DEAD
Section 24

“Well, now it's just the two of us. You can tell me what really happened the same lo.”

Arsya, Rena and Daffa have left Dara's house. Marvin decided to stay. There was still something he wanted to ask the girl. Dara said that she fell down the stairs because she slipped, but Marvin felt that what happened was not so.

From childhood he was friends with Dara. He knows well the nature of the girl who sometimes lies to make people around her not worry. Marvin felt that this time Dara did that again, lying.

“Udah I said that I fell it just because of a slip. Ngeyel really so people.”

“Yes already, lost you still do not want to tell a story, I asked directly with Grandpa Han.”

At that time Grandpa Dara came out of his room. Marvin stood up from his seat and went straight to the man.

Hanif Purnama was not a quiet person, nor was he a talkative person. But he prefers to hear rather than tell stories, although in fact he has been telling more stories than hearing from people.

Steady with medium height. His eyes were sharp, with thick eyebrows that were as white as his short hair. Although his hair was all white, Hanif sometimes still acted like a man younger than his current age and was friendly to young people. That's why Marvin doesn't hesitate to talk to Hanif.

“Grandfather Han, don't follow a lie as well as like Dara. Dara didn't fall off the stairs because of a slip, ‘kan?”

Hanif frowned his already wrinkled forehead, then sighed deeply.

“Marvin, did you know that Dara lied?”

“That's. Marvin's not a kid anymore, Cake. What I think is really obvious is that Dara is lying again. There must be something. Yes ‘kan, Ra?”

Dara just put her shoulders together, choosing to be indifferent.

“If you want to know directly ask Dara only, let him tell.”

After saying that, Hanif directly walked into the kitchen. Leaving Marvin who is now grinning at Dara.

“Gue said what too. You're lying, Ra. Now tell me what happened. Why did you fall down the stairs?”

“Kok can Dara fall from the stairs?” asked Rana who was cooking for dinner at the time. Rena helped her and Daffa sat down to see the two of them cooking.

“Kepeleset, Brother. But thankfully not bad, anyway. Not until like Daffa who broke his leg, Dara just sprained. She was in the wheelchair of her late grandmother because of her grandfather who told her to.”

“Poor, yeah. You be careful, Na. Don't get to that either.”

“Iya, Brother. I was also surprised because Dara said just wanted to go home shower together change clothes doang, but it did not come again. Turns out it fell off the stairs.”

“By the way about Arsya, you don't feel that she has something like that to you?”

“Means?”

“Ya. The time you didn't realize, anyway. He seems to be deliberately interested in your attention.”

Rena surprised. Looking at her brother with a look of disbelief. Didn't expect her brother to say such a thing.

“I don't feel that way, really. Arsya like to deliberately want the same decoction of Daffa because of the memory of his sister who died one year ago.”

“He said so to you?”

Rena nodded.

“Yes he said so to you,” continued Rana again. “Maybe he will speak frankly if you want to sneak you again. Your brother-in-law also used to be so, he said he wanted to be close because of other things, know-how because he likes. But it's okay, anyway. If you see Arsya is a good boy.”

“Nah ‘kan. Don't tell me you're starting to like him too.”

Rena looked down, her face must be red right now. He did start to like Arsya, but of course embarrassed if his feelings were raised like that.

“Kak Rana fuck, anyway. Just know how many days, time immediately like it. Everything needs a process.”

“Yee, if you like it, do not use all processes. There are people who like to see it immediately. For example, your sister-in-law, tuh. He said he liked it at first sight. Later establish a new relationship needs a process.”

“That's Kak Yudha, doang. If I ‘kan need the process first then can like the same people. Does Kak Rana really like Yudha? There must be a process first. Everything ‘kan need process, including feeling also.”

“You said it like an expert on feeling problems aja.”

Rena moved her lips, trying to act so as to cover up her true feelings. While Rana just laughed, then looked towards Daffa who was sitting facing the door. The boy was playing the spoon when his face turned happy and shouted.

“Papa go home!”

Rana and Rena reflexively turned to the door. Yudha came up from there with a tired face.

“Come home late?” rana said while giving a sweet smile to her husband.

“The office is busy. I think after this will often return home late,” Yudha replied after kissing her son.

“Ya. Change clothes first, run out of it shower, just get down here.”

Yudha nodded, then turned to Rena. “Oh yes, your friend came, but how is his attitude strange, Na?”

“Friends?” Rena turned to Rana, then returned to Yudha. “Which friend is well, Brother? From earlier Rena in the kitchen with Kak Rana and no friends Rena come.”

“Loh, there was, really. He just got out of the house that's when I came.”

“Hah? What kind of a girl, sister?”

“Chick, long hair. Her clothes are weird, anyway. Like those old clothes. Because remember Dara makeup, I think that your friend is unique.”

“But Rena has no friends like that. Here, Rena's friends are only three, the only girl is Dara, doang. No one on campus knows this house either. Did he say he was Rena's friend?”

Yudha looked confused. “I was able to ask who he was, he said he was your friend. After that go straight outside the house.”

“Lo serious, Ra?” Marvin. Surprised to hear Dara's story of what had happened.

That day, when he and Arsya from Rena's house, Marvin was the one who immediately told Dara that the haunted house in their housing had been occupied and they knew one of its residents. Dara who had been obsessed, immediately forced Marvin to invite him to meet with Rena.

At first Marvin thought that Dara only wanted to know the people who lived in the house, without any other intention. Turns out Dara's been doing things out of Marvin's mind. He does not guess that Dara intends to help Rena get rid of all the ghosts that are there.

“Without, what's crazy? The house has been haunted for years. The ones who are waiting are also bejibun. Do you want to evict them? It's not easy, Ra. See now, you just spend the night there a day already bullied like this, especially if you want to ngusir them? No need to, Ra. Stop now before it gets worse.”

Dara looked at Marvin with a dislike view. “So you want Rena to be with her family to be bullied until they move? After that the house is empty again, is it?”

“Yah .. not really, but what else? The house is already haunted.”

“As far as lo, Vin. But I'm sure I want to help Rena.”
