"They're outside. Some go home to get ready to come with us to town."

"To town?" ask Aisha wonder.

"Yes. I'll treat you there."

Alvian then explained about his wife's illness.

"That's why we've been running a fever lately, I'm sorry it's my fault I should have taken you to check and find out why your health is often compromised."

"It's okay. I was also wrong to ignore the stomach ache that I often felt, I thought if it was an ordinary stomachache."

Alvian held Aisha's hand tightly.

Alvian walks towards his wife's room being treated, when he goes inside he sees that Aisha has prepared with the help of Ummi and Siti.

"The operation is soon" Alvian said as he approached his wife.

Aisha nodded. She saw her husband's tense face.

"Actal surgery must be just a small operation for a surgeon as good as you."

"I'm not the one with the surgery." Alvian looked at Aisha.
