Book 01: Surviving In Another World From Zero
Chapter 56: Buying a Slave Back

It was a slave trading house run by a fat man named Doris, realizing that Ardhi had come she smiled as she greeted him.

"Nature, this is our VIP customer, how's the young master doing?"

"I'm good. You call me young master?"

"Of course, in this city no one does not know you. Please sit down, and miss Wang, please make the most expensive tea for young master."

"Good."

Miss Wang is a waitress at the age of 50 who replaced Lynn's previous duties at this residence.

After Ardhi received his drink he explained his arrival.

"I need a lot of slaves, can you provide them?"

"Geez, I'm really in love with you. You really helped our family business."

"Stop you scaring me."

Doris laughed and asked back.

"How much do you want?"

"About 100 I guess."

"That's too much, but I can provide it in a few days, I have the acquaintance of a slave seller from another city."

"I won't accept if they're needed not to be human."

"Of course not young master, where perhaps we slave sellers dare to do that. slave sellers are like a job agent, we help them to live, we, even though they are not sold we still hire them at a living wage. I'm sure the young master is the type of person who will kill the bad guys."

Ardhi thought he could not deny it, he was not a defender of the truth but he also could not ignore someone if they needed help.

Some people call it naive or selfishness. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter to him.

"Then are there any special criteria for these slaves? Age or other things, sometimes some put clarification about the slaves they buy. sometimes they like slaves who are not virgins or vice versa, beautiful faces or so on."

"If I buy with such a thing I might include a rotten person."

Doris laughed again.

"Not many people dare to say that to the slave seller, I like the young master."

"Please stop that too, it's scary.I want to buy slaves who can't be bought by anyone, at least prioritize them first."

"I see, sometimes the unsold ones are sick slaves and over 30?"

"I'll do whatever you want."

"One more thing will the slaves be free someday."

"According to royal rules slaves can be free to be able to give double the money to their employers according to the amount of money spent to buy it, but I have never seen such a case... usually they would rather serve their master especially if their master was a good person, the servant could also provide for his master's night needs, if they did that, he said, it was not at all considered a crime and also if they were pregnant they were usually released to leave and the employer would provide a home and support daily needs, of course the employer could also marry her."

Miss Wang who was standing at the back continued.

"A good servant is a servant who can do many things with his master without getting pregnant."

"It's not supposed to be her employer who's being blamed."

"Haha I guess you're right."

Ardhi no longer thinks how the world works, just fast his servant does not hesitate even though he is happy to do sacrilegious.

This made Ardhi even more vigilant so as not to fall into the demon valley.

"Let's put that aside, it's the initial funding."

When Ardhi put the bag of money containing gold coins, the two were shocked.

"Not this?"

"What's less, this is just an initial payment the rest I'll pay later."

"Geez, young master made me tremble. I won't let you down, but by the way why do you need so many slaves?"

"I want to create a large trading area in this city, maybe in the future I still need your help."

"You're amazing, if you're not busy let's take some time to have dinner together."

"Sure, then I'm leaving now."

"I'm moving forward."

After Ardhi's departure, Doris seemed to let out a long sigh.

"I can't stop shaking, Miss Wang are you aware of that?"

"About a glance I already know sir, that young man is no ordinary child."

"True, in the future let's make a good relationship with him."

"Yes." Yeah."
