Having a pregnancy without a husband by her side makes Bella often feel lonely. Sometimes you can suddenly cry because you miss Bram. Bella had contacted Bram several times but the number was not active, when Bella asked Kevin it turned out that Bram was still in Hungary and often busy. Even Kevin Bram only occasionally reported by e-mail.

As time passes, Bella returns home from her job and finds Queen crying.
“There's a Queen why you make your nanny a hassle" asked Bella
“Queen fever ma'am, I checked the temperature 38.7 degrees" Ayu replied
“Since when did yu? Didn't you tell me?" Ask Bella
“Sorry mom, Queen fussy does not want to be separated from the sling so I did not have time to hold the phone" explained Ayu
“Alright, you rest first let Queen be with me. Later we take turns caring for Queen" said Bella
Queen's fever does not go down even though it has been given medication down the heat. Last night Bella and Ayu took turns to look after Queen. Bella calls Bram for advice, which is difficult at first until Bella sends him an email and Bram calls her.
“Bella, what's wrong?" Ask Bram
“Thank God you called. Queen fever Bram. Last time I checked the temperature was 38.7°C" Bella explained
“How long has it been? What did you give me the medicine? Explain Queen's medical history to me Bell" Bram said
“Since this afternoon Ayu and I have given sa**mol baby 1 ml every 4 hours but there has been no meaningful reaction. From baby Queen often spasm Bram if the heat exceeds 39°. An hour passed and security entered the house to deliver a deposit from the hospital to Bella. Sure enough it contains disposable compresses, hot drops and anti-seizure medication. Bram sent a message for his wear rules.
Bram : Bella give her seizure medication if Queen's body temperature is still above 38°. Give 2x a day. I'll monitor through the Queen's room CCTV. Calm down

Queen's room is indeed fitted with CCTV to monitor its activities. Bram watched from far away. Queen is quite fussy when sick, Bella looks troubled to join in crying. Notification of incoming messages is visible on the main screen of Bella's phone
