Alvian threw his body on the bed, and he thought back to Aisha's words.
It's not about making promises. It's just that Alvian doesn't know what guarantee he has to give Aisha to be trusted.
Apparently though...
Aisha's disappointment was like a barrier fortress to her, the more her heart ached, the stronger her defense was. The greater the distance between the two. So much pain that he has created, it is no wonder that Aisha will be more difficult for him to heal.
However, no matter how hard his wife will fight. He will no longer be wasted, enough of his folly has been ignored.
While Anita. He also realized that he had hurt her so much. Alvian knows this all because of his mistake. Naturally, if Anita is so angry that she threatens not to let go, Anita's heart is now filled with disappointment and heartache, but Alvian was sure that one day Anita would understand if indeed they had ever loved each other, shared a sense of together, but what the forces of fate did not unite the two, until her heart also slowly turned away from her. As if he knew the place. This heart seemed to know that Aisha was the best for him.

Aisha is busy cooking for her sister who is coming back from the hospital today, so busy she does not realize that Alvian is standing behind her, opening the refrigerator door seems to be looking for something.
"I'm hungry" Alvian said as he sat at the dinner table.
Aisha surprise. She then glanced at her husband.
"Is there anything to eat?" Alvian saw his wife.
"In the meantime" Aisha answered in surprise, seeing the clock, her husband would not normally leave the room this early, plus this was the first time her husband had asked her for food.
Aisha did not want to say much, she only guessed that maybe her husband would have to leave earlier this morning, she then immediately cooked the food.
Alvian sat on the chair, while seriously reading a map in his hand. Aisha serves food for him.
Aisha served him well, filling his plate with rice and side dishes.
"Sit. We eat together." Alvian looked at Aisha softly.
Aisha shook her head.
"No. Go first," he replied slowly.
Alvian understood, there was no way Aisha would want to eat together, because that meant she had to open her veil.
While Alvian was eating, Aisha was busy tidying up the kitchen.
Every now and then Aisha looks at her husband, staying busy reading some paper in his hand while occasionally feeding food into his mouth.
"What time are we leaving?" aisha asked when her work in the kitchen was done.
"I'm leaving now. I have an important operation today." Alvian sped up his meal.
"All right I'm ready first" said Aisha as she passed away.
"You don't eat first?"
"No. Later in the hospital."

The Hospital.
Aisha looks surprised to hear the news that Siti has not been allowed to go home today.
"His body had a slight fever, so the doctor had not allowed him to go home." Zainab.
Aisha approaches Siti. Holding his body which he felt a little hot.
"Doctor's right. Siti's sister should have completely healed and just been able to go home."
"It's okay brother. There are us here who will take care of my brother until he recovers. Don't think too much, don't think about anything else. Just think about your brother's health." Aisha hugged her sister.
Siti nodded. The three smiled at each other as if encouraging each other.

Alvian appeared to be sitting on the bench, preparing to perform the operation that would soon be carried out. He looked a little nervous as he occasionally read a few strands of paper in his hand.
"l. We need to talk." Anita suddenly comes and approaches Alvian.
"Not now. I'm busy."
"I don't care, the pokonya we should talk right now."
Alvian took a deep breath while standing up.
"I told you not now." Alvian's going.
"I want it now!" Anita held Alvian's hand.
Of course Alvian was shocked, he brushed off Anita's hand.
"Anita. Please, stop. Your behavior like this makes me even more convinced that leaving you is the right decision."
Anita was shocked, she looked like she was going to be angry. But then some people came and saw both.
"And remember if the director has reminded you, don't make a fuss again or this time you will be sanctioned" whispered Alvian.
Anita held back. This was an opportunity for Alvian to leave.
Anita looks upset to see Alvian leave her.

Aisha saw the wall clock, it was 8 pm but her husband Alvian had not yet come to pick her up to go home.
"Sister. I'll just take a cab home." Aisha saw Zainab.
"Wouldn't you wait for him in a minute? It's possible that your husband is a little late this time because of his work."
"Yes, just wait. Don't take a taxi home. It's a big city, you're afraid if you ride alone." Siti.
Aisha.
An hour later her husband did not come, Zainab suggested that Aisha look for him, trying to ask some nurses who might know where Alvian was.
Aisha exited the room, she began to ask questions and finally found out that her husband was in the operating room not far from there.
"It looks like the operation is over. If I want to deliver," said the nurse offered.
Aisha nodded. He did have to meet the husband, at least if Alvian was still busy, he would be alone if he would go home first.
The two of them walked towards the operating room, when they got there, Aisha saw a commotion.
Aisha saw some people crying hysterically. There were also those who were shouting and cursing.
Aisha who was curious walked closer and closer to finally seeing her husband down looked scolded.
"You killed my son. You killed him." A mother is seen crying while hitting her husband's chest.
"Why did you kill him?" The mother kept pulling Alvian's shirt until it hit her chest once again.
Alvian.
Aisha surprise. He saw that no one was trying to stop the mother. Likewise with Alvian himself who seemed resigned to allow himself to be beaten. Her husband also looks no less shocked and sad. Caught with guilt.
"Give me my son back. Why did you kill him? My son is so young, why did he die so soon?" she said constantly while crying.
"Mother." Aisha held the mother's hand.
"Death picks up in various ways and do not be fooled by young age because the condition of death does not have to be old" said Aisha trying to calm the mother.
Everyone saw Aisha. Especially with Alvian who was shocked to see his wife there.
"Everything that lives has its time limit set and how to return. What can we be if God wills?" Aisha looked at the mother gently.
Everyone who was crying went silent.
"They're just doctors, not God. His hands were not magical just because they could heal people, nor was it magical to be able to take a person's life."
"All that there is Allah the Almighty who determines."
