“Eh, ayoo hunt later can not be our strategic place.” The three schoolgirls flashed swiftly in front of Hanum.
“Gilaaa, I just saw them getting out of the car. Beeuhh, cool abis.” The next two students passed in front of him in a hurry.
All leading to the same location, their school hall.
Hanum saw not only the girls heading towards the hall, but almost all the students were walking towards the hall.
Hanum followed their steps, crammed in through the narrow hall door. Cacian and other students swearing, he ignored as he stepped on and nudged them.
He just wanted to know what was drawing his friends' attention.
Hanum tried to break through to the front lines despite having to accept various kinds of rude swearing, he did not care at all.
Hanum's eyes were fixed on a group of men in basketball team shirts, who were preparing to compete.
They are students who are conducting friendly matches, to promote their campus in several SMUs including Hanum school.
“It ... ituuu whose name is Alexander, two really cute ya.” One of the girls standing behind her whispered to the friend next to her.
“Emang most cool abiss, geez melted my heart, Sin,” timpal other girls.
Hanum followed their point of view, he noticed the guy the girls meant.
In an instant a Hanum who was always indifferent with appearance and always dressed tacky, fell in love with Alexander Putra Prasojo.
The man was too dazzling and shining among his other comrades.
Not much talking, sharp eyes, high posture and chest area. Which woman is not interested, especially for ABG girls like Hanum and his friends.
Pluit is already ringing a sign the basketball game is about to start. The cheers of the audience were getting more lively, some female voices were shouting the names of some of the men who were competing in the middle of the field.
Alexander's name turned out to be the most often and loudly called by women.
“Waah, she is an idol apparently,” Hanum murmured while fixing her sagging glasses, as it nudged the student standing next to her.
“Diih, why did you watch here. Find what?! do you know about basketball?” cela Berlin, one of the most popular students in the school.
“Yee, why? Like me,” said Hanum cuek.
Hanum is indeed not the type of girl who is easily repressed, her overly indifferent nature makes her not care about appearance.
Hanum is an orphan, since an infant in living in an orphanage by his parents, but it does not make him inferior. Her carefree and optimistic upbringing makes her the darling of Anita's mother, the nanny at the parlor where she lives.
Hanum's brain is smart and creative, making him get a scholarship and can be accepted at a favorite school in his area.
Round by round the basketball game has passed, the atmosphere is getting tense. Hanum's eyes were only on one player, he felt pity and sympathy for Alexander's struggle to score points.
Seeing Alex's sweat pouring out, it felt like Hanum ran to the middle of the field and rubbed the man's sweat with his own hands.
“Alex .. Alex ...Alex.” The voice within the hall resounded as Alexander dribbled.
Alex stopped for a moment in the middle of the court and prepared to jump, as he was about to aim the ball to the basketball basket suddenly, “I LOVE YOU ALEXANDER!” the sound of a catfish like a slipper-throwing dog stands out among the cries that add to the spirit.
The ball that was supposed to soar high leads to the basketball basket and enters successfully, like losing steam and rolling just like that.
React all the eyes that were inside the hall were pointing at him with an accusatory look.
Alex lost focus and was surprised when he was about to direct a shot toward the basketball basket, because of the shrill sound that greatly disturbed his hearing.
But he quickly mastered the situation. Alex returned to play well even though he failed to add points due to the screams of the strange girl, but not with his team-mates and Alex's supporters.
They looked at Hanum with angry, accusatory looks, various insults coming out of their mouths.
“Gu*block!”
“Stupid!”
“Ngaca wooiii!”
“Udiikk!”
Whispers and grievous laughter from the top to bottom stands, like the buzz of bees filling the hall.
“Who the hell is that?”
“Gosh find a problem tuh udik.”
“He thinks Alex will nanggepin?”
He did not care at all about the surroundings, his eyes were fixed on a beautiful creature that was running in the middle of the field.
His hands were cupped in front of his chest, with a adoring face. His eyeballs didn't go where Alex was running.
“Lex, the strange girl saw you continue,” chapped her team-mates, as they rested sitting on the side of the field waiting for the next round change. Alex just glanced a little indifferently.
“Gilaaa, his gaze is like superman. Very sharp hahahahaa ..” One of his other friends chimed in.
Maybe his team-mates just realized, but actually Alex has known since they were still playing because Hanum's eyes seemed to penetrate his basketball jersey and make his back hollow.
“Loe disturbs their concentration deh,” One of the schoolgirls looked at Hanum annoyed.
“Gue ain't doing,” says Hanum.
“Mending out this kid from the hall, interrupt aja.”
“Yes, make eye pain.”
“Kalo sisters Students were see there is a Hanum model girl in this school, can be damaged image collection of children from our school.”
“Out of loe!”
The voices of rejection were getting louder. Hanum rebelled when a student pulled him out of the hall.
“GA MAU!” Hanum insisted on staying where he stood.
But more and more people pulled him out of the room, making Hanum lose strength.
He was just thrown by his friends out of the hall.
“AARRGHHHHH, WATCH OUT FOR YOU!” Hanum shouted from outside the hall with his hands clenched.
Hanum sat by the side of the hall waiting until the match was over. It was not in vain that Hanum still survived outside the hall. After more than three hours, the hall door opened and the players walked out, including Alex, with supporters following.
“Sister Alex!” Hanum came closer.
Some of his schoolmates tried to hold him back so that Hanum could not get close to the players.
“Still here aja, loe tuh make shy school we know!” berlin yelled as he pushed her away.
“Apaan anyway!” Hanum kept moving forward.
“Sister Alex, photo together yes,” said Hanum with a hopeful look, as he managed to get closer to Alex.
“Ga pa-pa, leave it alone,” said Alex when Berlin wants to pull back Hanum.
Hanum happily pulled out of his pocket, a very low-resolution old-fashioned phone.
“Smile, yes Brother,” he said confidently, while pointing the photo camera in front of their faces both selfie.
Everyone laughed at Hanum who was smiling loosely while Alex just grimaced stiffly.
