MT 48: Cold Mode

This morning, Alexa is back to jogging because it is Sunday. So he can be free without having to think about going to the office. Last night, he went home with Morgan who was a housing complex with him.

Alexa usually jogs with Morgan, but this morning Alexa sees no signs that Morgan is awake. Alexa has chosen to go alone.

Alexa decided to wear earphones to be able to listen to music so that she felt more relaxed again. Unexpectedly, a man seemed to be following her from behind. Alexa was completely unaware of that. Suddenly the man approached and was about to splash something on Alexa's face. Lucky Alexa looked down because her shoelaces were loose.

The man who is none other than Bayu, a former Alexa employee was about to splash hard water on Alexa's face. But the action failed because Alexa looked down. Bayu stopped right in front of Alexa who was tying her shoelaces, he looked left and right to make sure the situation was safe. Alexa looked up and realized that the man in front of her was about to do evil to her. Alexa screamed and ran.

Bayu tried to pursue Alexa but already many people who approached the direction of Alexa made Bayu undo his intentions and want to run away. But alas, he was caught by other citizens who saw Alexa pointing at him.

"Take me off." Shouted Bayu as the people caught him.

Alexa walked over and looked at Bayu sharply. Alexa's eyes were fixed on the bottle Bayu was holding. He then took the bottle.

"It's hard water, right?" Alexa surprised everyone. "Do you intend to pour it on me? Huh!" Alexa screams in Bayu's face.

"I should've managed to flush it in your face so you know the taste. So that you feel the heartache that I feel for being treated unfairly by you. Your face should have been ruined, so you can't boast of your beauty." Shouted Bayu.

Alexa could only take a long breath. He called the authorities and said everything that happened. Alexa never thought, may-mayu hold a grudge against him.

Arriving home, Alexa told Mang Adi everything. Suddenly Mang Adi was surprised, as well as Bi Lastri.

"Non, it's better for Non to have a bodyguard who can take care of wherever Non goes." Mang Adi said giving advice.

"It seems like a good idea." Reply Alexa. "But, where can I get people who have at least some martial arts to keep me from people who try to do evil to me?" Ask Alexa.

"Just calm down Non. I happen to have a niece who seems like a good fit for this job." Mang Adi. "His name is Tomo, he's a martial artist. I'll take care of Non."

"Can he drive a car?" Ask Alexa.

"Can Non." This time Bi Lastri answered. "Tomo's been carrying pick ups a lot."

"Then ask him to come today to see me. And tomorrow he can work with me." Alexa.

"Non Good." Reply Mang Adi.

According to Alexa's orders, a man named Tomo came to Alexa's house in the afternoon. The man looked a little full, he was wearing big glasses. At first glance from the look, Alexa felt a little doubtful. Moreover, Tomo continues to look down when meeting Alexa.

'Is he really capable of martial arts?' ask Alexa in your heart.

As if understanding with Alexa's doubts, Mang Adi asked Tomo to show his skills in martial arts. Coincidentally, Alexa met Tomo on the front page of the house.

Alexa arrives in town M. He was in the hotel and had just finished his shower. After that he went out for dinner, then went to the hotel garden to get some fresh air. This morning he was so tired from a long trip to the city of M, until he immediately held a meeting with several clients.

Alexa walks in the hotel's garden, unaware that two men are staring at her.

The man wearing the mask stared at Alexa. Suddenly, a couple of guys approached Alexa.

The masked bria pushed Leo's head slowly.

"Let's see what he'll do." Said the man.

"Soge away." Alexa said to the three men who approached her.

"Come on, baby, have fun with us." Said one man shamelessly.

One of the men tried to touch Alexa, but Alexa quickly grabbed her hand and turned it around. Alexa is fed up with men trying to annoy her. One more man tried to hit Alexa, but Tomo came and turned the man's hand down and started beating him. Alexa asked Tomo to stop, and told the men.

"Effort to control your passions and be a gentleman." Say Alexa with a cold face and then walk away.

"He has won my heart." Reply to the man, smiling, looking at Alexa.

Tomo gave the jacket he had been carrying to Alexa.

"It's cold Miss. You must wear this so as not to catch a cold." Said Tomo politely.

Behind them looks Leo and the masked man follows them.

Alexa stops and turns around because she realizes she is being followed.

"Why are you two following me?" Ask Alexa to the two men.

"Miss, mmmm I mean beautiful woman. Are you a new guest here?" Ask Leo.

Alexa was silent, she then turned around after looking sharply at the masked man.

"It's none of your business." Reply to Alexa and walk into the elevator followed by Tomo.

The two men also entered the elevator.

"Hey you two...." Tomo wants to talk.

"We live here too." Reply to the man wearing the mask with a cold look towards Tomo.

Alexa looked back at the masked man, she felt that she recognized him from his voice.

'What can't-don't Jackson?' ask Alexa in your heart. 'Ah, it's impossible. What's he here for.'

They all came out of the elevator to the same floor, and it turned out that their rooms were side by side.

Alexa did not look in any direction except to enter her room. Tomo also went into his own room. But, before that, he first looked towards Leo and the masked man standing next to him with a frightening look then went inside.

"This must be Bro's destiny." Said Leo, but the man wearing the mask immediately pushed Leo into his own room.

He then went into his room.

"Destiny huh, absolutely not. Because I'm the one who decides everything, Alexa." He smiled and went into his room.

Alexa made a cup of coffee and went out of her room to the balcony of her room which is located on the 46th floor of the hotel. He looked out at the street, where cars were passing by and lights were shining on the city.

Alexa then looked to her left and was surprised to find Jackson who was also standing on the balcony of her room.

'I guessed it. The man was indeed he.' said Alexa in the heart.

Alexa ignored Jackson and returned to see the city at night.

"Some people ignore diamonds." Jackson said without looking at Alexa.

Alexa then looked at Jackson with narrowed eyes.

"And some people, can do anything to get attention." Alexa.

"Hey you, I'm not talking to you. Okay." Okay." Shouted Jackson.

"And when am I talking to you, Mr. Stalker?" Alexa then went into her room and locked the balcony door.

"He called me a stalker? This woman, who she thinks she is." Jackson was upset.

The next morning, it was raining. Alexa went out to her balcony and saw the rain.

"Wow, rain." Say Alexa with a smile.

His gaze shifted on Jackson who was also seen enjoying the rain. Again Alexa ignored him and went into the room because his phone rang, he received a phone call from Grandpa Parman.

"How are you doing beautiful?" Ask Grandpa Parman.

"I'm good Cake." Reply Alexa. "Grandpa how?" Ask Alexa then turned back to the balcony, Jackson was still there and was smoking.

Alexa coughed because of Jackson's cigarette smoke, he then turned off his cigarette and drank water.

"Are you sick?" Ask Nek Aminah who heard Alexa's voice coughing.

"No, I'm good, Grandma." Reply Alexa.

"Take care of your health." Nek Aminah's.

"Yes Nek."

After saying hello, the phone connection was cut off. Alexa then went back into her room leaving Jackson who was still standing on the balcony of her room.

'He's getting colder.' Jackson said in his heart.
