Womb of Titipan

Womb of Titipan
First Meeting.

Next day.

"It's been almost ten days since you promised you'd give Grandma a great-grandmother soon, but up to this point you haven't brought a woman to grandma to introduce," grandma said when Aaric came to her room because her health was declining again.

Aaric saw his mother.

"Don't tell me you forgot your own promise, son," added the grandmother in a slightly disappointed tone.

"No grandma. Where could Aaric have forgotten," Aaric answered quickly as he sat by his grandmother's bedside.

"Where do you promise, grandma already can't wait to carry your child, you see for yourself grandma is getting older, plus grandma's heart disease is getting worse, the, making grandma now not even able to sit alone, grandma can only lie on the bed alone,"

"Grandmother survives only because of waiting for your child, but if you do not keep your promise and it turns out not to be married this near future, grandma can not last longer, but if you do not keep your promise, may god soon take the life of ne-"

"Granny!! Grandma will soon become a great-grandmother soon because I'm actually married and now my wife is pregnant with grandma." Aaric had to lie.

"What?" Grandma looked startled, she saw Aaric and Winda alternating.

Just like Grandma, Winda was no less surprised to hear Aaric's words lying to grandma but he immediately controlled himself, he had to support Aaric's lies so that grandmother believed him, she said, Winda smiled as he approached his mother-in-law happily.

"What Aaric said is true, Mom, the granddaughter of this mother was married secretly" said Winda with a smile

"Married secretly?"

"I just found out, too, that Aaric just told me that he was forced to marry secretly for fear that we wouldn't approve of his marriage."

"Where might we not approve of her marriage when we'd really like to see her get married?"

"That's because Aaric is married to a woman who is not at our level. He married a poor woman. Not with the woman we had hoped for all this time, women from the same circles as us," said Winda lying

"Is that true?" grandma saw Aaric

"Yes Grandma, my wife is a commoner, she doesn't even have parents, she's an orphan living in an orphanage."

"What?"

"That's why Aaric kept this marriage a secret from us and everyone. What he's been telling us all along that he still doesn't want to get married because his job is just the reason, ma'am, because actually he was married but covered it up in shame if the woman of his choice was just a poor woman who had nothing," replied Winda.

Grandma saw Aaric again.

"Is it really like that?"

Aaric nodded slowly.

"Yes Grandma, everything you said was true, so I'm afraid to tell you about my marriage"

Grandma seemed silent digesting all the words her daughter-in-law and granddaughter had said.

"Do you love her?" ask grandma suddenly.

Aaric was shocked to hear Grandma's question.

"Of course my grandmother loved him, even loved him so much." Aaric was constantly lying

Grandma smile.

"Bas stupid, how could grandma not approve of you if you love that woman so much." Grandma hit Aaric's shoulder slowly.

"How long have you been married?"

"Just two months old."

"And now she's pregnant?"

Aaric nodded.

Grandma seemed to be trying to get up, making two nurses who were hired specifically to take care of grandma seemed dexterous to help grandma to sit while leaning.

"He's pregnant now?" ask grandma again to make sure.

Aaric glanced at his mother.

"Yes mother, she's pregnant with my granddaughter right now, pregnant with my mother's great-granddaughter." The mind answered.

Grandma smiled broadly.

"Later in the afternoon bring her here, grandma wants to see your wife."

"Yeah, it's noon I'll bring her here." replied Aaric confidently.

Aaric nodded his head

---

Aaric massaged his forehead. The mother walked in front of him.

"What we've done, we've been lying so much to Grandma." Winda looked sorry.

"It's all my fault, ma'am."

"It's okay son, we take the good side, grandma's situation is now much better, she's very happy to hear you're married and will soon give her a great-grandchild."

"Mother is right, grandma seems to be suddenly healed," replied Aaric happily.

"Mom is going to pick up the woman now because inevitably we have to take her to meet with grandma, but the problem is that the woman is not pregnant yet, we have not even started the procedure. What if the program fails and the woman doesn't get pregnant while we've already introduced her to grandma and even said she's pregnant" Winda seemed very worried.

"It's okay, I'm sure the program will work, ma'am." Aaric calms the mother.

"You're right, we have to be sure the program works."

"Well, I'll be ready to go pick up that woman at our apartment, lunchtime you'll be home."

"Good Mom. I'll definitely be home."

***

"So I have to lie to grandma?" tanya Naina saw Winda.

"Yes, we are forced to do it for the sake of his health, he became eager to be healthy and long-lived when he heard that soon he would soon have a great-grandchild."

Naina's speechless.

Again he had to do something he didn't like, lie. He had to lie to a sick grandmother.

"My son is coming soon, this is your first meeting, but I hope you can act as a married couple in front of grandma."

Naina nodded her head.

Not long after, suddenly a man entered the room where he and Winda were talking from earlier.

Naina stood up from her seat as the man approached Vinda.

"Son. This is Naina." Winda introduces Naina to Aaric.

Aaric glanced at Naina at a glance. She then nodded slowly while looking back at her mother, while Naina did not dare to raise her face at all, she kept her head down in disdain.

"Have you told her what to do in front of Grandma?"

"Here son, Naina is ready. Now you're taking her into your grandmother's room."

"alright. Miss please follow me." Aaric walked out of the room, followed by Naina behind him.

Finally the two of them reached the door of grandma's room, Aaric turned his body to look at Naina who was standing behind him.

"We should hold hands."

"What?" Naina was startled, she raised her face seeing Aaric standing right before her.

Aaric looked shocked, his facial expression changed.

"Dam. Dani's right! This woman is very beautiful," Aaric murmured inwardly in astonishment.

Unknowingly for a moment they looked at each other.

"We are husband and wife in front of grandma, therefore we must look friendly in front of her. Like holding hands." Aaric raised his hand.

Naina seemed to disagree with the idea, she looked nervous while squeezing both her hands.

"Well if you don't want to, we don't have to hold hands, but I'm asking you to remove your nervous face, behave normally, don't make grandma suspicious."

Naina immediately nodded quickly, she was happy because the idea of holding hands did not need to be done, if to behave normally Naina thought she could do it.

"Are you ready?" ask Aaric.

Naina nodded her head. He took a deep breath as Aaric opened the door of grandma's room wide.

Naina walked in with a sweet smile.
