The Defective Facts

Garvin suddenly came breaking down the entrance to Xander's study. Nidia disappears before Garvin realizes her arrival. Garvin gasps for running around to meet Xander. Seeing Garvin coming to him in a state of gasp breath makes Xander realize that Garvin is carrying something for him to tell Xander.

Towards Garvin giving a further explanation, he set the rhythm of his intermittent breathing first. Xander was still waiting patiently to hear what news Garvin had brought.

“Your Majesty, there is something strange in the sky outside the mansion! His sky suddenly turned a very dark purple color, then many fallen servants and knights were unconscious. From the opposite side sprung black shadows, they seemed to be heading towards our mansion!” report Garvin with a very quick tone.

“What did you say? Damnit damnit! I'll go check it myself.”

Xander immediately stepped towards the courtyard of the mansion, he was aghast in shock as he watched the sky that was enveloped in a dark purple aura. The surrounding air felt heavy, the many mansion workers fell unconscious on the ground surface. Xander also tried to fly into space, it seems that all people in the empire fainted due to the sky. Then Garvin who had tried to continue to realize, finally fell also on the ground.

“Dad! What really happened?!” yelled Xavier from below.

Xander does not respond to Xavier's questions because he is too focused on observing the changes that are happening around Charise. Xavier decides to fly to Xander's side, observing the discolored sky.

“What's that shit? Why does it look like his shadow is devouring all over Charise?” xavier asked flabbergasted to see a bunch of shadows sweeping out Charise.

Xander felt that the atmosphere at that time felt familiar at all, after he remembered that the atmosphere seemed mirik with the atmosphere when he died in the first life. The shadow that devoured Charise was also a shadow of the Demon King.

“Xavier, prepare! Looks like we will have an important guest,” said Xander.

Xavier swallowed his saliva, he only saw the serious expression of his father after a long time. Xavier did not understand who the important guest was intended by Xander, but after he looked back at the sticky atmosphere, Xavier began to realize that the important guest Xander meant was Verden – the Demon King.

The chill wrapped Xavier's body, the more the shadows approached, the more he felt a sinister existence draw closer to the two of them. Xander pulls Xavier to land the body on the ground.

A light blue-haired man emerged from within the shadow crowd, his violet bead looking exactly the same as Xander and Xavier's violet bead. The grin that rose from the corner of his lips made Xander shudder in horror, even after some time not coming face to face with Verden, Xander still felt that Verden's strength looked so abundant in his body.

“Why did you come to my residence?” ask Xander ketus.

“I just wanted to meet you to talk about a few things. I just realized that you actually turned the clock seven times for Xena, ‘kan?”

Xander flinched as Verden spoke like that, only to realize that the real reason why the past changed drastically was due to the direct intervention of Verden. However, Xander never expected that Verden would realize that he was going back in time to save Xena.

“How did you know?” Xander pulled Xavier behind his back so that his son would not be dragged into the matter.

“Well, I'm late to realize it, it's worth it that I feel a feeling that keeps recurring periodically. I just realized that you've turned the clock seven times, you really love my wife huh, Xander?”

“Wife? Xena is my wife and you are nothing to Xena. I'm so confused and wondering, do you really love Xena?” Xander raised a question using a sharp tone.

“Of course I love him—”

“Then why did you kill him, damn it?! Many times you tried to hurt Xena. You kidnapped Xena and tried to erase her memory and awaken the power of the Demon Queen in her body. You're trying to control Xena so she can just look at you, are you still saying that you love her?” cut Xander screaming out emotions.

Verden's countenance changed as Xander said so, his smiling lips slowly turning cold as his eyes stared intently at Xander. While Xavier can only stay behind Xander's back while watching the feud between the two.

“What do you know about Xena? I made him look at me because I didn't want to lose him anymore because humans don't know themselves! Then you came to edit Xena and even you sealed my existence. That's why I hate you so much!”

The anger of Verden and Xander are equally passionate, they are angry with each other. Xander pulls his sword from the scabbard and tries to attack Verden, but unfortunately Xander's attack is instead held back by Verden. The sound of clashing swords boomed in the mansion of Xander's residence. A glint of violet light emanated from the tip of the swords of the two of them.

“I will never hand Xena over to you no matter what! Even though I had to die to save her, I didn't care!” press Xander.

“Are you trying to threaten me blatantly? But, just remember, Xander, I won't lose to you!”

They both jolted their swords, then Xander inching backwards away from Verden. Verden's pair of eyes circled around and stared fixedly at Xavier, Xavier's figure looking like a fusion between Xander and Xena in Verden's eyes.

“What young man is your son and Xena?” verden asked while pointing his sword at Xavier, but Xander quickly protected Xavier from Verden's sight.

“True, Xavier is my son and Xena,” Xander replied briefly while continuing to be aware if there is an attack from another direction.

“So, he came to the past? What a filial son. What is possible—”

“WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?!”

The voice of a familiar woman stopped their feud for a while. Simultaneously the three of them turned to the source of the voice, it turned out that the owner of the voice was Xena who had been eavesdropping on their conversation. Xena came out of her hiding place with tears soaking her cheeks.

“Xena ...”

Xena stepped closer to the three of them, her footsteps so slow and careful. Xena still can't believe what she's hearing, from the time-winding Xander to the fact that Xavier is her son and Xander is also revealed.

“Is that true? I can't possibly mishear.”
