It was almost dark, Serena was still waiting for Van who had not returned. It was obvious the look of worry on the girl's pretty face.
Did he leave? Is he not coming back?
Serena was still sitting alone on the old chair in her garden, her eyes not separated from the dense forest that was behind there.
Serena got up and went back inside her house, the girl decided to cook the food because her stomach was also hungry.
Quiet, only the sound of the twang of the spoon and fork rubbing against the plate was heard. Serena devoured her food in silence.
"It hasn't been this long...." Sluggishly.
He looked at the back door that was still open, it was dark outside but the girl kept the door open.
Why am I thinking about it? After all, he is a nobody, leaving as he pleases is also up to him, right?
That night she decided to go to bed early, although Serena eventually woke up frustrated by not being able to sleep. He returned to the back garden of his house to check the attic where Van lived many times. But Van did not return, all he found was an empty room with the remnants of Van traces left behind.
"Are you really gone...." Sluggishly.
Serena sat alone facing the large glass window in the attic, the bright moonlight hitting her face. Somehow he felt strange, he did not like this silence. He was used to solitude. But this time, he hated it.
"Where is that kid? Why go without saying goodbye to me first?!" Upset Serena, clearly disappointed in her eyes, "when I had taught her how to leave if she wanted to go anywhere," she said slowly.
Why am I waiting for him like this?
Serena sat pensively hugging both her legs.
That night she continued to wait there, and Serena fell asleep in the attic because she could not bear the sleepiness.

"Huh, nighttime travel is more fun" said a man leaning his head against a car window.
The black car drove on a dark street at night, along the road he was walking through was just a row of evergreen trees growing towered.
Louis opened his phone, he wanted to type a few words and send them to someone's number. But now the man had abandoned his intentions.
"I miss my girl, it seems like it would be better if I made a surprise~" she muttered, the two corners of her lips raised to form a sweet smile.
*****
Serena woke up, the sunlight that hit her face from the glass window making the girl out of her dreamland. He opened his eyes many times.
The attic? Why am I sleeping here?
The girl was still collecting the remains of her life.
A few seconds later he immediately rose to his feet with a stagger, his eyes sweeping across the room. Silent, a moment later he again lowered his head in lethargy.
"He didn't come back...." Lirih Serena's.
He came down, his steps were shaken like a man who lost his spirit. However, Serena could not lie if she felt a little sad.
Forest....
Serena's steps came to a halt, she stared at the dense forest that was behind her garden.
"I have to find the boy...." He muttered as he hurriedly opened the back door.
Just now that the door was open, Serena silently looked at what was inside her house.
"You...." The girl stood stiffly with a facial expression like a person who had just seen a ghost.
"Flower, you awake?"
Van smiled sweetly while wearing an apron and holding a spatula in his hand. The fragrant aroma of charred food was pouring out in the kitchen, some scorched omelet and shapeless sausage arranged in a mess on the plate.
"Y-you...," Serena stepped forward slowly towards Van, "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?! WHY LEAVE WITHOUT SHOWING OFF TO ME!!!" Shouted Serena.
Her hand pulled hard on the collar of the shirt worn by Van until the man staggered, Serena kept hitting Van's chest nonstop. But it was only for a moment, a moment later he fell silent again and looked down.
The net began to runny, the clear liquid was now sliding rapidly soaked his smooth cheeks. Those beautiful clear eyes were now moistened by a puddle of tears.
"I hate people who always leave without saying goodbye...." Slowly flowed.
Although it did not make a sound, from the vibration of her shoulders it was clear if the girl was holding back the sobbing.
Van was silent, he looked at Serena with a confused look on his face. But slowly the man approached Serena who was looking down.
One pull, it pulled Serena into his arms. His hands slapped the girl's back.
"Flower, don't cry.., sorry...." Lirih Van's.
Serena who was suddenly in a warm embrace Van's burly body was silent for a while, just a few seconds before her cries broke. Now that she could not stand it, Serena actually cried in the arms of the man.
Long enough they were in such a position that Serena finally stopped crying, she released herself from Van's embrace with a clumsy and puffy face.
"Why are you hugging me like that?!" Upset Serena, her hands were busy cleaning up the remaining tears on her face.
"It's comforting," answered Van plainly, "in the book, he says being hugged while crying will make it better," added the man again.
Serena stared at Van with eyes of disbelief, "whether that book you read, it seems I should pay attention to every book I give you." Flat reply.
Serena grunted angrily, now her eyes were turned aside on the scorched omelet and the shapeless sausage on the plate on the dining table.
"You disappeared all night and then came back and smashed my kitchen," Serena advanced towards Van who was staring at her innocently, "you're really a bad boy." His fingers tugged Van's ears until the man grimaced.
Van retreated, but Serena still did not release her pinch on Van's ear. The man's leg stumbled to the floor and unfortunately Serena also went with him because Van was holding Serena's wrist.
Now they landed on the floor with Serena stuck on top of Van's body. Serena rushed to get up, but Van pulled the girl's waist back down and now their faces were facing each other.
Van looked at the girl's face carefully, his sturdy arms tightly hugging Serena's waist which was on it. Their gazes met, a bright yellow bead that was being opposite to a pair of gray neutrals.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!!"
