Surprise from a Beloved Husband

“Prepare. I'll wait in front.”

Vincent got up from his seat after saying that. This afternoon Vincent will take his wife for a walk. He did not want to leave because he wanted Olivia to rest for a day, but when he saw the disappointed face of his wife, he felt unbearable. That's why after resting for 3 hours in the room, Vincent decided to take his wife for a walk.

Before leaving Vincent had asked Edric to find out a good tourist spot and have a beautiful beach. Because Vincent does not like crowds, that is why today he will take his wife to tourist attractions not too crowded but have good natural beauty.

“Where are we going?” Olivia asked her husband as the two of them were walking towards the helicopter that was already on the helipad runway.

“You said you want to go for a walk.” Vincent flicked a step then turned to his wife, “we will naek a helicopter for sightseeing.”

The reason why Vincent chose to drive a helicopter compared to a car, besides being able to shorten the time, was also for the convenience of his wife. Getting around by helicopter is the best option according to Vincent.

“Really?” ask Olivia enthusiastically.

This will be the first experience for Olivia to board a helicopter so feel very happy, although there is a little fear in her heart because taking a helikpter will not be the same as taking a commercial plane or a private jet.

Olivia looked dumbfounded after hearing her husband's words. Not driving a car, but flying a helicopter. Of course that made Olivia very surprised.

“Absolutely you can fly a helicopter?” olivia asked with an expression of disbelief.

“Yes. I used to fly it.”

Olivia fell silent. She still did not expect her husband to be able to fly a helicopter. The problem is that she never saw her husband drive his own car and now that she says he can fly a helicopter, that's a statement that really surprised her.

“Do you have a personal license to fly a helicopter?”

“Hhhmmm.” Vincent replied with a mutter and a light nod.

Vincent has been training in flying helicopters since he was 19 and he already has an official personal license to fly helicopters at the age of 20. Before jumping into the company, Vincent often flew private helpkopter if he wanted to vacation in an area not too far from Jakarta.

Vincent once had a dream of becoming a pilot. After graduation he wanted to get into flight school, but was strongly opposed by his mother. Vincent was asked to major in binnis because he had to take over their family company if he graduated from college.

“Vincent Wijaya, is there anything in the world you can't do? Or is there something that is difficult for you to conquer to make you jealous of others?”

Olivia asked while gazing deeply into admiration at the handsome man who was wearing his sunglasses before her. How could he have so many hidden skills that not everyone could master.

Vincent stared deeply at his wife then said, “There.”

“What?” asked Olivia enthusiastically.

Vincent took off his sunglasses and said, “You. It's very difficult to conquer you. I envy Alvin for being your first girlfriend.”

Olivia turned her face to the side when she got such a fixed look from her husband. If Vincent knew that he was the one who got his love from the beginning, he might feel very happy and would not be jealous of Alvin anymore.

“From time I didn't love her.” Olivia looks down with a shy face, “You're the first man to get everything from me.”

“Yaa, I know. That's why I'll never let you go.”

The two of them looked at each other with a fixed gaze until Edric came to Vincent and said that everything was ready.

Vincent pulled Olivia's hand gently, approaching several people who were standing next to the helicopter. Vincent chatted for 10 minutes with the tall man standing next to Edric after which he invited Olivia to board a helicopter.

“What Edric does not come with us?” ask Olivia after sitting next to Vincent. She sat next to Vincent left watching her husband inspecting some of the airborne systems.

Another plane, another helicopter. The tradition of the captain sitting on the left does not apply in helicopters. On the contrary, the captain of the pilot in the helicopter generally sits on the right to hold full control on the sensitive cyclic control stick of the aircraft.

“Why didn't you ever tell me?”

“What?” asked Vincent, looking at his wife.

“Why not tell me you can fly a helicopter?”

“You never ask," replied Vincent lightly, "besides me, your ex-lover can also fly a helicopter.”

Olivia frowned for a moment, the next second her wrinkles slowly disappeared as she knew who Vincent meant. “Why suddenly discuss it? I don't like you talking about it when we're both.” Olivia makes an upset face as Vincent re-inserts Alvin into their conversation.

“I'm sorry. I still can't control my jealousy on him.” Vincent moved his body towards Olivia to check his wife's belt and put headphones on her ear, “are you ready?” asked Vincent after wearing sunglasses that further add to his good looks.

When Vincent starts flying his helicopter, Olivia looks very tense. It was her first time getting on a helicopter and it scared her a little. He was seen squeezing his hands firmly with a tense face.

The fear he initially felt slowly disappeared when he saw Vincent's skill in flying a helicopter. The tensed veins on Olivia's face and neck slowly loosened and she was able to breathe regularly when she saw the scene below them.

“Where are we going?” asked Olivia after they were in the air for 10 minutes.

Olivia pursed her lips forward for not getting the answer she wanted from her husband. He finally turned his face forward and saw an amazing backup in front of him. The view of coral cliffs, mountains, lakes, the sea and the beach below made Olivia stunned. After airing for two hours, Olivia finally turned her eyes to the side.

“Look ahead, Honey. You can break my concentration if you keep looking at me like that,” Vincent said without looking at his wife.

“I just want to see my husband's face.” Olivia smiled as she continued to stare at her husband with a look of admiration, “why can you be this handsome? What did your mother eat when you were in her womb?”

Olivia's words make Vincent tickle and Olivia just realized that It was the most stupid question he had ever asked Vincent. How not, it's clear where the good looks Vincent got from, but still asked stupidly.

“Don't tease me, Honey. You could endanger us. I can drop this helicopter if you break my concentration.”

Olivia instantly petrified and her heart instantly beat with a beat after hearing that. “Sorry.” After saying that, Olivia no longer opened her voice and chose to enjoy the backup.

“How? Do you like the surprise” asked Vincent with a faint smile.

“This is so beautiful, Cent. I really like it.”

Vincent smiled with satisfaction as he managed to surprise his wife. “You prefer this surprise or me?”

“Of course I like you better. In this world you are the one I like the most.” His parents are gone, so Vincent is the person he loves the most.

Olivia's answer made Vincent's heart flower. “Then, we return to the villa now.”

“Why return?” ask Olivia quickly, “do you intentionally prepare for me? I want to see it up close.”

“Please refer me first. If successful, I will land this helicopter there.”
