Chapter 3 - The Dead of Suri

If you escaped death, then got the chance to live once more, what would you do?

The sun is straight above the head. The hole, which was to be used to bury the body of the steward, has been closed again by the grave diggers.

"Then you have to help me push this wheelchair. Poor Johan from earlier pushed my wheelchair. Let him go home and rest, and take your parents home. You just take my car keys with Johan. Let's just drive later. Johan and your parents just got in Joko's car" Zulfikar said.

Johan also handed over the car keys to the flight attendant, then invited the two parents to go home.

"Mom and Dad don't worry. I have something to talk to Zulfikar about. The day has begun at night, you go home first," said Pramuja.

The steward pushed the Zulfikar wheelchair onto an empty bench in the waiting room. The man sat on that bench.

"Our mission has failed. I intend to correct this mistake," insisted the servant.

"You better rest. Our superiors must not approve of you being on a mission for now" advised Zulfikar.

"I feel given another chance to make amends. I really hope to return to the mission with you," said Pramuja sure.

"Alright, if you insist. But wait for my condition to recover first. I also miss going on a mission with you again" said Zulfikar.

The steward smiled with satisfaction. Zulfiqar was a loyal friend whom he considered to be his own brother. He has had many missions together. Even a very difficult mission, to have to risk their lives.

The steward pushes Zulfikar's wheelchair down the hospital hallway looking deserted. He felt many eyes watching him. The feathers immediately bristled. He could sense the presence of other creatures around him.
