At 12:00
Yogyakarta, I'm coming. From Kulon Progo airport in Yogyakarta, I was picked up by Ragiel. He took me straight to his index. The first time I entered the index of Ragiel, I immediately said 'Subhanallah" not because it was too big and luxurious, but the tile was perforated, lots of buckets scattered, lots of pails, and worst of all at his dinner table were two rats hanging around.
"I hope you are not surprised to see the condition of the kos kek gini," said Ragiel.
"Giel, how do you feel at home in the cost of a gini cake model?"
"Yes how else. Cheapest guy. It's a strategic place. Close to Malioboro, book stalls, campus, and photocopying." Ragiel throws her backpack on the mat. "Your room is at the very end near the kitchen. Relax, in the safe room. No leaking and rats. Here, the key."
Ragiel handed the key to me. I walked over to the room that Ragiel had appointed. I opened the door to his room. Hmmm .. clean. There's one mattress, a closet, a fan, and a toilet. There is no roof. It's good to sleep.

Today is my first day at AT Press.
AT offices are designed very simply. From the outside it looks like an ordinary shophouse with two floors. However, the inside is made like a comfortable home to live in. Maybe Miss Nazneen designed an AT office like this so that all AT employees make this simple office their second home.
I'll explain the AT office parts. On the first floor there is a living room, there is a sofa model teak corner. It is said that the internet, a model like this again ngetrend. In addition to the sofa, there are also 3 bookshelves with complete contents of local novels private collection. The goal is that all employees when free time, take time to read books. Work in publishing but never read a book?
Still on the first floor, there are also two employee workspaces. Male employees and female employees are separated so they focus on work without any face-to-eye or mutual modusin other coworkers. Next to the employee workspace, the CEO's personal space.
Continue the second floor. There are two rooms of rest. Girl rest room, furniture there is a mattress, as well as a dressing table complete with various makeup equipment. While the rest room guys, in addition to mattresses and television, there is a PS for playing games. Some say, the guy needs to play games first in order to give birth to fresh ideas at work. Next to the rest room there is a musala and a mini canteen.
In this mini canteen there is a large dining table can be for 6 people together. Then, there are also large special shelves storing food and various snacks. So they if hungry just take as they please. Ms. Nazneen is very kind, does not want her employees to starve while working. How come there's no toilet or bathroom? Each room has a bathroom and toilet.
My eyes were on the hijab-wearing girl who was busy picking up books at the AT library. Don't worry, how does it feel familiar? I tried to approach him. Huh huh? He is ...
The veiled girl turned her body around. "Rial Gate? Work here too?"
No less surprised I am. "Helen? Yes, I work here. Bu Nazneen is the editor-in-chief. What position are you in?"
Since it's broken up, my language style to Helen back like the era of acquaintance 'gue-you' weird huh it sounds? It's a blend of Mamak and Ayak styles of speech.
"Admin at sosmed. And make a promo video."
I watched Helen from toe to toe to head. Lots of changes to him. He used to wear tomboys trousers and men's shirts, now wearing a robe and a wide hijab. Her beautiful aura was more visible now than it used to be. True said people, the girl will be more beautiful after breaking up.
There's one question on my mind. What is Helen's house?
"Len, how are you?" I'm chit-stepping.
"Alhamdulillah good. If you get sick, you can't go to the office."
"If your son and husband are good?"
Helen's face turned sad. "I was not married. My future husband was in an accident on the day of our ijab qobul. Still hiccups up to now. Haven't found the right one."
"Alhamdulillah."
Helen's eyes glared sharply. "Now Alhamdulillah?"
Well, you can't say it wrong. Though it was happiness in the heart because Helen did not become married. I can't say that to Helen.
"Hmmm .. anu .. was tuh tipo by the way. Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rojiun."
"Away from the type?"
"Kan, there's both Lillah's words."
"Assalamualaikum, guys." The sound of a bell was similar to that of Arafah Rianti. Stand up comedy, friend Raditya Dika ituloh.
I try to look. "Waws. Wide hijab girl. Eleven-twelve are the same style of dress as Helen. She's not pretty, but she looks cute."
The girl nudged and whispered to Helen. "Len, who is he?"
Even though I whispered, I could still hear his voice.
"Hello, I'm Sahrial." I extended a hand.
The girl just slapped a tap on the chest while smiling. "Hello, too. I'm Sukma. Marketing position. Sorry, can't shaman. Not mahram."
Fixes. She's my dream wife. Well, fuck me. I was at the crossroads between back and back fighting Helen or turning left to pursue Sukma?

Ms. Nazneen gathered all AT Press employees in the meeting room. First he introduced AT employees along with their characters.
Since it is still new, there are only six employees.
First, in the position of editor-in-chief named Sahrial Pratama. The man who is 55 kilos tall and weighs 55 kilos will go all the way from Medan to Yogyakarta to work in the AT office.
Second, in the position of editor occupied by Wardah. This woman is quite unique. Already three heads old, but always confess to people 'still Kindergarten'. He wanted her to be called 'Dedek'. Have the slogan 'teken can be teased.'
Third, Sukmawati. His position as marketing. This girl is a telly. However, his ability in selling books was already beyond doubt. He has been a reseller at dozens of well-known publishers.
Fourth, Helen Amelia. He served in the admin sosmed position. However, he is also good at video.
Fifth, there is Ranti. This girl is a cat lover. Hence it is often called 'Mama Koecheng'. He's in the cover and layouter design position.
Lastly, Siti Markonah. She became a general assistant. His job is to wash dishes, mopping, until ordered to print/photocopy files.
Next Ms. Nazneen discusses the concept of AT.
"There are some points that I want to convey to all of you," said Ms Nazneen.
"The first point, the path of receipt of the manuscript there are two systems. Semi major and indie systems. Semi major special weighted manuscript or author who already have followers on the platform si orange. If the sales in the first preorder reach 1000 ex, then we have an exclusive contract of 10 years. His book is available in bookstores throughout Indonesia. Wear sell break. Second point, about the editor. I want AT to be unique. Therefore open the vacancy of six editors. Later there will be a spicy level from level one to two. The author can choose the editor according to his mentality. Because I know not all writers are mentally dipedesine resistant. Third point, about marketing. Susuk please open a marketer vacancy from sabang to merauke. Profit for them 10-15 thousand. Do you have any other ideas for AT book sales?"
Wardah raised a hand. "Yes, Wardah, what's wrong?"
"I have a suggestion, how about making an online bookstore instagram with the name BenLaris?"
It was my turn to raise my hand. "Why should the name be BenLaris without AT frills?"
"Let the name is unique and behind the name is tucked in a prayer so that our publications sell well" replied Wardah.
"I agree with Wardah's idea. What about the others?"
"Agreed."
Five employees answered simultaneously. Ms. Nazneen glanced at Ranti and Helen. "Helen Ranti, you guys have been quiet since, is there anyone who wants to ask or propose?"
"While there is not yet. I'll just follow." Ranti answered at that.
"Just like Ranti" said Helen.
"alright. Then Ranti please banner for editor or marketer vacancies yes. To write on the banner ask to Wardah and Sukma."
"Ready."
"I'd like to assign an additional task to Sahrial. Since we do not have HRD, so the job of interviewing prospective employees, I leave it to you."
"No problem. I'm glad to accept the extra assignment."
"OKAY. Any questions or refutations?"
Silent. Their sign agreed with what I said. "Last coin, the day after we will inaugurate the office first. I hope you are ready to be her role model. For your series of events and tasks, it's on your front paper" Ms. Nazneen said.
I grabbed the paper. I read from beginning to end. "So the CEO's chaperone cut the ribbon? Waw, cool too. The whole press will be highlighting me. Mamak, Ayak and Sahrani can watch in tivi. They must be a scene."
"Have you any questions?" Miss Nazneen asked again.
Silent. "Alright, I think it's enough to get here today's meeting. Thanks for your attention. I beg you to cooperate with each other. AT success ahead in your hands." Ms. Nazneen closed the meeting by reading the hamdalah.
