A Story of the Haram Child
Chapter 16 Happy Greeting

The lights in the cake shop were still on when the car carrying Anarya and her family pulled over to the parking area. Decorative lights that appear D&D Bakery writing are also still twinkling even though the time has shown at 21:30 and close writing has also been plastered at the entrance.

For a moment they looked at each other as if there were doubts about going down. Bu Bram seemed restless, seen from several times he sighed heavily. Mr. Bram sitting next to him caught the anxiety felt by the graceful woman, he held the hand of the woman who had accompanied him for decades to calm down.

"How, Pa?" mama asked for her husband's opinion.

"We go down and please all keep an attitude. Either way we're wrong for not being able to take care of Nesa."

Anarya and Bu Bram nodded in agreement. They got out of the car and stepped in. Anarya who was impatient wanted to meet Nesa quickened her pace and immediately pushed the shop glass door.

Anarya's steps stopped when she found the scene that made her heart tremble. Anarya gave conditions by hand for Mr. Bram and Bu Bram to stop the move. In front of him was a little girl who was playing with cake dough. Every now and then the woman next to him poked the little girl's cheeks with flour which was then followed by the laughter of a grandmother.

"Nesa, if you grow up, what will it be?" daneela asked the little girl who was engrossed in her experiment.

"Nesa wants to be like Mama, jago makes cookies."

"Then, Nesa has to learn a lot to grandma" said Bu Rani as she let go of a smile.

"Ready, Grandma. Nesa will learn, but now Nesa wants to make this first, yes, Grandma."

"What is Nesa doing today?" daneela asked as she put the dough she had printed into the large oven.

"Today Nesa wants to make DONuts LOVE, Ma."

"Lho, how about donut love again?"

"This is different, Ma. This time Nesa wants to make it in the form of the letter L-O-V-E, later we sell the package. The DONut of LOVE plus the donut of love that Nesa made last week."

"Well, it turns out that Pinter's grandmother's granddaughter is, too. Grandma was sure later that the big Nesa must be more powerful than her Mama," praised Bu Rani as she cupped both hands into the face of her only granddaughter and landed a kiss on Nesa's face.

"Sure, donk. Mama's son" said Daneela with a loving hug.

"Ma," said Nesa stunned to see who had come. The net highlight was originally sparkling staring at Anarya, but a second later dim when he saw Bu Bram behind Anarya.

"Yes, honey," Daneela replied as she followed Nesa's gaze.

The faces that were once so full of happiness and cheer, now turned pias full of tension. Nesa immediately hid behind Bu Rani's body as if asking for protection, while Daneela heavily stepped out of the glass kitchen room. Something burst in his chest hinting that he was ready to fight for Nesa.

"Is there anything else you're here for?"

"Daneela, we want to talk" said Anarya, who was greeted with a cynical look at Daneela.

"I think it's clear. Your wife and mother gave Nesa to me, not me who took you."

"Yes, I know. But I can't live without Nesa, you know how much she means to me." Anarya's voice. There was a deep sadness gurat emanated from the spotlight of his net.

"If you think Nesa means a lot, then why do you let her be under pressure? He was too small to accept the torment and humiliation of his wife and mother."

"I was wrong not to take full care of Nesa. Give me another chance."

"It's so easy you ask. Can you guarantee your family won't hurt Nesa?" daneela's voice grew increasingly piercing with a mocking look.

A few minutes of silence. Anarya was caught up in the anxiety that ripped through the recesses of the heart. After witnessing the happy laughter of his little daughter, he hesitated to take away the laughter. However, on the other hand he did not want to lose the baby he got from Daneesa who had been a life booster for him.

"Why silence? Can't guarantee Nesa's happiness, can it?" ask Daneela defiantly.

"Daneela, we promise to take good care of Nesa." Now, Mrs Bram is opening her voice.

"How many wounds have you inflicted on your own granddaughter, the esteemed Lady Bramantyo?"

Ms. Bram is back. Daneela's words were so sharp that they struck her deepest heart. She was wrong, as a grandmother even hurt her own grandchild. Sesal slipped in the heart of the woman who had never realized her mistake.

The mood was silent again. Daneela smiled winning because she was able to make them not wart. For years he waited for such moments, during which he avenged every pain from his twin brother.

"The mother! come here, son," call Daneela.

Nesa who was standing behind Bu Rani slowly started to approach. The tense look was so clearly drawn on the little girl's face. She immediately stood to the right of Daneela and held the hand of the woman she thought was the savior fairy.

"Have you heard, Anarya?" daneela asked with her cynical smile.

"Nesa, beautiful papa's son. I'm sorry papa, huh?" Anarya approached and knelt before Nesa. He held onto Nesa's shoulder, the man's net had already bloomed a clear circle that was about to collapse.

"Don't leave papa, son." Finally powerless he held back tears, he hugged the jewel of his heart tightly as if unwilling to lose the grace of the beautiful past.

"We're home, huh, son?" bejuk Anarya's.

"Pa, at home there is still Dek Resti. I'm here to accompany Mama. Poor Mama's been missing me, Pa."

Anarya let go of the embrace. He looked at his daughter's face. He yells that Daneela is not his mother. However, the intention was broken. He could not bear to see the little angel in front of him lost the happiness he had just regained, he did not want little Nesa again hurt.

"Nesa happy to live here?"

"Yes, Pa. Nesa is very happy here. There's Mama and Grandma who love Nesa. Here Nesa also learned to make bread, you know, Pa. Papa want a doughnut chip made by Nesa?" Nesa's face turned cheerful.

"May," answered Anarya while giving a smile at the patchwork of solace hearts that has been treating her longing for the figure of Daneesa.

With a little run Nesa towards the storefront. He took four love-shaped donuts with a sprinkling of pink meises. After putting the doughnut in the cross-section he brought it to Anarya's front.

"It's Nesa's love for Papa. Take one, yes, Pa," Nesa said as she thrust doughnuts into the buffet.

"Thank you, honey." Anarya took one doughnut and kissed her daughter's forehead gently.

"It's love for Eyang Kung." Nesa's little hand took a donut and fed it to Mr. Bramantyo who was unable to say.

"Thank you, Grandchild. Forgive Eyang Kung who can't take care of Nesa, huh?" Netra Mr. Bram glazed.

"Nesa dear Eyang Kung .. how are our flowers, Eyang?"

"They miss Nesa. When will Nesa come to water it?"

"Hm .. send Nesa's greetings to them, yes, Eyang. Nesa will definitely visit him, then go there between Mama."

"Alright, Princess," replied Mr. Bram with a slight bow imitating respect to the queen. Nesa chuckled at the manner of Eyang's sister.

Now his gaze was fixed on the woman he had been calling Eyang but did not want to be touched by him. A little doubt he stepped foot. A second later his eyes collided with Bu Bram.

"Here, dear," pinta Bu Bram who caught the look of fear in the look of the face of the grandchild that he had always hated. He stretched out his arms signalling that he wanted to hug Nesa.

"Eyang, Nesa remains affectionate with Eyang. Thank you for delivering Nesa to Mama Daneela. Nesa knows that she wants Nesa to be happy here" Nesa said innocently without prejudice, leading Ms. Bram to hug and kiss her on the top of her head many times.

"I'm sorry, Nesa. Who's been mean to Nesa all this time."

"That's not evil, really. Nesa's happy here, Eyang. Don't Worry."

"May you take Nesa's love donut?"

"By, Eyang. It's love for Eyang." Nesa feeds the doughnut and is greeted by a small bite from Ms. Bram.

"That's delicious, Nesa. Well, it turns out Nesa's good at making cakes, huh?"

"Not good, Eyang. Nesa still lost to Grandma Rani." Nesa's gaze circulated looking for the figure of her favorite grandmother. A smile full of love he gave when his net found Bu Rani who was still standing near the kitchen door.

"Nesa, the doughnut's still one. For whom?" tanya Anarya was curious.

"Sir Karmin. Nesa's love is also for Mr. Karmin."

Everyone in the room was stunned, there were many questions as to why Nesa also loved the middle-aged driver. Their views followed Nesa's small steps out of the shop and into the parking lot to meet Mr. Karmin. How surprised they were when they saw the little girl hugging and giving kisses on both cheeks Mr. Karmin.

Ah, that little angel indeed really stored a lot of love in his heart. He never held a grudge even though his heart was once hurt by those who wronged him. She-Nesa Daughter of Anarya-, a little girl with such a noble heart, was born in the mourning grief. And now, a glimmer of happiness had he felt. Wishing no more sorrow and tears to decorate his days.

'Nesa, there will be no one calling you 'Son of Haram. You have won the battle over the destiny that is in line for you, Anarya whispered in her heart.
