MT 23: Trapped in an Elevator

Alexa stood right beside Jackson as the elevator began to move up. The design of the elevator room that has a mirror, making Alexa look at her reflection. It is undeniable, every look in the mirror before him, automatically Alexa immediately set himself. Repairing her makeup and hair.

The elevator suddenly shook and stopped. Alexa reflexively holds Jackson's arm out of fear.

"This is the elevator why sir?" Ask Alexa with a scared face.

Jackson looked calm, his eyes instead gazing towards Alexa's hand that was coiled into his arm. Alexa who noticed the gaze immediately let go of her grip.

"Sorry." Her speech.

Jackson tried to push the elevator button, but it didn't work. The elevator light suddenly flickered, making Alexa even more fearful and closing in on Jackson.

"Ngapain anyway?" Jackson is like uncomfortable because Alexa is too stuck with him.

"I'm afraid Mister." Alexa's voice shook, her face turned pale.

Suddenly the elevator lights go out, making Alexa scream hysterically and hug Jackson.

"Aaaaaaaa....."

Jackson could feel that Alexa's body was shaking violently and feeling cold. Jackson quickly grabbed the phone in his pants pocket and turned on the flashlight. The light of his cellphone lights clearly shows Alexa's position that buried her face in her chest.

"Can you leave?" Ask Jackson.

"Sorry sir, help me. I'm scared." Reply Alexa with the face still attached to Jackson's chest.

Jackson let out a long sigh, he was actually uncomfortable but also could not bear because he could feel that Alexa was really scared.

Jackson tried to call someone, but in fact in the elevator there was no signal.

"There is nothing to do but wait. We better sit down." Her speech.

The two then sat down, with Alexa still wrapped her hands around Jackson's arms.

The first five minutes, both of them were silent. Ten minutes, the elevator lights started. The elevator was not open yet.

"How long does it take?" Ask Alexa who chose to sit curled up in the corner of the elevator, while Jackson stood up and continued to try to push the elevator button.

"No idea, we'll just wait." Jackson replied casually.

Suddenly the lift shook again and the lights went out again, making Alexa hysterical. Jackson then immediately approached Alexa trying to calm him.

"Can diem not really? That scream made me surprised to know!"

Alexa went silent, this time the lights went out longer. Alexa who did not like the dark room was suddenly hit by a very very very fear. Moreover, the air circulation in the elevator began not good. Alexa's body was sweating coldly, she was very scared. Till....

"I'm not strong...." Said Alexa shivering and with a stingy breath.

Slowly Alexa lost consciousness due to shortness of breath, it made Jackson panic. Alexa lay her body on the elevator floor. The lights started to turn back on. Jackson again tried to push the button but still could not. He could finally hear the sound of the elevator door.

"Master, hang on. We'll get you out of there soon." Shouted someone from the elevator door.

Jackson looked back at Alexa's increasingly pale face. His breathing became more and more unstable, Jackson shouted.

"Hurry and get us out of here." His shouting.

As Alexa's breathing becomes increasingly unnatural, Alexa's eyes suddenly open. However, it was very clear he was like breathing difficulties.

'Where is this?' thought Jackson.

He then approached Alexa and raised Alexa's head, then positioned Alexa's body to sit.

"Hold on." Jackson cried out in despair when he heard the sound of Alexa's breath that seemed choked.

Alexa did not answer anything, her eyes were getting smoother, her breathing was getting more alarming. Without a second thought, Jackson immediately gave an artificial breath to Alexa whose eyes had been closed.

He then returned to give Alexa an artificial breath long enough and without realizing that the elevator door was open. Some of the rescuers and employees who witnessed the incident could only be silent to see their famous boss cold, in a position as if kissing his employees.

Feeling a fresh breeze coming into the elevator room, Jackson suddenly turned around and found that many people had seen what he was doing.

"Why silence?" His loud screams let the rescue teams in. "Hurry and give him oxygen." He shouted again and then came out of the elevator leaving Alexa's body still lying down and handled by the rescue team.

Jackson went into his room via another elevator. He then entered his room and immediately went into the toilet to wash his face after throwing his coat into a careless place.

Many times Jackson splashed water on his face. However, the shadow of him giving artificial breath to Alexa continues to haunt.

"Aaaah... Shit." His shouting.

Jackson looked at his face in the mirror and rubbed his lips.

After feeling calmer, Jackson called the Engineering Department. He scolded the man responsible for taking care of infrastructure security in the office.

"What is your job until something like this happens?" Jackson shouted at the two people responsible for taking care of the elevator safety. "Didn't I always give my salary on time?" Shouts again. "Then why did it happen like this? Do you know, the negligence you're doing right now is threatening someone's life?"

The two men standing before Jackson could only bow in lethargy. Both did not dare to answer. After all, both of them did their best. Jackson rushed out of his room to meet Alexa who was in the treatment room that was available in his office.
