IN ANOTHER ROOM

Rizal, the young doctor was sitting in front of a computer screen, focused on checking each patient's data.

Tok, tock, tock, tock,

A knock distracted her attention. He paused for a moment, then said to allow the person in front of his room to enter.

"Lake in," he said.

Then, a nurse entered while carrying some files that she immediately handed over to him.

"This is the result of blood also rotgen Mother Aisyah Dok," explained the nurse, who was answered with a nod.

After that the nurse immediately resigned, allowing Rizal to return to struggling with his computer files.

Rizal just read the sheet of paper, up to one sheet containing the results of the patient's blood test.

He was silent for so long, watching the paper closely.

"Kasian," he murmured.

Rizal then got up, grabbed his white coat, then walked out, he stepped his feet towards the IGD ward. Arriving at the bed of one of his patients, a nurse immediately ran over.

"What's the doc?" Ask the nurse.

"He's not human yet?" Rizal asked, and responded with a little trinket of the sister.

"Then his family?" Then again ask.

Again the sister shook her head, "so her family left this mother for a moment, she said there was a business for a while." Reply to the nurse.

Rizal, nodding, then told the nurse to return to her place. He looked back at his patient with a pitying face, feeling overwhelmed by the state of the patient he had just met.

Both of Aisyah's eyes began to blink, Rizal who saw her could only stay still while watching, waiting for the patient to wake up.

Finally the two eyes opened, the owner slightly blinked, neutralizing the light that directly entered his sense of sight.

Rizal smiled thinly, for some reason, but the woman who was his patient status, as if it had caught his attention from the beginning he saw it.

"Sorry, where am I?" The first words were spoken from both lips of Ayesha.

Of course he felt confused, especially when he first realized, the face he saw was a foreign face that he did not know.

Aisyah looked at the Doctor's face which was right in front of her. Rizal smiled, Aisyah who was confused turned her gaze, turned her head left and right, she also brought her hand massaging her temple softly.

"Where am I?" Aisyah asked again, because she had not received an answer that could explain her situation now.

Still smiling widely, Rizal then calmed Aisyah down, "you're in the hospital, as far as I know you passed out and were brought here," explained Rizal.

Aisyah tried to get up, of course Rizal intended to help, but politely Aisyah refused it, "it's okay, I can be alone," he said.

Feeling bad should be in contact with a man who is not his mahram.

Aisyah sat down while turning her head to the left and right, as if looking for someone.

"It seems, the person who brought you here left for a while," said the doctor as if he knew what Aisha was doing.

Assuming to be a reply that made things a little awkward, Aisyah felt that the Doctor before her was acting strangely.

He continued to smile broadly at Aisyah, also looking at her with a gaze that Aisyah could not explain, making Aisyah feel a little uneasy and awkward.

"Hm, if so, I say retreat," Rizal scratched his nape, feeling awkward.

Aisyah simply fell silent, not intending to answer, she just nodded slowly, also developing a thin smile.

Rizal turned around, preparing to step away. However, that voice made Rizal undo his intentions.

"Doctor,"

He turned his body back to face Aisyah, pulling up next to her eyebrows, like asking, "what's wrong?".

"You know what, I'm sick of what?" Aisyah asked to the point, who sounded doubtful.

Rizal was silent for a moment, he again scratched his nape, feeling confused by the question that Aisyah was asking.

"Hm, I'll explain after your departure, for now, I can't tell you first" Rizal explained slowly.

Aisyah looked down sluggishly, as if dissatisfied with the answer given by Rizal.

"I'm in a lot of pain?" Guess Aisyah shook a little.

Rizal looked up, looking at Aisyah with a confused face.

"Lately, I often have nosebleeds, also sometimes bruises on parts of my body, even though only hit slowly," explained Aisyah who felt strange with her body.

Rizal again fell silent, the explanation that was said from the mouth of Aisyah now increasingly convinced Rizal of his diagnosis of the disease in Aisyah.

Aisyah turned her gaze over, her eyes glazed over, as if holding back the fear that was about to come true.

"Leukemia?" Aisyah guessed the disease that grew in her body.

Silence, there is no word from both mouths of Rizal. He was really confused, what he had to tell about his condition, Rizal was afraid that it would make his patients destroyed.

He lowered his head, feeling pity, "right," finally, Rizal confirmed Aisha's guess with a heavy heart.

Aisyah smiled with tears that kept escaping falling down her cheeks.

"But, you take it easy, many people are back to health after treatment, do not despair, you can definitely get through it." Rizal tried to encourage Aisyah.

"Therefore, I have to meet with your guardian, so that you can get treatment as soon as possible." Added Rizal.

Aisyah quickly refused, "No, Doctor don't tell my husband, please," pinta Aisyah, her face staring at Rizal.

"I beg Doc, let me know about this disease, please" again.

Aisyah kept asking Rizal to hide her illness, even though the disease in her suffering was not an ordinary disease.

"No, Leukemia is not an ordinary disease that you can bear alone, you need encouragement in undergoing this treatment,"

However, Aisyah shook her head again, "I beg you doc, in shaa Allah, I can live this all by myself, I do not want to make my husband worry,"

Rizal never thought, there is a woman like Aisyah who wants to hide her situation to her own husband.

"I'm sorry, I can't," Rizal said, despite feeling heavy, Rizal felt he couldn't hide news of this magnitude.

Disappointed, hearing the reply of the Doctor who did not want to grant his request. Aisyah did not want Adam to know that she was sick hard, her household was quite chaotic because of one big problem, lest this health news become a problem that would make things worse, Aisyah thought.

As Aisyah continued to plead, Aisyah faintly heard a familiar scream in her ear.

"Mom!"

Aisyah looked back, looking for the origin of the voice, until her eyes caught the face of Ali who was now running small towards her while shouting to call her.

"Umma! Umma! Umma, wake up!" Excited pleased.

Aisyah also saw Adam walking behind Ali, along with Erika who also walked beside Adam.

There was a hint of disappointment, seeing Erika who kept clinging to her husband's side. However, what can be done, Aisyah can only be patient and receive it with chest area.

Rizal can now only be silent to see his patients who have gathered with his family. He smiled, but there was a bit of sadness to see the woman who attracted his attention was already married.

"Umma! Umma is awake? Um Takpapa?" Ali just tried to get on the bed.

Of course Rizal who saw Ali's distress, helped the five-year-old child, until finally Ali could go up and hug his Umma.

"God willing, why this son of Umma, misses the same Umma," seduced Aisyah who got a tight hug from her son.

"Ali was afraid of Umma, fortunately Umma woke up again, Umma do not sleep long again!" Sahut Ali, while crying again for fear of losing his Umma.

Sad as well as touched, so unfortunately and afraid Ali lost Aisyah.

"What if I really left, would Ali be so sad?" Batin Aisha.

"Cup, cup, it's a pity, Umma has woken up, Ali doesn't have to cry anymore." Aisyah rubbed gently on Ali's back.

While now Erika was twisting her eyes were careless, seeing the intimacy between Aisyah and Ali.

"Basar lebay, fainting should be so!" Mumbled Erika cynically.

Adam who saw the scene in front of him could only smile warmly, until his eyes caught the figure of Rizal and realized his presence.

"Ah, sorry Doc, I was gone for a while" Adam told Rizal.

"It's okay sir, just calm down" he replied.

"So, how's my wife doing sir?" Adam asked about Aisha's condition.

The sudden question made Aisyah instantly hold on. Afraid that Rizal would tell the truth.

He turned his head immediately, looking at the Doctor with a glare, begging Rizal to hide his illness.

Rizal who was aware of Aisyah's gaze now again confused and hesitated, what he had to say.

"Doc?" Adam awakened Rizal who was now silent daydreaming.

"A-ah, ma-sorry, it's okay Sir, Aisyah's mother is just soy sauce, must rest a lot, eat it earlier she fainted," Rizal finally lied.

Aisyah can breathe a sigh of relief, fortunately the Doctor was willing to help her think Aisyah, now let only her know about her condition. Aisyah did not want to add burden to her husband, Aisha was afraid that if Adam knew Aisha was sick, she would only be a burden.

Therefore, hiding the truth is the best option. Hopefully, this choice will be the right choice, Aisyah thought.
