The next day ....
Lasmi returns to the D&D cake shop to pick up Daneela. All the plans are neatly arranged in his brain. When the car driven by Mr. Karmin pulled over, it was seen Daneela who was ready to wait in front of the store.
Seeing Lasmi waving from the car, Daneela immediately approached.
"Are you ready?" lasmi asked with a smile made as sweet as possible.
Daneela just smiled wryly, not wanting to respond to Lasmi's question which she felt was just a pleasantries and a charade.
'That's sickening!' inner Daneela. He then asked Mr. Karmin to open the front door of the car, it felt like he would not sit next to the cynical and hypocritical woman.
"Aren't you sitting here?" lasmi asked after seeing Daneela sitting next to Mr. Karmin. There was a disappointed feeling ignored. However, for the sake of the smooth mission he was running, he chose to be quiet.
"Road, Sir!" daneela's orders to Mr. Karmin regardless of Lasmi's questions.
"Good, Non. Ehm .. sorry, Non Lasmi. We go straight back to the hotel or where are we going?"
"Go to the hotel, sir. Some can't wait to meet Nesa," Lasmi replied with a glance at Daneela, but the insinuated did not respond in the slightest.
The atmosphere was silent, only the roar of the car drove along with the sound of horns from several other vehicles. That morning the road is not too crowded, the hours of people leaving for work have passed so that not many private vehicles and then tares.
Lasmi's smile all the way to the hotel expands from her red lips. He did not expect all plans to go smoothly and more easily than he imagined. Daneela gladly accepted her offer to take little Nesa.
In front, Daneela sat impatiently to meet Nesa, her twin sister's daughter. Several times a heavy sigh was heard from his mouth, as if there was a burden that he wanted to escape.
Daneela is forced to agree to Lasmi's plan because it is for the sake of Bu Rani, the wounded mother. Women whose age has now entered the twilight period but still looks grim sadness on his old face often makes Daneela's heart sliced bitterly.
The departure of Daneesa incised a deep wound for the mother. There was a sorrow that did not want to go from inside the woman's heart, the wound was reluctant to heal and continued to gap. The clear thread was also still wetting his cheeks, a sign that he was still lamenting the departure of his baby.
Every time she saw Bu Rani sitting on her favorite rocking chair while hugging a portrait of Daneesa, Daneela's heart and feelings seemed to be slashed with sharp pain. Especially when a clear speck flowed on Bu Rani's cheeks, her heart was getting sliced.
It's been eight years since Daneela witnessed the pain her mother felt. He also intends to meet Anarya to ask little Nesa as a remedy for the longing of the mother to Daneesa.
Before meeting Anarya, Daneela wanted to go to Daneesa's tomb as a request for permission from her twin sister, but instead she accidentally met Anarya at Daneesa's tomb.
Long enough Daneela noticed Anarya back then. From behind a tree not far from where Anarya was sculpting in front of the Daneesa Tower, Daneela waited for the right time to meet Anarya.
Daneela was stunned to see how hurt Anarya was at the departure of Daneesa. Apparently, Anarya's love for Daneesa is still so great. Such a deep sense of regret seemed clearly dissolved in the hysterical cries of Anarya who was unaware of her presence.
"Ah, free you're sorry, Narya," muttered Daneela.
Without feeling the clear liquid has come out of the corner of the net. The hatred he had in his heart towards Anarya and the Bramantyo family had been enormous. So many cuts they cut on Daneesa and Bu Rani. However, upon seeing Anarya's roaring cry, the hatred was slightly eroded.
'No. I cannot be weak. I have to go see him and ask Nesa!' daneela exclaimed inwardly dispelling her weak side.
He again tried to establish himself to meet Anarya, asking Nesa for a mother who had been too long in grief. Finally, he came out of hiding and stepped towards Anarya.
"What are you crying about, Anarya?" That was the question that Daneela first posed to Anarya, a cynical question that was able to make Anarya stunned from her crying.
"Da-Da-Daneesa?" The clear appearance of pias's face and nervousness was seen in the ripples of Anarya's face at that time.
Yes, Anarya thinks Daneela is Daneesa. No doubt the appearance of Daneela makes a handsome but unpretentious man surprised.
According to Daneela, Anarya is nothing more than a gutless loser. He is only a weak man who has no strength to defend love, he is only a man who submits to the tyranny of his mother.
"I didn't mean to leave him" Anarya said.
"A coward can never admit his mistake. You think what you're doing is right?" Daneela was no less fierce to attack Anarya with a spicy speech, she did not care about Anarya's sorrowful gaze.
"My departure was not to leave Daneesa, but because ...."
"No reason can change my view of you. To me you are an irresponsible man."
Silent. Anarya just rubbed her face rough.
"Why silence? Your regrets are useless. Not only will God punish you, but I will also give you even more pain!" Daneela's words imply deep hatred.
"What are you gonna do? Killing me? I'm sincere if it can atone for my guilt on Daneesa."
"Hahaha ..it's too light for you, Anarya."
"Then what do you want?"
"I'll take your son!" said Daneela who made Anarya more stunned.
"That's what I want."
"I've been tormented enough by this regret. Don't you add any more by taking Nesa from me. He is all I have." wailed Anarya with tears in her eyes.
"Aren't you married and having children?"
"I never loved him. I just love Daneesa, and I never had any intention of leaving Daneesa. All because of my mother."
Honestly, Daneela's heart was touched by Anarya's reply. He knew very well that Anarya's feelings were also broken and sick because of the destiny created by her mother over her love life.
Daneela could still see the twinkle of love that was only for Daneesa, what a tragic love story. Anarya must live in the shadow of Daneesa and force herself to compromise the loveless marriage.
However, back Daneela dispels his empathy. He threw away the pity for Anarya.
"I will take Nesa from you" said Daneela as she walked away from Anarya.
"You can kill me, but I won't let you take my son!" anarya's scream was still heard by Daneela who entered the car.
Back then, Daneela had yet to have the courage to forcibly take little Nesa. He could only bully, yet not dare to act.
But now, Daneela did not expect that God was giving way for her even through the idea of Lasmi who did not want Nesa with her.
****
It was not felt that the car carrying Lasmi and Daneela had entered the hotel courtyard. After asking Mr. Karmin to stop the car at the door of the hotel, Lasmi went down and followed Daneela.
Daneela's heart skipped a beat faster, doubt suddenly crept into her mind. The shadow of Nesa's rejection of her was plastered in his mind. Anarya's anger did not escape his mind.
The elevator moves to the 6th floor, where Ms. Bramantyo and Nesa's room stay. Daneela's legs grew heavier to step out of the elevator door, to the point that Lasmi who noticed Daneela's attitude immediately pulled Daneela's arm still stuck in the elevator.
"Come, you want to meet your niece, right?"
"Yeah. But what if he rejects me?"
"Take care of you as if you were his mother!" lasmi's decree assured.
"Remember, don't make the mistake that made Nesa unwilling to come with you. Follow our plan which I have explained," Lasmi reminded Daneela.
"Yes, I know."
"Good."
Their footsteps were getting closer to the door. Sayup-sayup heard a voice from inside, a voice that hinted that the person inside was busy chatting happily.
Daneela stopped when she saw the door of the room that opened slightly. His heart was beating irregularly.
"Come in" asked Lasmi.
Daneela's gaze was immediately fixed on the figure of the clear round-eyed little girl. Her memory seems to go back to twenty years ago, when she and her twin brother were still children.
"Nesa, why do you look so much like your mom, son?" Daneela's helpless mind held back tears.
As soon as he hugged the little girl, he spilled his longing all along. Longing for the figure of Daneesa, the brother who spent childhood with her. He held Nesa tightly as if he did not want to lose again.
Nesa who had previously been indoctrinated by Lasmi and Bu Bramantyo soon realized that who now embraced him was his mother. He also returned the embrace of the woman he had just met.
After some time, Daneela began to stretch her arms and looked at Nesa's face. His right hand rubbed the top of Nesa's head lovingly.
"Darling, it's mama, son."
Nesa could only nod while sobbing. Several times he wiped his tears with the back of his hand. But her crying immediately came to a halt when she realized something. For a moment he looked at the face of the woman before him. The face he had seen. Nesa's forehead frowned as if she was remembering something.
"Ma ...."
"Yes, Honey?"
"Have we met?"
Nesa's question made Daneela link the eyebrows thinking. While Bu Bramanto and Lasmi were stunned then looked at each other. Lasmi raises her shoulder in response to Bu Bramantyo's net gesture.
Confusion decorate their faces. Trying to guess find the answer to what has actually happened before they met. Nesa's question left a curiosity that filled everyone's mind.
