Best Employee Party

A month passed, the anticipated event arrived. After a very tight selection for the past month, each division brought the best employees to join the party at the Wijaya Group headquarters. One of the best employees is Bella from the electronic sales/marketing division. That month Bella got the highest achievement from the target that the company gave.

The first agenda of the party was Bram's welcome and then continued with the delivery of motivation from selected employees. It was Bella's turn.

“Abella's mother, from the electronic sales/marketing division, is encouraged to forward her motivation" Audy, Bram's secretary and MC at the event welcomed

“Alright, thank you Mr.Bram and Mrs.Audry for the opportunity. There's not much I want to say. My main motivation in working is none other than need. Honestly, we all work because we choke on the necessities of life. That is also what I feel, I as a single mother must support my baby alone who has been abandoned by his father. For anyone I can't cry over fate. Right now there is a life that depends on my hard work, I want to give a good life to my daughter because I don't want her to experience the bad circumstances that I am going through." Say Bella loud

“If you may know, what kind of situation Miss Bella experienced. Ah, I don't mean anything that makes Miss Bella so fresh right now" Audry continued

“I am the youngest daughter of 3 brothers, my sister all have a good education and life. My parents sent them to school with everything they had. Until the time came for me to go to college, my parents cried because they could not afford to pay. I finally gave up, I worked for a year. A year later I continued my education with the savings I had but again my dream to get a college degree had to stop because I was pregnant. I am married to the man I love, but unfortunately he is not a responsible man. While I was pregnant she did not work, and I could no longer afford to pay for my college even though I was working until I was 9 months old, 5 Days after the submission of maternity leave I also gave birth to a beautiful daughter. 3 months I did not work husband sued for my divorce because I was unable to meet his economic needs. Thank God the company gave me another chance to work and I didn't want to waste that opportunity especially I had to solve some of the problems that my ex-husband caused me and I needed a lot of money. That's what makes me more desperate, so I work hard to get through this well." Definitely Bella

Everyone in the room was stunned in awe listening to Bella's life story including Bram. Bram personally appreciates Bella's hard work by giving some cash through her secretary.

The event was lively, the highlight of the event was at the Wijaya Group rooftop which held a fireworks party welcoming the new year and a barbeque banquet.

In the crowd ..

“Nona Bella, I secured the president to call you in his room. Please follow me" Invite Audry to Bella who is followed by Bella behind her.

“Masuk .. " Tell Bram

“Presdir, miss Bella has arrived. Please lady sit over here. I'll go out and get a drink. What do you want for drinks?" Fresh Audry

“No need to bother Mrs Audry, I am already quite full with the banquet above earlier." Answer Bella kindly

“Alright, I'm sorry" Audry nodded her head at Bram but her steps were held back when Bram told her to be in the room.

“Audry, wait here. I don't want any gossip because we're alone in a closed room." Audry took a step back and sat down next to Bella

“Nona Bella, I'm straight to the point. I as Chairman of this company thank you for your hard work and feel very sympathetic to the situation you are experiencing. For that I want to give you some money to lighten your burden a little. The number is not much but I hope I can help you." Bram gives her a brown envelope, but is subtly rejected by Bella.

“No president, thank you for your sympathy. But I cannot accept money that is not the result of my own sweat. As long as I am able and healthy, I don't want to rely on anyone's gifts. Sorry for my stupidity." Answer Bella

“Alright I won't force Miss Bella. I hope you enjoy this activity. And yes, please resume your activities with other colleagues²." Bram does not want to extend and make Bella feel humbled by her giving. Bella was keen to continue the activity.

The event ended, all employees were instructed to a hotel that has been provided by the company to rest and do their respective activities. Some sleep there are also who spend the night until the morning around the city of Jakarta.
