MT 12: Towards the Banquet

Alexa is getting ready to leave for you at Hotel Royal. He first went to the toilet, looking to fix his makeup to look more fresh when he met Jackson later. Alexa smeared her lips with a little liptin. When he was ready, he left.

Arriving at the hotel, Alexa immediately walked towards the room that Jackson said. He found the banquet hall, and entered the banquet hall. Jackson was seen drinking wine with his business associates. Alexa walked toward Jackson who was sitting relaxed by putting her feet on the table.

"Can you drink?" Ask Jackson to Alexa.

"Slightly Mr. If I drink too much my legs will go weak." Reply Alexa.

"Then you don't have to drink. Just stand there and the rest wait for my orders."

Alexa nodded, in her heart she muttered annoyed at not being invited to sit by Jackson.

'What kind of man is this? He once allowed women to stand up. Who knows when this event will be over. I could be standing all day.'

Jakson and his business associates at the banquet were seriously discussing the acquisition case. Alexa who stood near Jackson could only hear and occasionally smiled.

“I heard that Morgan William is also willing to interfere in the acquisition this time.” Said one of Jakson's business associates.

Jackson wiggled his wine glass, then said, “You know for yourself the man cannot be silent, he is too greedy.”

"really. Especially with President Jackson. That Morgan must have been meddling.

One man said, “We'll see how President Jackson presses him.”

Jackson, “He's not my opponent.”

Alexa who was beside him smiled lightly at Jackson's words.

'It turns out Jackson is really a cocky guy.' Alexa thought to herself.

A sweet smile and Alexa's seductive appearance, attracted the attention of Jackson's business associates, someone said, “President Jackson change secretary?”

Jackson said, “He's the personal assistant Dion introduced me to, not smart, not stupid."

'What the hell is he.' again Alexa can only mengedumel in the heart.

One man said, “My dream girlfriend used to be very similar to the assistant of President Jackson.”

Alexa then looked at the man wearing the grey suit. Alexa tried to remember her face.

“Oh yes?” Jackson became rather interested, he then asked Alexa, “What's your name?”

Alexa's face was shocked after hearing Jackson's question. He's been following Jackson for almost 2 weeks, but Jackson still doesn't remember his name.

'I'm sure his memory is very good, unless he really doesn't care about me.'

“Alexandra which means helper or protector."

"His face really reminds me of my ex-boyfriend." Again said the man in the blue suit.

"Is he your ex-lover?" Ask Jackson to Alexa.

Alexa shook her head loudly.

"You could be wrong. I have never dated though. And is your boyfriend's name Alexa?"

Jackson looked at Alexa who was smiling towards the man.

"Then you get to know." Jackson. "He's Mario my business partner." Jackson introduced the man to Alexa.

Mario poked his hand out in front of Alexa. Alexa returned the hand with a smile.

'Hopefully he doesn't recognize me.'

Mario is actually one of the men who ever teased Alexa. She was the lover of a female schoolmate Alexa in High School. The woman often bully Alexa when she is still fat. And to avenge her, Alexa also snatched the lover of the woman. The woman and Mario are engaged.

"Hey, why do you keep looking at him?" Ask Jackson to Mario.

"Ah, no. I'm just stunned by her beauty." Reply Mario smiled.

While the other men did not want to lose, they also asked to get acquainted with Alexa and asked for Alexa mobile number on the grounds that it was easy to work with Jackson.

After the banquet ended, the men chose to chat with Alexa. Alexa who sits in the middle makes it the center of attention of the men who began to get drunk.

"Alexa, if I propose to you. Do you want to be my wife?"

"Don't want Alexa. He has a wife and two children."

The four men continued to draw attention to Alexa. Alexa could only smile while occasionally pouring drinks for them.

Meanwhile, Jackson seemed to be unconcerned about what was happening in front of him. He seemed to let Alexa in the siege of the drunk men. After the situation got out of hand, all the men were already very drunk including Jackson. Alexa invites Jackson to leave immediately.

Alexa ransacked Jackson's body to get out of the hotel. Jackson then started smoking after getting into the car, the atmosphere was very quiet, but it made people very fascinated to see Jackson who looked charming.

Alexa sat in the driver's seat, then saw the night sky and the orange glow converge and shine a light on Jackson's face. Smoke flew, his figure was handsome and also cold. After getting used to seeing Jackson who did not smile in a work suit. He is currently wearing a striking fuchsia-colored shirt model, with untidy buttons, his collarbone is tainted by the light of the lamp, and his mouth is sucking half the butt of a cigarette makes Alexa stunned.

Just as Alexa was thinking of a way to seize the opportunity tonight, Jackson turned off his cigarette, “Handsome?”
