25 - Exit Forest [Revised]

Ever since Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Lu saw the horrific incident -- they had become silent. No one starts the conversation or complains of being exhausted from crawling. The three of them seemed to dissolve in each other's minds.

Yang Shu was somewhat worried about the condition of his three disciples. Because for people who could not be silent like Xiao Lu and Jing Mi, suddenly being silent like this-of-certain made her unsettled.

"Are you okay, Brother Jing?" Xiao Shuxiang was also feeling somewhat troubled as he did not hear the usual grumbling complaints of Jing Mi. "The chatty person then becomes silent, making me a little uncomfortable..."

Yang Shu finally asked his four disciples to stop and immediately stood up.

Yang Shu told them that they had already made it out of the forest, hearing that made Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Lu exhale in relief.

Yang Shu then walked up followed by his four disciples. Not far in front of them were two large stones, flanking a path.

"Come there," Yang Shu asked the four students.

When passing between the two large stones, Xiao Lu was so amazed because the stone he saw was much smaller than the one in front of him.

"This is a huge rock!!" Jing Mi touched and stroked one of the stones. Compared to the rocky hill he had once crossed... It was the largest of all the stones he had ever seen.

"We're not here to admire the rock, let's hurry!" although Xiao Lu was amazed, yet he was not as exaggerated as Jing Mi. Even Jing Mi hugged the boulder while kissing it several times.

"Brother Jing, stop... Let's go for it." Qi Xuan and Xiao Shuxiang pulled Jing Mi over to immediately catch up with Yang Shu and Xiao Lu.

Yang Shu smiled as he gently rubbed his disciple's head, "This is a village, it seems like there is a celebration. We better find a place to stay."

Yang Shu and his four disciples started walking while looking at the crowd and beauty in this village.

Qi Xuan was slightly distracted by the strange gazes of the villagers, he then told Yang Shu. "Elder? Why are they all staring at us like that...?"

Xiao Lu, Jing Mi and Xiao Shuxiang heard Qi Xuan's words. They finally realized that the reason the villagers gave strange gazes was because of their current appearance which was being covered by leaves.

Simultaneously the three patted their forehead softly. "Shameful... I haven't even noticed it since..." Xiao Lu took off the leaves that were stuck on his face as well as his clothes.

It took quite a long time until Yang Shu and his four disciples removed all the leaves that were on their bodies. When he finished, Yang Shu and his four disciples continued to search for the inn.

The place that Yang Shu and his four disciples visited was a two-story building, looking quite spacious and so beautiful with lantern decorations.

To Xiao Lu, the Qi Xuan and Jing Mi-buildings they saw were huge and also vast. But to Yang Shu and Xiao Shuxiang, this was just a simple and mediocre building.

Yang Shu, "The four of you wait in front of this building first. Grandfather would go sell the demonic cores while going to report something. You guys don't go anywhere, Grandpa just go for a minute."

Xiao Shuxiang knew that Yang Shu would report about the six corpses they had seen inside the forest. It was just that Yang Shu did not explain it to them out of worry, as Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Lu could have recalled the terrifying incident again.

Honestly, Yang Shu felt relieved because when he saw the beauty of the village, his students seemed to forget their fears.

Xiao Lu, Qi Xuan, Jing Mi and Xiao Shuxiang nodded in agreement to Yang Shu. The four of them waited for Yang Shu while watching some people enter the building.

"I really want to take a shower..." Xiao Lu rubbed his cheeks which felt stiff and slightly sticky due to the sap of the tree while doing the disguise.

Suddenly Jing Mi's stomach made a very loud noise, even some of the people walking in front of them stopped and turned to look at Jing Mi.

"I smell good, so my stomach goes off..." Jing Mi rubbed her stomach.

Xiao Lu, Qi Xuan and Xiao Shuxiang were stunned when they heard Jing Mi's stomach sound for the second time.

"Brother Jing, you're like a child who hasn't eaten for months..." Qi Xuan stared in disbelief.

For the third time Jing Mi's stomach rang again and made Xiao Shuxiang flounder. "That's incredible...! It's like they're partying in there,"

"Not a party, Brother Xiao! But doing rebellion, wants to be filled...!" Jing Mi rubbed her stomach slowly while asking for her stomach to be patient.

One of the people who saw four children standing with one of them rubbing his stomach, became pity. He then approached the four and patted the shoulder of the child holding his stomach.

Xiao Lu, Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Shuxiang looked puzzled as a man wearing green clothes approached and gave them two silver coins each.

"You can buy Baozi with that money, Big Brother can't give you more... Sorry." said the man as he patted the heads of Xiao Shuxiang, Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Lu.

The man then walked away from the building, followed by two children dressed the same as him.

Jing Mi, Qi Xuan, Xiao Shuxiang and Xiao Lu opened their mouths wide in astonishment at what the man had done to them.

Xiao Shuxiang looked at the two silver coins in his right hand, the next second he looked at the man who had already gone away. The man and the two children who followed him carried swords, they were cultivators.

"Be-Bold Once He..!.! How Dare That Man To Consider This Xiao Shuxiang As A Beggar!?" Xiao Shuxiang looked furious as he clenched both his hands.

In contrast to her-Qi Xuan, Jing Mi and Xiao Lu were perplexed when they saw the two pieces of silver in their hands.

"Why did the man give us the money? Do you know him, Brother Jing?" Qi Xuan felt that Jing Mi and the person knew each other, because the child the man first patted was Jing Mi.

"I don't know him at all,"

They were amazed by the two coins in their hands... Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Lu again gasped as the person walking in front of them also gave two pieces of silver in his third right hand.

Just as Xiao Lu was listening to Jing Mi-sighted stomach sounds Yang Shu was walking towards them.

Jing Mi, Qi Xuan and Xiao Lu immediately ran over to Yang Shu. They told him about Jing Mi's stomach voice which made people give them silver pieces.

Yang Shu was greatly shocked, he was even stunned as his three disciples exposed the silver pieces they had obtained.

"Xiao'Er only got two, he didn't show his hands like this..." Xiao Lu showed his palm to Yang Shu.

"You guys... Not in vain Grandpa asked you to wait, good work! Ha ha ha." Yang Shu laughed as he gently rubbed the heads of his students.

Qi Xuan, Jing Mi and Xiao Lu looked overjoyed as they received praise from Yang Shu. It was different from Xiao Shuxiang.

Xiao Shuxiang was almost hanging when he heard Yang Shu's words. He even screamed loudly in his heart, "Old Basar Bangka...! Why Can You Do That To Your Students?!"

Yang Shu then invited his four disciples to enter the building.
