Meeting with the Child

The young man in front of Xander was now named Xavier, his handsome face and eyes very similar to Xander's. Indirectly, Xavier is the biological child of Xander and Xena, for no apparent reason he also came to the past in the form of a 17-year-old teenager.

“Jawab, Xavier! Why are you even here? Then how old are you now? I still remember I left you at 8 years old.”

Xander could not think clearly, the existence of his only son he and Xena was too shocking. Because, when thought from the point of view of Xander, it is impossible for the child to return to the past in the state of adulthood.

“17 years, I went into a time where Dad and Mom just got to know each other. I didn't mean to mess with the past, it was just that after Father and Mother died, I survived alone. The world is getting messy, slavery is running rampant, all the people that Dad and Mom saved soon also died in the chaos. I survived for 9 years in a cruel world, I died in battle and suddenly I was in the time when you were young,” Xavier explained with a bent facial expression.

Xander is stunned to hear a detailed explanation from Xavier, unexpectedly that after his death, the world is still going as usual and even wracked by the chaos that is beyond reason. Xander thinks that after he returns to the past, the world is also turning around, but in fact Xavier still lives in a world where he and Xena are dead.

“After Mom died, shortly after Dad died too, I still remember Dad telling me that Dad always went back in time to save Mom. You two left me at a young age, but I'm happy to see you two happy,” Xavier said later.

Xavier's smile was very similar to Xena's, while Xander was pensive and drowned in the sea of thoughts. To be honest, after hearing Xavier say so, Xander felt sad and guilty for leaving Xavier alone to walk in a world full of obstacles and infinite hell.

“Then did you also tell your mother about Luisa's plan?” ask Xander.

Xavier nodded slowly, he followed Luisa these few days as her movements looked suspicious.

“I think it's nice to see Mom go berserk and destroy that woman. You killed him, didn't you? Now let Mom act as she pleases,” Xavier said.

Xander let out a long sigh, his encounter with Xavier was a big surprise. Who would have thought that his beloved son and Xena were on the same timeline as him, plus Xavier who now resembled a handsome adult man. Although he was 17 years old, Xavier was almost as tall as Xander.

“Alright, Xavier. I'll let you stay here, but don't tell your mom about your identity. Xena doesn't know anything about me turning the clock around, especially if you introduce yourself as her child, it will make Xena dizzy. Enough I know that you're my son. Do you understand?”

Xavier seemed happy when his father allowed him to stay in this mansion, so he could more freely watch his parents interact with each other.

“I understand, Father,” Xavier replied.

“Actually, there's still a lot I want to ask you, so please tell me everything later about what happens in the world after I die. I will complete all your needs, and also forgive me for leaving you alone.” Xander rubbed the top of Xavier's head while apologizing sincerely.

Whether it had been a long time since Xander had gently stroked Xavier's head, it made Xavier powerless to hold back his tears. Xander was shocked to see Xavier's tears rolling from his eyes, he lost his composure as Xavier cried.

“What? Why are you crying? Don't I like me petting you? Is your head hurting?” ask Xander in a row worried.

In between Xander's anxiety, Xena suddenly came to see Xavier who was still crying.

Xena's voice makes Xander and Xavier jump, Xavier immediately wiped his tears, while Xander prevents Xena from seeing Xavier's appearance.

“Why are you here? I told you to wait for me in the park,” said Xander, he was confused to explain to Xena if he later asked about Xavier.

“You were so long ago, I thought you were defeated by an intruder. So, where's the intruder? I just saw a young man crying. Don't you really bully her and make her cry? Aren't you afraid that he'll complain to his mother?” ask Xena while rounding the eye bead.

“I didn't make him cry, actually he was my distant brother from Mother's side and he suddenly came here to see me,” obviously Xander eventually had to lie to Xena.

“Hmm, really? Hey, kid, are you really not made to cry by Xander? Just tell me, let me temper her,” Xena said turning her focus to Xavier.

“No, I do not cry,” Xavier pretext, “Please do not misunderstand to Duke,” he continued.

Xander then pushed Xena's body to leave the place immediately because the sky was getting darker, there was a possibility that Luisa would soon do her plan.

“Already, let's quickly enter. We'll discuss something else later.”

Xavier followed Xander and Xena from behind, he was happy to see his parents laughing happily at each other. This was the moment she missed the most in her life, then today she again witnessed the moment even though Xena would not recognize her as a child.

‘They both look happy, soon Dad and Mom will get married then I will be born two years from now,’ Inner Xavier.

As the afternoon sky turned dark, Xena began to launch her action, she quietly hid behind the mansion to see what Luisa was going to do. Xander and Xena are hiding their whereabouts behind the bushes. Xena did not allow Xander to roam alone in this mansion, so she kept Xander by her side so that Xena could keep a close eye on Xander.

Not long after, Luisa came through the back door of the mansion to meet a male servant. Luisa took out her medicine bottle along with a small bag of gold coins used to bribe the maid into cooperating with her to trap Xander.

“You mix this medicine into a tea commonly drunk by Duke before going to bed, do it carefully and do not get caught,” Luisa said whispering.

“Good, Miss. I'll do as per your directives soon.”

The servant went into the mansion, while Luisa also left and got ready to do her rotten plan after this.
