Amaras
I sat back on the bench near the papi gurney. Until this moment, Papi has not been conscious. It's almost eight o'clock in the evening, I haven't prayed yet. But leaving papi alone as it is now does not seem like the right choice.
Somehow my feeling was that Frans could have done 'something' to my papi if I wasn't here.
God, what should I do???
I looked at my clothes which were only my fur pants and shirt and blazer. It is not possible to pray with clothes like this.
I looked up from the door, hoping a nurse would come through. But five minutes have passed, what I hope will not be realized.
Almost desperate, until there was a fairly mature hijab-wearing woman coming out of the next room. The woman was carrying a paper bag. I ventured to approach her.
"Assalamualaikum!", my sauce.
"Walaikumsalam", answered the woman kindly while smiling sweetly.
"Sorry Auntie!"
"Yes, deck? Can I help you?"
''So gini aunt, I have not prayed isya. But I cannot leave my own papi in the room if I pray in the hospital prayer room. If praying in the room, I also do not bring Mukena Aunt. I'm sorry, can I lend you a loan, that's if Auntie brings it?"
The woman smiled.
"of course. I will take it for a moment!", he said.
I stretched out my hand.
"My name is Amara Aunt!"
"Oh, yes. I'm Risa."
Aunt Risa welcomed my helping hand without diminishing her friendly smile.
"Before Amara!", said Aunt Risa. I nodded slowly while waiting between the door of the papi room and the family nursery of Aunt Risa. A few minutes later, Aunt Risa came out carrying a small bag containing mucena.
"Here, son of Amara!", Aunt Risa gave it to me.
"Thank You Aunt. Sorry troublesome. Aunt doesn't know me."
"Do not hesitate, please help in goodness. Is that the advice?", asked Aunt Risa. I'm nodding.
"Yes already Aunty lived to the cafeteria first huh. Oh right, you've had dinner yet?", asked Aunt Risa.
"Eum, I don't want a aunt. Maybe I can order online."
"Eh, I'm going to the cafeteria. You can just copy what message. Let Auntie bring it here!", said Aunt Risa.
"Don't Aunt. No need for Aunt Risa. I was loaned out enough. I don't want to bother Aunt Risa anymore."
"Ngga bother Amara. All the way except if you tell me to buy, but I did not go there. It just bothers hehehhe!"
"Auntie could have. Sorry Tan!", I really feel bad.
"Don't you think so. Aunty lives first Amara!", camel Aunt Risa.
"Yes Tan!"
After the death of Aunt Risa, I went back to the papi room to pray isya. About ten minutes I'm done. While waiting for Aunt Risa to return the face, I chose to sit outside.
Soon enough, Aunt Risa actually came again. He smiled at me.
"Have you finished your prayer?"
"Alhamdulillah is already Auntie!", I answered while returning her face.
"Have used it first, Aunt still has a son Aunty. It's eating first, he says he wants to nemenin papi you."
"Thank you Auntie, sorry Mara ngerepotin Aunty continues."
"Don't say rich it keeps ah ...!''
Aunt Risa gave me some food and returned the mucus I was wearing.
"Eat yes, it's night. Aunty goes into Aunt's husband's room first. Inside there's actually a Auntie's son. But he usually if told to keep his papa mostly play hp."
"Yes Aunt. Thanks again so much."
"sama-sama Amara. Aunt in yes!"
"Yes Tan, Mara is also in!", we throw each other a smile after that.
I went into papi's room. After putting Mukena back on the sofa, I sat down and ate the food that Auntie Risa gave me. Why would I take a grant from Aunt Risa? I might be suspicious of strangers. But my feeling is that Aunt Risa's a good person.
After the meal, the door to the papi room opened. Mommy and brother Daniel came in with a bag.
"Assalamualaikum!", greet brother Daniel, not with mommy.
"Lho have you eaten Ra? Frans who bought it?", asked mami.
Why the hell is in my mind just the name Frans??? How else to explain to them if Frans is not as good as they think???!!!
"Not mam. Dear aunt Risa."
"Who is Aunt Risa?", asked Mami.
"Guard the patient next to Mi's room. Coincidentally, when he wanted to pray, Mara borrowed his face. Uh, even at the dinner table."
"Alhamdulillah if you have prayed. Last Brother asked aunt to prepare your clothes now the same made to the office tomorrow. It's there too."
"Oh yeah? Well, thank you very much brother!", I said gladly.
"Hum! Yes, I took a bath there, it was night!", asked Daniel.
Mami didn't say anything after I answered that Aunt Risa gave me food.
"Later you return a mukena Aunty Risa earlier if you have finished bathing. Same thing, I bought cake. It's good to have breakfast with Aunt Risa tomorrow" Daniel said.
"Yes brother. Thank you very much!", I said again.
After that, Brother Daniel sat on the sofa I was sitting on. He's playing his phone. My mother chose to sit on the bench next to Papi.
.
.
" Where's mama mama?"
"Still in the pinjem the same room next door. Tomorrow morning he also prayed at dawn, mama can pinjem got you!"
"Heum, okay!"
A few moments later the door was knocked.
Tok.dok....
"I'm the one who opened Ma!"
Aunt Risa nodded.
Ceklekk.
"Miss Amara?"
"Miss Bianca?"
Both of them like her were both surprised to accidentally meet here.
"Eum, Aunt Risa is there?", I asked. Bianca nodded.
"Come in!", said Bianca with a tone of judes. Don't ask why !!!
Yupz Bianca was upset when she felt rejected by Alby even Alby chose to chat with Amara.
.
.
.
Alby's at home. It's over, Nabil still hasn't slept.
"Assalamualaikum, papa's son!", Alby greeted his only son.
"Walaikumsalam!", replied Mak Titin.
"Papa!", Nabil scattered into my arms.
"Papa hasn't had a bath, baby. It still stinks of acem!" said Alby.
"Mandi!", answered Nabil quickly.
"Yes, papa wants to take a bath and pray isya."
"Nabil took papa's bath!" said Nabil.
"And Nabil had taken a shower this afternoon!", said Alby, who was still holding Nabil.
"You take a bath of angets equally papa!", whine Nabil. Finally Alby just nodded resignedly because maybe Nabil really wanted to take a bath with him.
"Arek Daang Jang?", asked Mak to Alby.
"Moal Mak's. Still full!", replied Alby. He left the father and the boy. After that Alby also invited Nabil to the room to clean up because it was enough night for a toddler to shower, again! Even with warm water.
