Behind the Veil (Aisha)

Behind the Veil (Aisha)
Karmas

Meisya returned to look at Zayn who was now in front of him.

"She has admitted everything" Anita told her sister-in-law.

Zayn lowered his head in disappointment, his heart full of anger.

"May I know why you did it?" zayn asked with continued restraining his anger.

Meisya who was nervous suddenly smiled. He raised his head looking at Zayn boldly.

"Of course it's because I'm jealous." Meisya smiled cynically.

Zayn. Glancing at Meisya at a glance.

"I love you. It's been a long time since we were in college. I'm in love with you." Meisya smiled to herself.

Zayn shook his head in annoyance.

"I was angry and disappointed, when I found out that if you marry another woman, it gets even more upset because the woman you marry is a woman with a mental illness."

Everyone was shocked to hear Meisya insulting Lela without feeling the slightest guilt.

"Leave him, he doesn't deserve you." Meisya looked at Zayn expectantly.

Zayn smiled.

"Then do you feel worthy?"

"of course. Of all things, I'm better than him."

"really?" Zayn smiled.

"I'm so confused who is mentally ill here? My wife or just you?" Zayn smiled again as he turned his face the other way.

Meisya.

"If I may give you some advice. You'd better go to a good psychiatrist" Zayn said.

Meisya looked furious.

"Isn't that so Miss Diah?" Zayn looked at Diah who had been silent in disappointment.

Meisya who saw Diah nodded looked even more annoyed.

Zayn then left with still a sense of disappointment in his heart, but what power he could not do much, just pray that Allah SWT avenged all the suffering of his wife.

Aisha who couldn't stand it stood up to look at Meisya furiously.

"Fear the silence of the one whom you hurt, whose heart you sharpen, for when he is silent, Allah will avenge all his pain."

"Remember. The laws of nature are fair, who hurts then one day will be hurt, the sweet drama you play will bear sweet karma that is more painful." Aisha looked at Meisya.

Meisya just smiled mockingly at Aisha's words.

Anita then invites Aisha to go from there, leaving Meisya who now only lives alone with her aunt.

He looked at the face of his nephew.

"You better consider your friend's advice so that you consult a psychiatrist" said Diah, taking her bag and leaving Meisya, shocked by her tantalizing words.

Ammar laughed heartily at Meisya's story of complaining to him that their plans could easily be guessed by Zayn and his family.

"Continue what's the problem? Most importantly, our plan worked. They themselves are the ones who say that Lela's condition has fallen again." Ammar still laughed to himself.

Meisya who was upset then smiled to approve Ammar's words.

"yes too. As a psychologist I'm sure that after this Lela will need a lot longer to recover."

"of course. Even I made sure that he would never heal. I won't let her live a quiet and happy life with her new husband after what she did to me and my parents."

Ammar immediately remembered his study which was forced to stop because of the legal case that hit him. It certainly made both parents disappointed, not to mention his dreams and ideals that failed to realize, as an only child, the place where all the hopes and dreams of the family, he said, Ammar has disappointed both his parents.

Had Lela's family not reported it or accepted her apology, she was sure that her life would not be like this. Now his parents who used to hold great hopes for him, are now living their old age with great hatred. Not to mention the title he got now as a recidivist made his life even more meaningless.

"Thank you" said Ammar suddenly seeing Meisya.

"For?"

"It has paved the way for me to take revenge on Lela and her family."

Meisya smile.

"No need to thank me. It's enough to make Lela and her husband unhappy, it means a lot to me."

"You take it easy, I've devised a plan to make Lela's life look like hell. This hand can no longer hit him, but it can." Ammar pointed at his head.

Next day.

Zayn was stunned to see his wife praying in front of Abah's tomb. Lela was so solemn that she did not even realize that Zayn had waited long enough behind her.

Lela who continued to pray for her father seemed to wipe her tears occasionally, so that she did not feel the tissue she was holding was wet and could not be used anymore.

She then intended to use her veil to wipe her tears, but she was suddenly shocked when someone gave her a handkerchief.

Lela was shocked to see if the person turned out to be her husband, standing beside her.

Lela took the handkerchief in her husband's hand in doubt.

"sorry. I thought you hadn't come."

"It's okay."

Zayn was sitting next to Lela, a little far away so there was a distance between the two.

Abah's pusara seemed to be a witness of silence between the two.

Both are busy with their own thoughts.

"How are you doing now?" zayn asked breaking the silence.

"Alhamdulillah. It's better."

"Thank God."

"I'm sorry" said Lela glancing at her husband at a glance.

"Me too" Zayn replied quickly.

Lela was shocked, she saw Zayn.

"You're not wrong about anything."

"You too" replied Zayn again.

Lela was stunned for a moment.

"I worry you often." Lela saw her husband again.

"Then don't anymore" Zayn replied smiling.

Lela smiled. The two stared at each other with smiles.

Lela stands. And so is Zayn.

Lela stared at Abah's grave for a moment. She smiled as she looked at her husband.

"Let's go home."

Zayn nodded.

Both walked towards home.

Meanwhile at the office.

Meisya still chose to come to work today despite instructions from the leader if today it is better for all employees to work from home only.

Although he knew that today there would be a large-scale demonstration of workers who were disappointed because they were dismissed unilaterally by the company, but he chose to still come to the office considering the amount of work he had to finish immediately.

Upon arriving at the parking lot, he immediately got out of his car and saw a crowd that had begun to swarm in the front yard of the office. Some of his coworkers who also chose to keep coming to work then invited him to enter through the back door because the entrance was already blocked by the workers.

Daytime.

Meisya kept busy working her room, regardless of the situation outside the office that was getting heated, the workers were increasingly violent because their request to meet the company representatives was not also fulfilled.

Suddenly he was surprised by some workers who apparently chose to rush into the office, he tried to call security to expel the workers who continued to enter the office. But, baby, there is no answer. Meisya increasingly panicked to see more workers entering the office.

The frightened Meisya then tried to hide, but unfortunately, some of the workers had already seen it. Knowing that Meisya was the head of HRD, which handled the issue of their dismissal, the workers became increasingly violent.

Meisya was pulled by some female laborers by force to be taken out of the office.

Upon arrival outside, the frightened Meisya continued to try to calm the crowd, but his efforts failed because the crowd was already disappointed, starting from one person who grabbed his hair, but his hair was not there, followed by several others who now hit him in the face.

The women laborers were getting out of control, they continued to beat Meisya mercilessly, even though some other laborers tried to stop the gouging, but unfortunately they are outnumbered by people who are already disappointed, Meisya continues to be beaten without pity by those who are upset.

Until finally the stunt stopped after they saw Meisya who was unconscious lying on the ground, with a face that was covered in blood, some people lifted her to be taken to the Hospital.
