Book 01: Surviving In Another World From Zero
Chapter 58: Magic Users

Ardhi drew the two swords in his hand and said.

"Let me face it you stay in cover."

"It's not better that we attack him together," at Latifa's statement, Ardhi shook his head.

Nisa was the most powerful person in this group, if they attacked it would be dangerous for them. Unlike when fighting Yumi, their enemy will never be kind. When they have a chance they will not hesitate to kill.

In the worst case, Latifa will be targeted first then Mery and in the end Ardhi himself, if the result will take them there, Ardhi chooses to fight it alone from the beginning.

He got out of protective gear then faced off one-on-one. When their views meet. Both are moving forward.

Their movements were so fast that their ground was raised upwards, a mage fighting the sword master. Which one of them will win?

Ardhi swung his sword diagonally, the man showed a grin before jumping back and disappearing.

"For a witch you can use magic to hide like a thief."

A blow struck Ardhi's face then stomach until he was sent flying parallel to the ground.

Even though Ardhi shakes his sword, it doesn't hit anything. A voice sounded to him.

"Nobody forbids someone from using abilities outside of their job, and I guess your abilities look unique as well."

There was no time to hide it, the four swords belonging to Ardhi floated in the air then shot out directionally somewhere.

The invisible man started getting scratches until he reappeared.

"How do you know where I am?"

"Where, I know it just by feeling it."

"So then, a technique like this could only be used against monsters, Inferno."

Fire gushed towards Ardhi, the four Ardhi swords created a clock-like circular pattern and moved to protect him.

"You're really quite a hassle."

"Tell me, what's the point of you trying to take over this kingdom?"

"By taking over the kingdom, our movement is freer, not you know."

Ardhi felt that something was awkward even so he chose to ignore it, he just had to defeat this person and go bring the real princess to the city.

"Ardhis."

"It's good to know you, but this is the end. Don't worry your friends will follow after this.. Guakh."

Blood spurted from Argus, he seemed confused by what happened until he finally realized that he was injured.

"What's that?"

"Hehe, this is my vengeance."

From behind her a knife had pierced through her heart and the one who did it was Nisa.

"Don't you want to fight me one-on-one?" ask him to Ardhi.

"Don't be stupid, I'm not that strong. Ever since my group was formed, we decided to fight together, if I say I'm going against you myself it means I'm just trying to keep you off guard."

"Sy base."

Argus collapsed forward with his face hitting the ground.

"Nisa's good work."

"Hehe, thanks to Latifa and Mery I can do it."

Latifa gave it back and Mery protected her, we're a pretty solid group.

I carried the princess on my back, then took her away with us. In order not to be caught we covered her face with a hooded coat.

"It's really critical, we're involved with troublesome things. Should we report it to the guild?" ask Latifa.

"It could be but we'll just say it to Eve, if the princess we're carrying is even slandered as a fake princess by the residents, all of them will think of us as traitors.. let's hide him for a while in the mansion."

"I understand."

Arriving at the house Ardhi laid him on the bed. The three servants also looked surprised.

"He's the princess."

"Let's keep his whereabouts a secret."

"Okay" they answered briefly.
