Takumi
Darkness takes over the sky. The big tree around me. Leaf leaves that slowly plunge the land from its branches. The thin grass I stepped on with my white sports shoes. The spring breeze that blows to and fro. I feel that terrible Akame around here.
After arriving at Natsu city, I decided to go to this Hagume forest to comfort myself after a long journey. I haven't trained my legs in a long time. I will hunt the Akame for warm-up before killing Tenshi who is here.
I slowly walked towards the middle of this forest. Cold air, the sound of wild animals. A tree branch I couldn't stoop on. A large tree that soars high and seems to cover the light of the moon.
"Well .. there's something like this here too" I muttered as I saw the thick fog not far ahead of me.
I continued walking until the trees around me were reduced. I'm not in the forest anymore, it seems that in the middle of Hagume's forest there's some kind of field. I couldn't see the surroundings clearly because of this fog that enveloped me.
Surely there are no trees here that can interfere with my fight. This is the perfect place to be on the stage. This thick fog is called Dead Mist. This is the place where Akame will continue to appear endless.
This Dead Mist had always been avoided by the weak Tenshi. But not with me, I went to him and made this fog of death my training ground. As long as I am inside this fog, hundreds, even millions of Akame will keep popping up and attacking me.
Dead Mist will disappear a few hours after its appearance. Looks like this one just showed up. And I'm gonna start my warm-up here. I could already see some of Akame's shining eyes surrounding me.
"Hehe y'all waiting for me huh?", I chuckled and looked at my watch hidden behind the long sleeves of my black jacket.
"My record last week was ... five hundred .. maybe I'll break it tonight," I activated the timer on my digital watch.
Counts have started. I darted towards them and beheaded them one by one with a kick of my right foot.
Jump ... kick .. step ...
Ten seconds passed, I had already managed to decapitate ten of Akame's heads. Time keeps going. My legs did not stop swinging. I jumped up and swung my legs to chop off their heads.
Twenty seconds passed, their black blood started to splatter on my lap pants. Good thing I wear black pants. I can get tired of washing my pants because of them. I managed to decapitate nineteen of Akame's heads. One of my kicks missed and instead just smashed the leg of one of them.
Swush!!! Braak!!
Jump, kick, dodge, and look around. Their numbers increase over time. My record last week looks like I'm going to break it here. Red eyes shone amidst the thick fog, an object on their chests that shone like fire.
Kill, destroy, annihilate, make them regret having been in this world. Fifty-one seconds passed. I've removed fifty heads from Akame's body. I'm getting hot. My killing intent is back.
"Hahahahahahaha!!!"
It's exciting! I haven't felt this for a long time. Jumping, stepping on their heads until they crumble. Jumping, slashing their necks using my legs until his head is thrown.
"Die you all!!!"
Hana, my dear sister. My brother is struggling to get stronger. May this brother's strength be enough to make you smile there.
"Isn't that enough?" I rubbed Akame's blood on my right cheek.
"Hana!!! .. Answer me!!!"
Time passed, the fifth hundredth. I managed to decapitate four hundred and ninety-nine of those damn demon heads. At the same time the fog started to dissipate and the few remaining Akame could be clearly seen.
"Huff ... apparently still can't ...," I turned off my watch timer in annoyance.
I'm still not strong enough. Still not, I need a much stronger opponent than that brainless damned demon.
"Curtain ..."
Swush!!! Broken it!!! Crats!!
I finished off some of the remaining Akame. I stepped on the last Akame's head to shatter and spurted her black blood in all directions. Slowly but surely Akame's body melted back and fused with the ground.
I put my left hand in my jacket pocket. As of now, there has been no opponent that I can fight with my full strength. I haven't met a worthy opponent to take a blow from both of my hands.
The wind this spring came back. I looked up at the sky and saw the beautiful moon accompanied by millions of stars.
"Sister!!. .. see .. The star is beautiful huh?"
My sister's voice that always rings in my head at a time like this. Akiba Hana, my sister's name. I don't want to remember it again, never will.
But unfortunately I can't. His last words I always remember. He asked me to be stronger. And he even asked me to save the world.
"I live .. I breathe .. I move .. I am strong .. but I have no happiness ..."
The land that was green and beautiful. It now turned black and smelled strange. Again I killed hundreds of Akame, but still I couldn't get stronger.
