A Waiting (Letting Off Single)

A Waiting (Letting Off Single)
Matchmade?

Rasya stopped his car in front of Alvin's cafe. His heart was restless, agitated, and uncertain. He just needs a moment of calm. Maybe by sitting down to enjoy a cup of coffee in front of a concocting barista, can slightly eliminate the sensation of fumbling.

"What message do you want, sir?"

"It's usually."

"Presents."

Rasya sat in front of the coffee bar while supporting his head. The chirping song played by Aksa further added to his heartache.

"Well, how are you here?" asked Adit who saw Rasya sitting alone.

"For coffee," answered Rasya.

"For why?"

"Just exhausted. Where's alvin?"

"Lo don't know? Alvin came here and Alvin said he wanted to propose to your house."

"Applying?" Rasya gulped down a cup of coffee while frowning his brows. "No word from home about this."

"Yes, it was sudden. I don't think Alvin knew about this either."

Rasya just fell silent. Has his beloved sister now accepted Alvin's proposal?

"Yes, I live first."

"okay." Rasya again sipped his coffee slowly. After the cup of coffee was empty, he stood up and paid for it at the cashier.

He walked out of the cafe and immediately headed for his car. After a while, the car left the cafe area.

The road that was not too crowded that night, made Rasya's vehicle go unimpeded and he has now stopped his car in front of the house.

"Pi, did I hear that Alvin's family proposed here?" rasha asked while in the middle room.

"Yes" replied Papi Rizal. He now took his eyes off the phone staring at his newly arrived son.

"His proposal accepted?"

"Yet. He said your sister wasn't ready."

Instantly Rasya climbed the stairs to Rili's room.

"Yes, if you haven't eaten fast!" tell Mami Lisa who saw her son actually went into Rili's room, even though she had been answered yes by Rasya.

"Why don't you accept Alvin's proposal?"

Rasya's question suddenly made Rili shocked. "Kak Rasya why don't you knock on the door first?" He is now sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Don't switch the conversation. Why don't you accept Alvin's proposal?" Rasya is now sitting next to Rili.

"No papa brother. I'm not ready yet."

"Wait anymore?" ask Rasya.

"Wait until you're ready."

Rasya let out a long breath. "Rili, you don't have to think about me. You accepted Alvin's proposal and quickly married him."

Rili lowered his gaze. But a second later Rili asked about Dira. "What about Dira?"

Hearing the name of Dira made Rasya's heart rumble again. "That's it, you don't have to talk about Dira." Rasya stood up and walked out of Rili's room.

Then Rili threw herself on the bed. Staring back at the screen of his phone that has no reply from Alvin.

...***...

"Alvin, you don't have to expect Rili anymore!!" arriving at home, the disappointment of Bu Gita is still not lost. Even his vocabulary continues to grow and become more.

Alvin was silent. He knew, when his mother was angry it was a sign that his mother was really disappointed.

"Maybe he does not love you, you as a firm man. Don't you want to wait without certainty gini."

"You better find another woman! You're gonna mate with Mama's friend's son.".

"Ma," Alvin who had just been silent then replied. "I can solve this problem. It just takes time. I'm not in a hurry to get married either."

"Here you go, how long will you be played like this. Anyway, tomorrow Mama will know you as a friend's son Mama."

"Yes, Papa agrees. Right said your mother. As a man you also have to be firm and quick to make choices."

"Pa..." Alvin did not expect, his father who had always supported him, suddenly supported his mother's decision.

Alvin stepped quickly inside his room and closed the door quite hard. She's random her hair's frustrating. During this time his parents very rarely scolded him. Did both of his parents really get disappointed with this?

Alvin never figured out why the problem could be this complicated.

He grabbed his phone.

Mas, I'm sorry...

He read a message from Rili. He took a long breath. The feeling this time was really chaotic.

He called Rili, only once the dial tone was connected.

"Yes, no papa.... Papa I don't understand.... You go to sleep fast already at night.... Yeah...." Just a short conversation going on.

Alvin switched on to his bedroom window. Staring at the dark sky with no starlight until late night.

...***...

"Alvin, Mama has contacted Mama's friend and they agree to this matchmaking. Name's Vina. He'll meet you later at the cafe."

"Ma, I don't want to." Alvin put on his jacket and prepared to go to his cafe.

"Wouldn't you? Can't do. My mom was disappointed with yesterday."

Alvin took a long breath. "Give me a week to get Rili to accept my proposal."

"Three days," said Mr. Iwan also chimed in on the matter.

"Three days? Pa, that's too..."

"Yes, Mama give me three days or Mama won't approve of your relationship."

Alvin was silent. He now took his helmet and stepped out of his house. He went to the cafe with a heart that was not okay.

Arriving at the cafe, Alvin who usually greeted and chatted to his employees who had come, but this time not at all. He put on a sour face as he walked into his office and sat down in his chair. Screaming his head for a moment because it felt so dizzy.

Moments later a phone call came in to his office number. The dizzy head is growing. His emotions seemed to overflow when he got a complaint from one of his customers.

Alvin immediately walked into the kitchen. "Who is holding the order from Miss Maria?"

The three cooks who were in the kitchen instantly stared at the angry boss.

"Hmm, that was yesterday Mas Adit who..."

"Adith? Why Adit's in the kitchen." Alvin comes out of the kitchen and meets Adit who is near the cashier. "Adit, did you change the recipe for Ms Maria's order?!"

"Yes, at the request of Mary herself."

"Adit, I told you never to change a recipe!!"

"But Vin, that's Miss Maria's own will. You know how Miss Maria is."

Alvin grunts annoyed. "The next time you talk to me before you change anything!"

"Yes..." Adit just assented. As a friend, of course Adit has memorized Alvin's temperament. When he can't control his emotions, Alvin has a problem.

Alvin went back inside his office and shut the door pretty hard.

"Why the boss? Tumben was angry with that muscle," asked Ana, the cashier.

"There are at least personal issues. Ordinary young boss."
