“You're up?” Olivia immediately stood up from her seat when she saw Vincent opening his eyes slowly.

"Yes." Yeah." Vincent smiled as he looked at Olivia's face. “What happened to me?” Vincent asked in a weak voice.

“You had a car accident and you were in a coma after surgery.”

Olivia immediately pressed the button to call the nurse to come. It's been 4 days since Vincent fell into a coma and all that time, he was in the ICU room. While Edric was already in the treatment room because he immediately woke up a few hours after the completion of the operation so he was immediately transferred to the treatment room.

“Do not move. I've called the nurse to come check on you.” Olivia restrains Vincent's body when he's about to wake up.

“How long have I been in a coma?"

"Four days."

Vincent smiled faintly and said, "it's worth it that I miss you so much,” Vincent said as he looked down at Olivia.

Olivia's eyes suddenly glazed over.

“Why are you sad? Did I scare you?”

Olivia's tears immediately fell upon hearing Vincent's words. “Iyaa. I'm so scared. I thought you wouldn't wake up again.”

“Do not cry. Ii'm sorry. I promise I won't worry you anymore.”

Vincent attempts to raise his right hand to wipe away Olivia's tears, but is stopped by her.

“Do not move much. Let the doctor check on you first."

Not long after, a doctor and nurse entered the room and immediately checked on Vincent. With no further signs of danger found, Vincent will be moved to the treatment room after several more examinations.

“Patients can already be moved to the treatment room,” Nurse told Olivia after undergoing several examinations.

“Good.”

After Vincent is transferred to the Suite room, Olivia contacts Vincent's mother and tells him that Vincent is unconscious. During Vincent's coma, Olivia was always with him. His mother and father would visit in the morning and evening to see his son's condition.

“Darling, why did you move me to this room?” vincent asked after all the nurses were out, “we wouldn't be able to afford it if I stayed for a few days here. How about we move to an ordinary room?”

The room Vincent occupied was a suiter type and it was very expensive because it was the highest room type in the hospital. Vincent just doesn't want to waste money just for his sake.

“It's okay. Your healing is more important. You don't have to worry, I have enough savings to pay the hospital fee.”

“But still we have to skimp. We will get married and surely we need a lot of money later.”

Olivia's tears immediately dripped after hearing Vincent's words.

“Why are you crying again, darling?”

Olivia wiped her tears and smiled at Vincent. “I'm happy because you finally realized.”

“Oyaa, how is Edric doing? I was with him when the accident happened.”

“She's in the next room. He moved it 4 days ago.” Olivia then tells Vincent about Edric's situation.

“Do my parents know that I was in an accident?” ask Vincent.

“Iyaa. I told them and they came every day to see you.”

Olivia also tells Vincent that not only his parents know, but Axel, Reno, Frans, Alvin, and Jesica also know about the accident that happened to him. They even visited him when Vincent was in a coma.

“Did my mother scold you for what happened to me?”

Olivia shook her head with a smile. “Not at all. Your mother asked me to take care of you.”

“Really?”

Vincent looked at Olivia full of probing. His mother may not be angry. When she was stabbed by Daren's men, her mother was furious. Even her mother planned to come to Olivia, but was prevented by her father.

“Iyaa,” replied Olivia gently, “your mother even apologized to me.”

“Don't lie, Liv. I know how my mother is.”

When Vincent sees Vincent's doubtful gaze, Olivia reaffirms his words. “Really. I'm not lying.”

“Good. I trust you.”

Olivia smiled happily at that.

“It looks like our marriage has to be postponed, my condition has not recovered. How about we take off in two weeks?” ask Vincent with a guilty face.

“We will see later, the most important thing at this time is your recovery.”

“Liv, where have you been? Why did you just come? I've been waiting for you since.” Vincent immediately asked when he saw Olivia entering his room.

“I'm overtime in the office,” replied Olivia with a tired face.

“Really? Are you sure overtime in the office isn't going with someone?”

Vincent called Olivia many times this afternoon, but was not picked up by her. Vincent finally asks Reno to contact his confidant to ask for Olivia's whereabouts and it turns out Olivia has come home at 4pm and for 5 days she has never been overtime as Olivia always said during the day these.

Vincent has been in the hospital for 10 days since he regained consciousness and Olivia has been staying in the hospital to take care of Vincent, but lately Olivia always came home at 10 pm on the grounds of overtime and Vincent felt there was something strange with Olivia's attitude. Behind this Olivia always answered flatly her question. Olivia also rarely spoke to him, even seeming to ignore him.

“You suspect me?” Olivia stared in annoyance at Vincent upon hearing his words.

“Not like that. I called your office and they said you've been home and picked up by a man.”

Olivia becomes even more upset after learning Vincent called her office. “Can't you give me confidence? You always suspected me and called me many times when I was working. Don't you know that it bothers me? I can't concentrate on my work if you keep calling me.”

“Sorry Liv, I just..”.

“Cent, did you know I worked hard to do 3 jobs at once to make money for your hospital fees, but you suspected me!” Hearing Olivia's tone rise, Vincent was a little surprised by it. “Originally you know, I'm tired Cent. I've been working all day and I also have to take care of you and serve you so many unimportant questions. You've been making me tired for a long time, Cent."

“I'm sorry for bothering you. I promise I'll work hard after I'm healed. You don't have to work anymore after I'm healed. You can rest at home and I'll make some money."

“No need,” reject Olivia with her cold face, “you don't need to work hard for me anymore.”

“Why?”

“I want to end our relationship.”

Vincent's body immediately froze after hearing Olivia's words. “Do not joke, dear,” said Vincent with a surprised face.

“I'm not kidding. I want us to break up,” Olivia said firmly.

“Why did you suddenly ask for a break up? What wrong? Are you angry because I'm too possessive? Or are you mad that I'm burdening you with my hospital fees? Tell me, what's the reason you want our relationship to end?” cecar Vincent was impatient.

Olivia took a deep breath before answering Vincent's question. “I can no longer hold on with you. The doctor said the possibility that you could walk again took 2 months at the earliest and I couldn't wait that long. I'm tired of Cent taking care of you. I don't want to be bothered anymore by you.”

The pain immediately spread in his chest area when he heard Olivia's words. “I don't want to break up. Soon I will be healed and I will try harder so that I can walk as I used to. You don't have to pay my hospital fees, I'll figure out a way to pay for it myself and you won't have to look after me and stay in the hospital if you're tired of working. I'll take care of myself. I promise I won't trouble you anymore as long as you don't leave me.”

Vincent's eyes look teary, and so does Olivia.

“I no longer have anyone Olivia. I could be ruined if you left me.”

When he saw Vincent's wounded gaze with a beautiful face made Olivia feel guilty.

“You still have family. How can you say you have no one.”

Every day his mother and father would come to the hospital to visit him. Even her mother will look after her until the afternoon when Olivia is at work.

“My book has dumped me, Liv.” With a sad look, Vincent said again, “why would you also want to dump me?”

“I can't live with a poor man like you, let alone spend the rest of my life with you. You have nothing and nothing to be proud of anymore. I don't want to live with a poor man and live in an ugly house. From childhood I have been used to living in a big house and living in luxury.”

“Don't you say it doesn't matter if life is hard with me?”

Olivia laughed mockingly at hearing that. “And you believe that?”

“Liv, I know you're tired and feel I'm useless at the moment. I promise that once I'm healed, I'll fix our lives and give you a life worth living. Please be patient for a moment.”

“I can't wait any longer. Just so you know, I wanted to be your lover because you used to have a lot of money, but now you're just a poor and useless man. You can't do anything without my help. You are no longer Vincent Wijaya who has abundant wealth.” With a scornful look Olivia said again, “you are indeed a fool for believing in me. You should have listened to your mother say that I was only after your treasure.”

Vincent is devastated after hearing Olivia's shocking confession.

“So you didn't sincerely love me all this time? You accept me only because of my money?”

“Of course,” replied Olivia haughtily, “In this world there is no woman who does not like money, nor do I. I purposely approached you and tried to draw your sympathies to make you fall for me. Turns out it's not hard to get you into my trap.”

“Liv, did my mother tell you to stay away from me, so you did this?”

“No. I did approach you for money.”

“Do you really not love me and just want my money?” ask Vincent with a disappointed face.

“Iyaa, I don't love you. The person I love is actually Alvin. Not yourself. At first I intended to be with Alvin forever, but when Alvin told me that you were interested in me, I immediately decided and began to devise a plan to attract your attention. I did that because I thought you were the successor of two big companies, but unfortunately you were dumped instead and ended up being a useless guy and could only trouble me.”

”So after I'm poor and useless to you, you want to come back again with Alvin?”

“If Alvin still wants me, of course I will go back to him,” Olivia replied haughtily.
