Unmei To Shiawase's

Unmei To Shiawase's
Chapter 186 Tomoya Memories

"Sister, did you come home from this mall?" Kaito asked who was sitting with Hanabi on his lap.

The noise coming out of our television speakers. A few packets of snacks were lying on the front desk of this sofa we were sitting on. The wall clock has been showing at ten o'clock in the evening. The three of us were in the living room and watching our favorite cartoons on television.

Kaito was five years old and Hanabi was three. These two sisters of mine are still innocent and do not know anything that is going on out there. Besides dad, I will also protect them with all the abilities I have. Yeah, even though I'm seven. I am the strongest Tenshi number three. Aunt Arin said Kaito will take second place, and I don't know yet who will take first place on the list of the strongest Tenshi.

"I don't know, you better get Hanabi to sleep there." I said because I saw Hanabi who seemed to be sleepy.

"I haven't been sleepy ..," said Hanabi, wiping her eyes. Of course he's sleepy, he's still a toddler and he used to sleep an hour ago.

Our mother died a few months ago. And it certainly left a deep wound in our hearts. Dad even had time to shut himself in the room all day to cry about the departure of mother. From that moment on, we could no longer feel the love of our mother. I am the only parent who can be expected to come home soon.

"Oi, don't boong with me, sis Tomoya can't be boongin loh!" I pinched my sister's cheek slowly.

"Sick to know! Tomoya's brother is evil!" Hanabi's cry began to hold back her tears that were about to flow out of it.

"Oi oi! Yes, let's sleep Hanabi," Kaito carried Hanabi and stood up from the sofa.

"Don't you go to sleep?" Kaito asked who was going up the stairs to his room.

"Ohh, I'll go ahead, you guys!" I answered because I still want to watch my favorite cartoon on television.

A few hours passed and my eyes started to get heavy. When I looked at the wall clock, it was almost midnight. I immediately turned off the television using the remote lying on my front desk. Not to forget I also cleaned up the junk snacks scattered on my family room table. After everything was done, I immediately stepped towards the stairs.

But my steps stopped before I could climb the first steps. The house phone in the living room rang and I was forced to turn around to get to the source of the sound.

"Hello?"

"To-Tomoya, this is Uncle Kazuki, uncle is really sorry!" Uncle Kazuki's voice seemed to be crying.

"Why uncle? What's the problem?!" Suddenly I panicked because I heard Uncle Kazuki's voice like that.

"Sorry ...," your phone connection was cut off.

Tok tok ...

And at the same time someone knocked on my door. I stepped to the front door and remained vigilant as my feelings began to feel bad.

"Tomoy,"

It turned out that the one at my doorstep was a little girl about six years old. The yellow hair and the glasses he wears on his face. She was wearing a yellow shirt and a short red skirt. He's Fumio, of course I'm confused why he got here at this late hour.

"I'm being asked to drive you to Zei's hospital right now." His face always caught my attention.

"Now? What's wrong?" I came out while closing the front door of my house.

"Where do I know, Aunt Arin asked me to come here." Fumio said with his usual cold gaze.

You both walk side by side in the middle of the street tonight. The sparkling of the stars beautifies the atmosphere tonight. Besides me, Fumio is also frequently researched by the DH team. In fact, we are often placed in one room while in the laboratory. That's where we got to know each other.

Both of Fumio's parents dumped him into an orphanage. At the age of three, Aunt Arin adopted and cared for Fumio as a child.

"Fumio, aren't you sleeping malem malem gini?" I asked in the middle of our steps.

"No," one said without glancing at me at all.

After that, there was no conversation between us. Only the sound of footsteps and the sound of insects ringing at night. I don't know why I feel a little bad tonight. Because Zei's hospital isn't that far from our house. After walking for a few minutes, we finally reached the front gate of the hospital.

My attention was immediately drawn to Uncle Kazuki who was chatting with Aunt Arin in front of the hospital entrance. Fumio and I walked over to them.

"Tomoya, Fumio, you've come." Aunt Arin looked at us.

"Tomoy!! Sorry uncle!" Uncle Kazuki immediately hugged me as if feeling a deep sense of regret.

"What is this uncle?" I'm confused.

"Your father! She ...," Uncle Kazuki couldn't continue his sentence which meant that something bad happened to my father.

"I'm sorry Tomoya," Uncle Kazuki took off his embrace and kept his head down.

"Don't joke!!" I ran into the hospital and saw the ER door open wide. Somehow instinct led me to run in there.

"Yeahh!!!" I cried when I saw my father lying limp with his clothes wet with blood.

"Tomoyu?" He looked at me with his helpless body.

"Why-dad?!" I got closer to his bed and didn't know what to do.

"Tomoya, I'm sorry" he said softly.

"Tu-wait!? Where is Tenshi who can heal Dad's wounds!!?"

"Or?! I need to find someone who has that kind of power and steal it?!" I can't think straight anymore after seeing my father's condition.

"Listen to Tomoya, I don't need that!" Dad's hand rubbed my head.

"You better catch up with me, I'm sorry I couldn't take care of you guys for longer." Nonsensical words coming out of my father's mouth.

"Omong empty! After you died, now you're like this!?" I spoke in a loud voice because I had lost control.

"Listen, your father is weak, without your mother, I can't do anything."

"So, you must strongly accept this reality Tomoya!"

"Don't be like dad!"

"From now on you are the backbone of the Okino family."

"And I have one request,"

"Give me father's ability, and give it to your sister Kaito."

"I don't want to!! You have to live!!" This time I denied my parents' orders.

"Tomoya, this is part of the plan."

"The plan to save this world."

"If you don't do it, it's the same as you that made this world crumble." Of course, it made me unable to say any more words.

"Cih, then ..," at the same time my eyes glowed and so did my father's body. Soon the light disappeared and the sign that I had taken away my father's power.

"Tomoya" Fumio peeked at the entrance for not wanting to interrupt our conversation.

"Fumio, please take care of Tomoya?".

"Goodbye my son." My father's last words and his eyelids were closed. The hand he had placed on my head had turned cold.

"Goodbye, father's sacrifice will not be in vain!" I put my hand on the bed slowly.

"Huff, so this is the end ...," I sighed then stepped out of this room.

"To-Tomoya?" Fumio seemed confused as to what to say.

"Do I look sad? I promised not to cry, right?" I remember my promise to Fumio when my mother died.

"But you have no brain!!" Fumio gave her warm embrace to me.

"Sorry!! I'm sorry!! I just have to break my promise this time!" I returned his embrace with tears flowing out.

"Basically smart! Weepy! No brains!!"

"No did you break your promise in front of me ..," Fumio's soft voice that I had never heard before.
