Chapters 19. Dinner at Lucia's

Andrian woke up feeling light. The feeling of happiness really filled his mind.

Sunday is his day off. Andrian already had many different kinds of plans in mind.

Andrian planned to buy a lot of stuff the next day. The feeling of having money does make people happy especially if the money we can get without hard work which means getting money easily.

Not without hard work, errat, because Andrian also did the hard work and luck that accompanied Andrian seems to still be going on.

With a burning spirit, Andrian headed to his workplace. The feeling of happiness also always surrounds him at work. The days went on quickly without feeling. Andrian finished the day's routine well.

"Andrian, will there be time? Lucas invited you to dinner" Lucia told Andrian.

Andrian weighed in for a moment before deciding to fulfill Lucas' invitation.

Every day he always comes out after work but that's okay, because Andrian is at home also there is no one waiting for him. Unless he already has a wife.

There was no time to show five o'clock in the afternoon which meant it was time to go home. Andrian and Lucia drive to Lucia's house.

There Andrian meets Lucas and says, "good night, Lucas, happy

you invited me to dinner today,"

"Together, Andrian, this is a reply to last week's dinner invitation"

"Don't be like that, Lucia I've considered my best friend,"

"It's not like Andrian, Lucia is your best friend" Lucas said.

"Yes right, I'm sorry if I said something wrong!"

"You know, if I leave Lucas here, yeah, Andrian, I'll make you dinner." Lucia moved from her seat.

Lucia prepares dinner and serves it to the table. The dinner was prepared by the waiter at Lucas' house.

Lucas invites Andrian to go to the dinner table because the food has been prepared by Lucia.

Lucas's own parents had already gone out for dinner together.

Actually it doesn't matter if Lucas' parents have dinner with them but Lucas' own parents feel that they don't want to interfere with the youth show. So the three of them ate just three dinners at Lucas' house.

Various dishes of meat chicken and fish filled the dining room table of Lucas' house.

"It's a really good meal" Andrian told Lucas and Lucia.

"Thank you for inviting me here, I was pretty good at getting a free dinner today, saving me on food

night," said Andrian now low.

"Oh, Lucas, now Andrian is rich" said Lucia.

"Joking, Lucas,!" said Andrian

"Why should I joke?" ask Lucas.

"You're rich, why do you want to be rich again?" ask Andrian

"You can't put our various money in one investment, so put money on various kinds of investments then no need to worry if for example one investment falls there are still other investments," lucas told Andrian.

"That's what I've been doing all this time, Andrian, so I've always put my money in various investment baskets."

"At least I won't suffer much loss if for example one is downhill then there are other baskets like that" Lucas said at length.

"Okay, well I'll learn more about investment lessons. Can I learn from you, Lucas?ask Andrian to Lucas.

"Of course, please I'll be happy to teach you" Lucas said.

"Later we will discuss about this investment issue, please eat," said Lucia.

Andrian took fish, squid, and also

crispy chicken and pickles then there are flour-clad shrimp cooked through a special recipe by the Lucas family.

After they finished eating they gathered in the living room while drinking

cold drink. Lucas offers all the beers that Andrian refuses.

"Sorry Lucas, I don't drink booze you know I'll drive home alone, I don't want to drink." Andrian looked at Lucas with an apologetic look.

"If cigarettes?" ask Lucas.

"It's only one or two, but I rarely smoke" Andrian said.

"The criteria of all good lads is in Andrian, Lucas, you're going to have a hard time beating him!" lucia said as she approached those who were sitting in the living room.

Andrian turned his head towards Lucia and smiled awkwardly.

"It's not like that, Lucia, you know my financial situation, rather than being made for such things, it's better to be made to eat, but it's just my principle and my opinion, Lucia,

and Lucas. Don't make it a benchmark!" Andrian said again.

Seeing Lucas holding a liquor bottle and a cigarette made Andrian hesitate because he had issued such words.

"No problem, Andrian, I respect everyone's opinion, I'm like this, usually after dinner drinking a glass and smoking. Like I have to imitate you, Andrian, thank you for.input it!" lucas said that dispels the doubts in Andrian.

"Here, please eat the snacks!" lucia said while bringing some homemade cakes and also coffee for Andrian. At the very least, coffee reduces Andrian's drowsiness, so later you can focus on driving.
