Can I See You Again

Can I See You Again
King's Order

"Cursed be the despicable Crown Prince!"

The screams echoed to the corners of the houses. A group of residents walked along with the rejection board. Accompanied by the comforter clowns give a sharp insult to the Crown Prince. The news of the king falling ill was immediately responded to quickly by them.

"Prince Yul's wedding ceremony that brought blessing became damaged due to the curse that the Crown Prince brought!"

Just keep throwing scary sentences and swearing, describing how bad the impression of the Crown Prince was in their eyes.

The clowns shook their hips, insulting the heir to the throne. The news of His Majesty the King falling ill, made them force the palace to quickly revoke the title of Crown Prince of Prince Baek Hyeon which was considered disastrous.

While in the palace, those worried faces fused under the dark cloudy sky.

"What should we do? The king fell ill at a crucial time like this. The enemy country will plan to attack from behind, after hearing the bad news about the despicable Crown Prince, they will not remain silent!" the ministers shouted.

"Who will chair the important meeting tomorrow morning? Look at the people already busy protesting for the revocation of the Crown Prince's title."

The three opposing camps threw their respective smiles. This precarious situation will give rise to new opportunities for all of them. The traitors who put up strategies and strategies to get rid of the Crown Prince's leadership. Unfortunately, none of them defended the heir to the throne.

"We should call Prince Yul about this. This precarious problem that must be quickly resolved must be led by the palace master. The transaction with the Qing Dynasty that was not yet completed, must be executed immediately so as not to cause misunderstandings that trigger bloodshed." The Chief Minister of War tried to make a sound in the midst of the commotion.

"Prince Yul just got married. We can't visit him yet, and we can call Prince Hon for a while, he's the one in this palace." One of the camp who wanted Prince Hon to inherit the throne tried to take that chance.

"Enough! You can discuss the change of leadership of the meeting when the Crown Prince is still alive in this palace. You could have been called a disguised rebel!" the Secretary of State's cry was fiery.

"Hey secretary of state! Did you forget? He is currently sick and unconscious, how can we not think of such a thing?"

The fierce conversation brought up a corner of laughter on the lips of Prime Minister Han. Just stay where you are, nodding small.

Everyone's comments and arguments are overflowing. Show how many camps are currently wanting to depose the heir to the throne. Giving the chance to lead a meeting to one of the princes became their cunning stratagem. Meanwhile, the reviled Crown Prince was lying on his bed.

"How's my dad doing?" prince Yul asked the healers who had just arrived.

The physician looked at each other, "Right now, he is in a bad state, Prince. He had to take a long break, and routinely consume herbs that have been formulated."

In the king's chamber, Prince Yul is not alone. Prime Minister Han, Secretary of State and Prince Hon were there at the king's behest. The atmosphere was very quiet around there, before finally a servant came to approach the king.

"How's it?" ask the king slowly.

"Your Highness the Crown Prince is well aware, Your Majesty."

The servant's statement shocked everyone inside. They throw one another a glance. Didn't expect the Crown Prince to have regained consciousness after falling ill for so long.

"The meeting cannot be canceled" said the king. While improving his position, the king assisted Prince Hon and Prince Yul to sit down. "Give the Crown Prince an order to preside over the meeting tomorrow morning" the king said afterwards.

Everything in there is wide open. Considering the Crown Prince was a dissident and disobedient son made them distrustful of the king's personal decisions.

"Your Majesty, the Crown Prince has not recovered. Shouldn't the meeting be led by the others first?" prince Yul Protest.

The King closed his eyes, "What shall I say to the people, if the meeting is to be replaced by someone else even though the Crown Prince is still there?" the king replied calm and quiet.

"Your Majesty, could you still ask for that despicable child at such a crucial time? Is your other son really what you consider trash here?" prince Yul's heart did not accept.

Prince Hon's face was radiant, very happy to hear the news that his brother had recovered. After a short conversation with the king, he immediately rushed out of the residence to pay a visit to the Crown Prince's palace. Meanwhile, Prince Yul was speechless in the place of only being able to pretend to accept the decision cheerfully. Prime Minister Han glanced slightly, he smiled at Prince Yul who seemed to be heartbroken.

Outside the king's residence, Prime Minister Han stopped Prince Yul's steps. "Your Highness Prince, you don't have to worry about this."

Prince Yul tried to bring back the smile on his face, as usual, to keep pretending to be friendly and thoughtful. "Unfortunately, I'm not worried about anything" he replied after turning around.

Prime Minister Han crossed his hands back, taking a few steps forward while bowing his face. "Don't shut yourself down if you get hurt. You can get very sick from it" added Prime Minister Han smiling kindly.

Prince Yul clenched his hands together, his smile thin, but looking so sincere and earthy. "You really know who I am. Better, you take care of your business" replied Prince Yul before finally moving on.

Prime Minister Han puffed out his chest seeing how Prince Yul was stepping arrogantly away from him. He smiled, knowing what was going to happen. "The Crown Prince will not be present. What are you afraid of?" muttered Prime Minister Han.

(Crown Prince Palace)

The door of the Crown Prince's room was opened by servants. Prince Hon went straight in and sat down next to his brother's bed. "How are you, Crown Prince?" asked Prince Hon with his sincere holy face.

The Crown Prince who was leaning on the bed turned his head, "How are you?" ask the Crown Prince.

Prince Hon smiled brightly. It was obvious how happy he was at the time. "I heard the news of the Crown Prince recovering, my body becoming healthier than usual." He sat next to the Crown Prince after that.

"Dad ordered you to lead the meeting tomorrow morning. Will you do it?" Prince Hon's face reaped immense hope. He thought, this is the opportunity of the Crown Prince to show his status so as not to always be humbled by people. However,

"No."

Again the Crown Prince refused the order of the king, for the umpteenth time. The look on Prince Hon's face immediately changed, as disappointment approached him. "Do you want to replace me tomorrow morning?"

Prince Hon nodded at the question. "Where might I dare Your Majesty," the rebuttal was quick.

"Then don't say that again."

Prince Hon stared at the charisma's full face, so warm. "Why, is brother always hiding?"

A waiter came in, served some snacks and fragrant flower tea before the Crown Prince answered his sister's question. The Crown Prince poured tea into his sister's beautiful porcelain.

"I've never been in hiding" replied the Crown Prince.

Prince Hon smiled, "Right. Brother never hid." Prince Hon grabbed the Crown Prince's shoulder hesitantly, before finally actually touching him.

"Those who turn a blind eye to the truth."

News of the attack on the Crown Princess was widespread. I don't know who spread it, but it's really scary. All the stretcher lifters were killed on the spot. Meanwhile, Jung Hyun and some of the Crown Prince's bodyguards managed to incapacitate some of the unknown people. They were dragged to a dungeon for safekeeping, waiting for the day until the time when the investigation team made their decision. The Crown Prince could no longer wait to immediately interrogate the immoral assailants, only that the palace rules required him to obey.

Shortly after, the assault finally reached Jun's ears. That day, as the royal members visited the king's residence, Jun ventured to send a letter to the Crown Princess. Through the help of a lady-in-waiting, Jun pays to help her obtain information about Youra. No matter if it would damage his image and morals, what was important to him was that Youra's safety was the number one.

"Please convey this letter to the Crown Princess. Don't let anyone know, you understand?" jun was asking a ladyboy.

"Good Young Master."

She stood for quite a while behind the Crown Princess's palace, until another lady-in-waiting came closer. "Right now, the Crown Princess is in good health. He just needs to rest, waiting for his revocation as a murder defendant. The Crown Prince, is the one who has brought him back to the palace. The Crown Prince will also revoke that status with his amnesty rights."

"What's? How could he do that?" Jun slips.

"Sorry Young Master, it's just that I don't understand the issue of the use of privileges. Ah yes, I heard the news that the Crown Prince became recovered after the Crown Princess took care of him. Upon returning from that place, His Highness the Crown Prince was seriously injured. So the Crown Princess decided to take care of her husband."

"Treating her husband?"

The longer, the more convincing the statement becomes and the more ill Jun receives. As if narrow, the chest felt very gripping his heart. Hearing that disgusting thing, naturally made him extremely jealous. Then, he looked up at Youra's palace, looking at her silent balcony from below. Jun clenched his hands tightly, before finally showing a smile again. "alright. Thank you." Thank you."

"Crown Prince, you're trying to frame my lover! Bren!"

The dayang envoy Jun had arrived, secretly giving the letter Jun had written to Youra. "Your Majesty, this is a letter from Young Master Jun, the Palace Master."

Dayang Nari who was tidying up Youra's clothes only continued to pretend not to know, even though her heart was very turbulent and shocked. Youra turned her head outside, making sure no one heard her. "Close the main door" Youa ordered. Immediately, some servants closed the main door of his palace, so that Youra could freely read the letter.

"Sorry Crown Princess, if my letter is presumptuous and impressed in a hurry. I'm sorry, because I can't always be with you. Hearing the bad news about the assault that happened to you, it made me very sick to accept everything. I can't forgive myself if something bad happens to you. I couldn't even eat and sleep comfortably after learning of the assault. Thankfully, they say you are in good and healthy condition because the Crown Prince has already saved you. I'm very envious and jealous, but do I still have a right to it? Don't do anything dangerous, take good care of yourself. I'll help you get out of the palace as soon as possible. I'll also help investigate the mastermind behind your family's death. I know, I have nothing compared to the Crown Prince who has everything. It's just, I'm sure you know me very well. Am I presumptuous, for still loving the Crown Prince's wife?"

Finished already the letter Youra read with great difficulty. It was very blurry, as the puddles that had accumulated covered his vision. He continued to sob even after the letter was no longer held. He put down the letter, then ran to the balcony of his palace.

Dayang Nari chased after Youra, "Your Majesty, what are you doing?"

Youra ran, upright on the edge of the balcony railing of her residence looking at the outside of the palace, but no one was standing there. It was very sad, considering how he had been swayed by his own feelings, he felt extremely hurt. She loves Jun, but on the other hand, the husband she wants to get rid of instead continues to shower her with love and care. Repeatedly reoccurring in his head how the sacred lips had been touched by the man who was not Jun, made him amused to himself. Wanting to regret it immediately, but there were feelings that forced him to not be able to regret.

Dayang Nari just kept looking at him, put the pity even deeper. I don't know what that love story will be like. They are just as powerful, just as deep. Merely, in the shadow that flashed in Dayang Nari's mind, Youra would be caught in the falsehood and regret that she created herself.
