"What?" aaric and Grandma asked almost simultaneously.
"It looks like Naina is pregnant, Son," she beamed as she approached her son.
"But we can't guess, we have to check first" said Grandma.
His face looked disappointed.
"But I hope she's really pregnant, right?"
Aaric and Grandma nodded.
"We look up, but don't talk about pregnancy, Grandma is afraid if Naina then hopes if she is really pregnant but in fact she just colds," said Grandma.
Winda and Aaric nodded their heads, then moved closer to the elevator that was made specifically for Grandma to be able to go upstairs.
Naina who was rubbing her forehead with wind oil seemed shocked to find her mother-in-law and Grandma and her husband who had returned home from work entered the room simultaneously.
"Why you, baby?" Aaric immediately approached his wife, immediately sitting beside her looking at Naina anxiously.
Not to mention Naina replied, Winda and Grandma showered him with the same question, both of them were no less anxious with Aaric.
"I'm fine," Naina tried to calm them down.
"Bi Nur said you're vomiting?" ask Winda.
"Yes. It was just a little vomit, I seemed to catch a cold, but now it's a bit light," replied Naina.
"You sure? Do I need to call Doctor Dani here to check on you?" aaric still looks anxious.
"no need. I'm fine," replied Naina quickly.
"Yes. You don't have to call Dani's doctor here, tomorrow I'll take Naina to the hospital for treatment" said Winda.
"What's? it doesn't need to be Mom. I'm fine," replied Naina who was shocked.
"Listen to your mother-in-law, go to the Hospital with her tomorrow" said Grandma.
Hearing Grandma speaking, Naina could not argue, she could only agree to it straight away.
"Then you rest now, don't mind much less stress." Winda encouraged Naina to lie down, her mother-in-law also deftly enveloped her daughter-in-law.
"Your mother is right, rest a lot and most importantly do not mind a lot" said Grandma with a smile and to Naina.
"Yes Nek" answered Naina.
"Then we go first" said Winda.
"Son. Take good care of your wife" said Winda seeing her son.
Aaric nodded his head.
Winda then left the room while pushing Grandma's wheelchair.
Seeing that the two had left Naina and had gone from their sleep, she sat down opposite her husband.
"Why awake?" aaric asked as he looked at his wife.
"Sleep baby" said Aaric again, kissing Naina's forehead and clutching her tightly.
"It's okay, I'm fine," replied Naina smiling as she broke away from her husband's embrace.
"Oh yes. Do you and Mom know?" ask Naina.
"Yes. I've already told them. I think they should know too."
Naina was silent for a moment.
"Then what did they say?" ask Naina.
"Just like I don't want you to be a donor."
Naina was stunned again while looking down.
"Honey. Thinking back on your desire to donate your spinal cord, I had consulted with Dani's doctor, although it is very rare, some former spinal cord donors have health problems afterwards. I don't want you to be like that."
Naina lowered her head.
"I'm confused, I can't do it if you don't approve. But I can't refuse him, it's not that he's my half-brother, even if he's someone else, who has nothing to do with my blood, I'd want to help him" Naina said sadly.
"I knew. I know if you're a good person, your feelings are always sincere to everyone, but sometimes we also have to be selfish, before thinking about others, we have to think about ourselves first, and remember baby, we're in a program to have children, you have to be healthy in order to give birth to our children later."
Naina looks surprised to hear Aaric's last words.
"Will it bother me if I get pregnant?" ask Naina curious.
"That's what I'm afraid of" replied Aaric.
---
Aaric continued to stare at his wife's slumbering face beside him, occasionally stroking her cheek gently and kissing her slowly, Aaric continued to stare at the face of the woman he loved so dearly. The woman who until anytime and however will never hurt and wasted.
Aaric then looked at the clock on his cell phone that had shown at half-time one night, he then moved from his bed carefully because he did not want to make his wife wake up, he then walked to the balcony, and then walked to the balcony, open the door slowly and then close it again from the outside.
Aaric walked up to the fence and spread out his hands there, with a blank look he saw the swimming pool below which was shining with the many reflections of lights.
Aaric pondered, rethinking the events of today where he had just learned of a fact that shocked him.
Aaric sighed, tightening his grip on the fence considering that he had been wrong for hating Dari so much for leaving her. Though the real situation is that Tari did it for sure because he did not want to make her suffer with him.
Aaric took a deep breath, he assured himself that now that he was not worried about his feelings, his heart remained steady on his wife Naina even though he already knew the truth. Whatever happens Aaric will not be able to leave Naina, hurt her or even dump her because now her love for Naina is greater than anything or anyone including that Dance.
Dance was only her past, regardless of whatever the reason for leaving her back then, the position of Dance in her heart was completely replaced by the presence of Naina, Naina, and now that position can not be replaced by anyone including by Dance again because Naina will still perch in his heart no matter what happens.
The feeling he felt in Dari was now nothing more than sympathy, however he cares about the current condition of Dance and is eager to help even if it is just support by meeting him and of course must be with the knowledge of his wife, he said, he didn't want any misunderstanding between the two of them later, so whatever he wanted to do related to Dance, he would tell Naina.
Aaric remained silent on the balcony, thinking hard about other ways he should be able to help Tari recover without having to make Naina his donor, because at any moment he would never allow it.
Meanwhile, Naina stood behind the door for a long time, looking at her stunned husband on the balcony from now on as uncharacteristic. Naina knew that her husband could not sleep because he was thinking about something.
Naina seemed to be able to guess what her husband was thinking, she held his chest, feeling the pain of thinking if in fact her husband could not sleep thinking of Dance, her ailing ex-boyfriend.
Naina feels tightness in her chest, when she realizes that it will not be easy for her husband to forget his ex-girlfriend, it is not impossible if now her husband is worried about his feelings especially knowing if it turns out that Tari still loves him and even is in need of him because of his current condition.
Naina hurriedly walked up to the bed and rode on it when she saw her husband was going back into the room, she then pretended to close her eyes to look still asleep.
She didn't want her husband to know if she knew her heart's concerns, she didn't want to add to the burden on him and make him more confused.
