MT 50: Getting Married

"When should I get down on my knees?" Jackson again.

Alexa woke up from her daydream and looked at Jackson in disbelief.

"Will you marry me?" Ask Jackson for the third time.

"Are you serious?" Alexa is finally.

"Yes Tuhaann...." Jackson shook his fan so anxiously at Alexa who looked disbelieving to him. "Am I going to play with a serious relationship that I want to live in front of a crowd?"

Alexa silent.

"Again I ask, and this is for the last time." Jackson. "Alexandra Air. Will you marry me?"

Alexa took a deep breath and nodded slowly.

"That means...."

Alexa nodded back. "Yes..." Her speech.

Everyone seemed to be cheering boisterously watching that unexpected moment of proposal. Moreover, Jackson who looked so happy, he even carried Alexa's body and took her around.

"Iam getting married." His shouting.

The news of the two's engagement began to be heard by everyone including Morgan and Alice. Morgan initially did not believe and did not want to take it for granted. However, he can use his common sense and self-conscious that Alexa will be happy with Jackson. He also chose Alexa.

Meanwhile, Alice who did not accept to go to Jackson's parents.

"Why would your aunt agree that Jackson married another woman? Aren't you more supportive of me and him?" Said Alice.

"Who said?" Mrs Baldev. "We used to accept anyone Jackson liked including you. But what are you doing, you just leave it alone and without news. You left Jackson alone and made him suffer. Now if he's found his happiness, so why can't we agree. And one more thing, you are no longer in the criteria as our daughter-in-law. So never dream too high."

Alice looked upset and cursed.

"Fuck you two. You old jackfruit..."

This time Mr. Baldev acted. He slapped a hard slap on Alice's cheek.

"Go from here. Your presence is not accepted here. If you dare show your nose or disturb this family, including my future daughter-in-law. I won't hesitate on you." Threaten Mr. Baldev.

Alice's guts became shrivelled at the anger in Mr. Baldev's eyes. He decided to leave Jackson's house empty-handed.

A few months later, Alexa and Jackson stand side by side in the courtyard of a small villa by the sea on a private island that belongs to Jackson.

It was only seven o'clock at night on a hot, windless night that felt like it was in a closed tent under the scorching midday sun. Alexa wore a silk and chiffon wedding dress, specially chosen for her happy day. How elegant Alexa was wearing the dress that moved and seemed to flow on the famous windswept island.

Alexa is in the spotlight of photographers and videographers who are ready to document their every move. From the moment she began the 10-minute walk to the wedding venue, escorted by a troupe of bridesmaids and musicians.

Alexa and Jackson had arrived a week before their wedding. They set out first with the intention of completing the wedding preparations. In fact, both can leave everything to the person they trust, but both really want to prepare everything themselves.

Tonight, three nights before the wedding day, Alexa asks Lika and her lover to come to dinner at a villa that is also the wedding venue. After a delicious dinner with seafood pasta, white wine, and ice cream desserts, they danced in pairs.

Alexa looked so happy.

"I'm so happy for you." Lika.

"thank you. I hope that you and your lover will also be on the bail soon." Reply Alexa while hugging Lika.

"We want everything to be different." Said Jackson.

"Of course, as you wish." Reply to that DJ.

On the night of the wedding, the two again held a welcome party for the guests who will be present tomorrow morning. An opportunity for guests to meet and mingle in an informal setting ahead of Jackson and Alexa's big day. The idea is that guests will drink and say hello before going to dinner.

The two held parties on the terrace and in the garden of their villa, illuminated with beautiful lights and scattered lanterns, and there was catering with small meals and other snacks.

All the praise for the extraordinary party was given to Alexa's mother-in-law, who in fact planned and arranged everything. However, the party was very successful, the catering and the drinks were absolutely fantastic, and they had a bar, music, and staff carrying plate after plate with even more delicious treats, so there's nothing left for dinner.

The party continued to run smoothly until about four in the morning when their guests began to arrive. Alexa is so excited. Relatively calm and eager to marry the man she loves.

In the morning, Alexa was ready. She was wearing her wedding dress. She is ready to assume new status as Harry Jackson's wife.

Once Alexa receives a text message that the event is about to begin it cues her to go immediately to the wedding venue. Alexa stepped up in her beautiful dress.

Despite feeling so nervous, Alexa felt tremendous happiness and excitement. She looks beautiful. Along the way to the wedding venue, Alexa looked to the left and right sides of the street, everyone seemed to cry, saying silly things like, 'hood, veil, it's so beautiful, you're so beautiful.'

All those present were the closest people to Alexa and Jackson, including Grandpa Parman and Nek Aminah.

Alexa did not believe it at first, but now she does.

'Alexa is getting married.'

Everyone from hotel guests on the island to staff, receptionists and grocery employees. It was a very real moment for Alexa, some of them even shed tears, and some were clapping and cheering. Alexa could not understand how this bride evoked such deep emotions in this stranger.

When Alexa finally reaches her husband, it takes all the energy she has to keep her composure and not burst out with tears of happiness. Together, the two climb the stairs to the small stage where the wedding takes place and get happily married.

"By Alexandra, thank you for accepting my proposal and for making me the luckiest man to get you and make you my wife." Jackson said as the two danced.

"Harry Jackson, thank you also for choosing me as the woman who will accompany you until the end of your life. I'm happy to be your wife." Reply Alexa.

In front of all the invited guests, Jackson could not help himself to kiss the woman who had been his legal wife.

"I love you my wife."

"I love you too, my husband."
