The Flasback On Clarissa.

Clarissa just got out of the car and went into the office. Because the receptionist already knew that Clarissa was the boss' husband, he did not ask anything and just smiled.

Sata is about to enter the elevator Clarissa cross paths with Michael who also wants to go upstairs. Michael had a frightened face. He was afraid that Clarissa would misunderstand if she saw another woman in Ken's room. So he took the initiative to tell Clarissa everything.

"Sorry miss, Mr. Ken's room was Jennie's sister. He came here to see Mr. Ken. I don't know what the conversation is, if from the movements he must want to ask Mr. Ken back to his sister." said Michael spoke at length.

"Jennie's sister? Doesn't he have no brothers?" ask Clarissa to make sure.

"Jennie has a half-sister who has been living abroad because of continuing her S2. They are fellow fathers but different mothers. Mama Lanni died giving birth to her. And one later Papa Lanni married Jennie's mom. Until Lanni was two years old, it was the wife of Mr. Mahendrah pregnant Jennie" explained Michael in detail.

"Do you know everything?" ask Clarissa astonished.

"Karna Mr. Ken always tells me stories. Didn't Mr Ken say that I was his best friend not just an assistant and a secretary?" ask Michael.

"No, Mas Ken never said that. Why was he left alone with my husband inside"

"Sorry miss, because Mr. Kendrick told me to come out. Hmm be careful lady with that woman because she is as cunning as her sister. Don't be easily provoked by him later" Michael tried to warn Clarissa not to be provoked.

"Just calm down I'm not that type of person" Clarissa replied casually.

The elevator doors opened, they stepped together into Kendrick's room. Clarissa listened for a moment to their conversation. Because Ken's voice was clearly heard so that when Clarissa put her earlobes on the door could be heard.

When Ken's voice was no longer heard. Clarissa opened the doorknob slightly and saw Lanni trying to tease her husband. But Clari knows that Kendrick always dodges. And the unexpected in front of Clarissa's eyes made her open the door hard.

Michael won't interfere and chooses to stay out the door. He listened behind the wall and prayed that there would be no world war. But Clarissa's reaction took him by surprise and widened her gaze. He felt satisfied as two slaps landed on Lanni's cheek.

Outside Michael laughed off seeing Lanni holding her cheek because of a loud hammer from Clarissa. He knew that his lady would not be young affected by the atmosphere or circumstances and sedition.

The Danata family owned company. Faero just finished a meeting with his colleagues. Throughout the meeting, her mind was on Eveline. His words the other day swirled in Faero's head.

He was frustrated to the point of being in work. He kept thinking who had managed to capture Eveline's heart other than him. But I found no answer at all.

"He was handsome, dashing, firm, and fierce but was originally good. He can always make me happy with his tirade. Her sweetness made my heart like her"

"Arrgh!!.Why not from the first I admit it. I'm late to realize my own feelings." Faero screamed desperately while ruffling his hair and kicking his chair.

"Theo.." call Faero who sees Theo about to enter the elevator.

"Where are my car keys?" faero Pinta.

"Master wants to go where I'm going" Theo replied politely.

"No need, you're in the office.Where the car keys I don't have a short time" Faero forced Theo to hand over the keys to his car which Theo always carried.

Theo handed over the car keys. Faero immediately entered the elevator and pressed the bottom floor button.

Lanni kept cursing all the way. He groaned in pain when he saw both his red cheeks and the corners of his lips were slightly torn because of the slap from Clarissa.

He continued to mutter annoyed at Clarissa's reaction which he thought was bar-bar. He entered the house with a face of anger. When it was inside he immediately complained to his father about the incident earlier.

It just so happened that Mahendrah was at home. He was very surprised to see his daughters cheeks flushed. He immediately stood up from his seat which was currently in the middle room. Mahendra is most in a fit of rage when Lanni tells him the cause of the incident. But Lanni didn't tell me everything honestly.

Raina who had just descended the stairs immediately approached Lanni. He was also shocked to see Lanni's cheek. Soon Raina asks the waiter to get her a box of P3K and warm water.

Raina received it and then compressed the bruise on Lanni's cheek with warm water slowly. Lanni groaned in pain. "Please be a little more"

"Let me alone ma" Lanni patted her own cheek.

"He should be taught a lesson. How dare he slap you, what right does he have? Ck kampung women do not know the manners. Take it easy dear papa will give him a valuable lesson" said Mahendra while stroking Lanni's hair.

Lanni nodded then decided to go to her room to rest. The pain of his cheeks was nothing compared to the shame he received when he left the office. All the employees seemed to mock him and considered Lanni a cheap woman to beg for love.
