Can I See You Again

Can I See You Again
The Crown Prince is Not Coming

A group of unknown people visited the residence of Prince Yul and Ara. They knocked on the gate quite strongly. Ara who was tidying up her husband's clothes and belongings that were very messy walked slowly towards the window of the room to check.

"Who is that?" ara asked the servants who were guarding outside the residence.

"No idea, Madam. They asked for Prince Yul's whereabouts."

Ara was suspicious, once in a while she looked back at the gate that just kept knocking.

"Tell them, my husband is not home" Ara replied.

The servant ran to the gate to greet and deliver the message immediately. "Sorry sir, Prince Yul is not home. Come back after Prince Yul arrives."

The guests looked at each other, they pushed the servant's body, breaking into their courtyard. "Prince Yul! Out you!"

The servants were terrified to hear it, their residence had actually been intruded into by unknown people. "Sir, please get out of here. It is forbidden to enter the residence of a married woman when her husband is not at home." A servant dared to approach, asking the men to move from there.

"Take his wife out!" they screamed loudly.

Ara sat on her bed very worried.

"I won't be out until my husband gets home" Ara said to her maid. Ara hugged the robe of the husband she was arranging in the room. She's terrified. Not to mention this time what Prince Yul had done, which clearly seemed to be people full of anger.

They, those immoral people were facing the door of the residence Ara wanted to break into, but someone stopped their steps.

"How dare you enter the residence of a prince in such a disrespectful manner!" The sound came from the direction of the gate that was wide open. Prince Yul has arrived at his home.

"Prince Yul, where are the promises and debts that you will soon pay?!" they shouted when they saw the arrival of Prince Yul.

"I told you I'd pay and I'd pay it off as soon as possible! Get the fuck out of my house!" Prince Yul drove away those big, emotional people. No matter what happens next, even though it seems that those people are very angry.

They really don't accept it. Walk quickly towards Prince Yul and immediately throw their punches. "Bren!"

The servants tried to help, but those people were even much stronger than Prince Yul. They really put out their energy. Hit Prince Yul mercilessly.

Prince Yul was lying on the ground, with his nose and lips bleeding. He was in pain, but still did not want to give up even though he knew he would not win the fight. Seeing the husband being surrounded by weapons by the vile men, Ara ran out of her residence barefoot.

"Stop!" Ara was chasing after the body of the wounded husband. Hugged it well. "What did you do to a prince?! You guys aren't afraid if the palace finds out?!"

They pulled back their weapons, smiling happily at Ara's presence there. "Well! Your wife is really pretty, Prince." A very frightening sentence for Ara, made her hug the husband tighter.

"Alright, since our beautiful Madam asked for it, we'll get out of here. But remember, we'll be back later. And if you haven't paid, we'll take this beauty away." They finally left, leaving Prince Yul lying down.

The servants returned to tidying up their residence that was about to fall apart. Ara helped her husband stand up, escorting him into their room.

Ara swept the blood across her husband's face. "What have you done? How can a prince have debt?" ask Ara lirih.

"How can I let them hurt my husband?" not looking at her husband's eyes, while crying Ara continued to sweep away the remnants of blood that stuck in Prince Yul's face.

"I'll be king."

Prince Yul's words seemed to stop Ara's heartbeat. She was petrified in front of her husband in disbelief. "A-what?"

"I'll get rid of the Crown Prince." Prince Yul smiled sinisterly in front of him, showing how ambitious he was.

"No. You can't do that nasty thing. The rebels will not be forgiven. You can't think like that" Ara refuted in fear.

"Everyone is supporting me. They like me, not the Crown Prince. You don't want to be the wife of a king?"

Ara was stunned, her beautiful face was too beautiful to continue shedding tears. "No" he answered very quietly and softly.

"Then let's split up."

Finally, the waiting day came. The important meeting that should be led by the king became where they poured out their laughter of humiliation. The faces were very peaceful and calm, knowing very well that the Crown Prince would not attend that important meeting.

"Hi secretary of state! How much longer do we have to wait for the arrival of the Crown Prince? Do we have to wait until the end of the world comes?" the Chief Minister of War shouted at the secretary of state.

They throw smiles at each other. Cowering hesitantly, still standing where they were waiting. The Secretary of State continued to stare at the gate of the meeting hall, putting great hope on a miracle. The Crown Prince must be present, otherwise everything will be worse than that. The rebels will look for ways to remove the Crown Prince from his status and authority.

"Oi secretary of state! Why are you keeping quiet? Look where the sun is!"

"It's obvious he's not coming! Why is the king still forcing things?!"

"Don't show stupidity! Better to find a meeting leader who really has the ability! It's for the safety of the country! Forget about people's self-esteem and views!"

The protests continued to echo in the meeting hall. Very dark and dark. They stormed the secretary of state to quickly replace the meeting leader.

Prime Minister Han smiled faintly. He advanced a few steps from where he stood, to stand right in front of the entire ministers facing the door of the meeting hall.

"Obey and obey the rules and orders of the king if you are a loyal servant. What's wrong with waiting first?" Prime Minister Han always mediates all problems. They were silent, looking at each other. However, until noon changed afternoon, the Crown Prince had not yet come. They finally smiled in relief, their wishes seemingly about to materialize. The Secretary of State finally relented to the circumstances. He stood on the steps of the king's throne, immediately conveying the decision together.

"Alright, it seems that the Crown Prince will not be attending this meeting. Therefore, a mutual decision will be the last resort. We're gonna change the meeting leader..."

"GIVE YOUR RESPECTS TO HIS MAJESTY THE CROWN PRINCE!"

The secretary of state's words were interrupted. The sound of the guards guarding the door of the meeting hall made my feathers sit on them. They were wide-eyed, with cold sweat sticking out from the corner of their foreheads all. No longer able to look at each other, now their eyes are not even separated from the gate that will soon be opened.
