Aggressions

Lela took a few steps back until she finally ran out of Zayn's room with her sobs.

Zayn just looked on with a bitter feeling, he felt like he had hurt his wife so much.

Zayn regretted that he should have told me honestly who Meisya really was, with his wife's mental condition unstable, Zayn knew that Lela would have various kinds of prejudices that he could not control.

He rushed out of his room, caught up with his wife and tried to explain everything.

While in the room, Lela cried as she pleased, she felt that Zayn had rejected her. Now he became convinced that his guess might be true, the husband and woman did have more than just a friendship.

Before long the sound of the door being knocked, he immediately tried to stop his crying.

"I want to talk to you."

Lela did not reply immediately, she fell silent.

"It looks like you've misunderstood" Zayn said.

Lela chose to remain silent.

"Me and him, I mean Meisya. We're just friends." Zayn chose to keep explaining even though his wife did not open the door to his room.

"There's nothing between us." Zayn stood at the door of his wife's room.

Long enough but Lela did not also give a reaction.

Meanwhile.

After the party Meisya stopped by her aunt's house.

He smiled at a file on behalf of Lela in front of him, he then opened it to see the development of Lela's therapy results so far which apparently showed rapid progress.

She smiled cynically, from her face it was obvious that she was very disappointed to know that in a moment Lela might be free from her trauma.

"Your friend's wife is making good progress, auntie is sure that she'll be cured soon." A middle-aged woman who turns out to be Lela's therapist has been sitting over to her niece.

"Yes Aunt. I'm glad to hear it, it's not wrong if I recommend my friend to bring his wife therapy to Auntie." Meisya immediately tried to change her face to be happy.

The therapist, whose name was Diah, smiled.

"You know the aunt felt very sorry for the woman, at a young age, she had to suffer such cruel torture from her husband."

"imagine by you. Almost every day, he was beaten and tortured with or without any wrongdoing. For her husband, his wife is a boxing samsak who has to get his punch every day."

"And he's quiet?" ask Meisya in disbelief.

"Only that was all she could do, fighting would only make her husband even more furious."

"I can't believe that such a man exists in the world." Meisya looks still in disbelief.

"Yes. Aunty has handled the KDRT case many times. But according to Aunt this is the worst. You certainly know in the world of psychology we call it Aggression."

Meisya nodded, as a psychologist she knew very well what aggression is. Aggression is a drive in a person that motivates and arises in the form of certain behaviors. Unfortunately, aggression elicits behaviors whose purpose is destructive such as intimidation, threats, ridicule and insults. But according to him, Lela's ex-husband has aggression that has entered an extreme stage, namely the urge to hurt others and has several goals. Such as expressing anger, showing possession and dominance.

"It's only natural that your friend's wife had such a deep trauma that it wasn't easy for her to start a new life with her new husband. It takes time to relieve the trauma. But he was lucky to have a husband like your friend. Aunty is very salute to him, his love is so great for his wife that Aunt is sure that love is also what makes his wife can heal quickly."

A few moments later.

While driving, Meisya pensively thought of Zayn. The man he had long since they had been in college was no longer possible to get, he had become someone else's husband. Disappointed for sure, his hope of getting the man he loved seemed to be destroyed when suddenly one day he heard the news in the office where they worked if Zayn would marry the woman of his choice.

He who was still in disbelief was secretly trying to find out, he really wanted to make sure if the news was true then he wanted to see the future wife of Zayn.

One day, out of curiosity, he follows Zayn, who is in a hurry to leave after work, who is convinced that Zayn will probably meet his future wife and take the initiative to follow behind. But who would have thought if his assumption was wrong, Zayn apparently went to the bookstore and was seen looking for a book with a serious face.

He who was secretly paying attention was shocked when it turned out that Zayn bought many books on psychology and mental health. Unable to hold back his curiosity, he eventually approached Zayn and pretended that the two had accidentally met there.

"I have more books like this at home."

Zayn who was initially indifferent was immediately stunned for a moment until he finally remembered that Meisya was a graduate student in psychology.

"really?" ask Zayn enthusiastically.

From there the two began to communicate.

Meisya then lent her some books, making communication between them more smoothly even though only through short messages. But it still makes Meisya happy and happy, he feels finally he can conquer the man who since college is famous for being cold and anti-women.

Although actually its nature is precisely the main attraction for women, including itself. Zayn became the college guy. Many women try to approach him but unfortunately he never once responded, Zayn instead avoids all women and only friends with men only.

Although when in the office they never communicate properly in a short message, but it still makes Meisya happy even though their communication only discusses the science of psychology and healing someone's trauma. Zayn who diligently asked was always answered with enthusiasm by himself who was an expert in that field. He now believes that the news that Zayn will get married is just a rumor, because he thinks that Zayn will go back to college to take a graduate program in psychology.

"So at which university will you take the Graduate program?" ask her one day in a short message.

"No. I'm not going to take the Graduate program."

"Then? Why are you interested in psychology?"

"I did it for someone."

"Have any of your friends been victims of abuse and traumatized?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Meisya who was quite shocked then intended to help him by recommending a psychiatrist and therapist who he thought was good to bring Zayn's friend to consult.

Communication between them slowly dwindled, Zayn no longer asked him much, until he finally heard the news if he was married.

Meisya became very disappointed, she became very angry because she felt Zayn had played him. He thought the communication between the two yesterday would open up an opportunity for him to establish a relationship with Zayn, but apparently he was wrong, Zayn still married another woman.

His disappointment grew even more when his aunt told him that a friend had come because of her recommendation. After being examined he was surprised if it was Zayn who brought his wife to therapy.

Apparently the friend in question was his future wife at that time, now he seemed to understand everything.

Zayn married a widow traumatized by physical abuse by her former husband.

As Meisya grew inflamed, she thought Zayn was too perfect to marry a widow, let alone one with such mental illness.

His disappointment peaked when at the birthday party, he saw for himself the appearance of Zayn's wife. Closed and veiled. He felt so much lacking in the woman that he did not deserve the Zayn he loved so much.

Meisya who is upset and holds a grudge because she feels that Zayn has used it and then devised a plan to re-create Lela's soul which has actually begun to recover, for the first time he had Zayn talking together under the pretext of telling him how to effectively cure his wife hoping that Zayn's wife would see and make her jealous. after that he would approach Lela to say something that would definitely hurt her feelings and self-confidence.

Both plans worked. She smiled believing that Lela was crying. His actual mental health a little longer would recover would be shattered into pieces.
