met Michael by accident.

"Loh Michael, we're not going home" asked Clarissa who saw Michael about to walk into Kendrick's study.

"Ohh yes already if so....why did Kendrick already know?" ask Clarissa again.

"Well, if he doesn't know where I might be here right now" Michael laughed softly.

"Yes too. Then I'll just stay behind"

"OK" Michael replies, and he walks into Kendrick's room after getting permission from Ken.

Clarissa was no longer awkward to call Michael by his name. Because she knew that Michael was her husband's best friend. Sometimes Michael stays at their house if there is a lot of work or urgent that must be done.

But Clarissa hasn't recognized Michael if they've been to one school.

At the dinner table, there were all kinds of food. Of course Clarissa who prepared assisted by Lavina earlier. It just so happened that Lavina wanted to learn cooking as well. Clarissa happily taught Lavina to cook.

Clarissa was about to call her husband, but it turned out that Kendrick had gone down first. With Michael just out of Kendrick's room.

They sat together at the dining table. Clarissa got rice for her husband and some side dishes there that Ken liked. Then it was her turn to take the rice for herself.

Michael had noticed Kendrick who was very indifferent to Clarissa. Even when Clari served him so well. It was as if Clarissa really was not his wife. As for Lavina, she speaks a thousand languages.

Finish eating Lavina directly to the room first. I don't know how sick it feels to see his own brother.

"Not so, I just don't want you to always interfere in my household affairs" Kendrick said.

"That's a sign I still care about you and the girl you always hurt, your wife" Michael said.

"Kc....Shut up I'm lazy to argue with you just because of him. After all you yourself also know that this marriage is not my desire" said Kendrick lightly to make Michael ride apitam.

"Ohh so you blame Clarissa for this marriage by venting every day at her. Hey remember Ken, who came to Clari first and who made trouble first? Remember Kendrick, you're the one who made this happen. I warned you not to get in touch with that cheap woman, but you didn't listen to me" Michael was furious this time with Kendrick, because he always blamed Clarissa for everything that happened.

"I know you don't like Clarissa because of her physique either. Eeh Ken remembers that you love a woman only because of her physique, don't expect you to find a partner who is loyal and truly loves you. It was all just a dream" Michael warned.

"That's Chel, you care a lot about him. Brother is not, husband is not, brother is not..Silent is I want to go to the room" said Kendrick dizzy to hear Michael's babble that is considered to disturb his ears.

"But I love him." said Michael full of confidence, immediately Kendrick stopped his footsteps to come out and turned toward Michael.

"If you don't want to be in a relationship with Clarissa, let her go. Let me be happy" Michael said in front of Kendrick, who still does not believe what Michael said just now.

"So you said, love Clarissa? She's married and you dare reveal it to me?"

"Then why? Problems you? You never made Clari happy, every day you made her cry. You tortured him Ken!!" angry Michael.

"What the hell did you see of him, until you could love him......Which man wants to be like him" Kendrick murmured.

"I love Clarissa sincerely, for I accept her advantages and disadvantages. Every lack of him is meaningless to me, people love it not from the physical but the heart. If you just look at it from the looks of it, it's the same as your ex-grandmother's drop by" said Michael who was really sincere.

Kendrick this time just silent not responding to Michael's words. He sat back on the couch and thought back to Michael.

"I'll take him away from you, don't blame me if he's more comfortable with me and leaves you. Now I want to stop working with you, because I want to take care of papa's company" Michael said confidently.

Michael came out of Kendrick's room with a roaring heart. He was very disappointed with Kendrick. Though he wanted Clarissa but couldn't get it. While Ken, easily has Clarissa but instead treats her arbitrarily.
