TOXIC: Story of Masha

TOXIC: Story of Masha
Part 1's

'Plakkk!'

A loud slap on his face, made Masha's eyes twitch, and almost fell unconscious.

Masha did not expect at all that she would be hit, without any explanation of what her mistake was, completely unprepared at that moment, and enough to leave her dazed for a while.

Instead, his hands fumbled against the wall, so that it could be a place to hold on so as not to fall on the floor.

A pack of cigarettes and a lighter, which Masha bought for her father's sake, just fell down and scattered on the floor, without having been thrust on her father.

"You're humiliating me!" a scream with a heavy voice rose up, echoing in Masha's ears.

While trying to gather his consciousness, Masha still lowered her head, not taking out a word to refute his father's words.

"Why are you friends with a drug user like Doni? You're taking those drugs? Fucking kid!" His father's violent clasping grew even more so, with his voice trembling with rage.

Doni.

A doni?

Masha was not friends with the young man.

Coincidentally, Doni parked his motorcycle in front of the fence, while Masha was sitting while playing a guitar in his house.

What other accusation is this?

There were footsteps away from where Masha was standing.

Her father had left Masha standing alone, in the family room of the house.

Sick?

Sure oes.

Masha felt the slap was very painful.

But, Masha was used to it, so that even a single tear, would not flow again on her face, even glazed, no.

Masha walked slowly into her room, unwilling to touch the item bought for her father earlier, and just stepped foot, passing through the items just like that.

The door to his room was closed by Masha, and locked tightly.

This time, it was not the first time Masha had been beaten by her father.

Unfortunately, all the slaps, blows to his face and body, not because of Masha's fault.

The allegations of the origin of the talk of his stepmother, for no apparent reason, always make Masha used as a boxing samsak, by his biological father, who was not convinced by the words of his young wife.

Masha doesn't want to look in the mirror.

Although, he did not see the reflection of his face there, from the rancidity in his mouth alone, Masha already knew that his lips must have been torn this time.

Since almost three years ago, when Masha came to live with her new father and family, almost every day Masha would be beaten, on the grounds of educating Masha, in order to behave better.

Funnily enough, whenever Masha received an inappropriate 'education' she received, for some time later, her father apologized to Masha.

A funny?

Ja.

Masha laughed at that like crazy.

The cries that he had let out too often, changed with hardness of heart, and considered that the people in the family were a group of comedians.

How not.

His father apologized as if sincerely regretting his abusive actions, but at the longest it lasted for two days, his abusive deeds were repeated again.

So did Masha's stepmother, who cried like a fool, when she admitted that she had misheard the neighbor's gossip or Kinan's whisper, and reported it to Sugiono Harto, Masha's father.

Kinan, Masha's half-sister, is no less funny when joking, saying nothing about Masha to her beloved mother.

Still less?

Sugiono Harto, who is said to be a well-known or famous person in the housing complex, has a bad neighbor.

Her stepmother loved to befriend her daily neighbors, spending more time gossiping about other neighbors.

Masha is not just an accusation.

Masha has caught wet several times, when several complex mothers were chatting with her stepmother, either telling her about other neighbors, or guessing that Masha was doing bad things outside the house.

Perhaps if there was no sense of disdain for the older people, Masha would have snapped at the mothers, right then and there.

Segan does not mean Masha respects the bad attitude of the mothers, including her stepmother, but because of the old upbringing that has been embedded in her head.

Masha who previously lived with her grandparents, indeed as long as it is always taught, even arguably if it is doctrinated, that parents are always right.

Masha must submit to parents, and must not argue, let alone dare to go against their will.

Parents know better what is good or bad, and they can take responsibility for everything they do or say.

Masha stared at the diary in front of her which was still empty.

Diary, it's a gift from a close friend of Masha's, a high school graduation time in the town where Masha spent her childhood, with her grandparents, and a farewell memento to Masha, Masha, who should move to this city.

For almost three years this thing was in his hands, there was not the slightest scribble in it.

"Write all your good memories in there! Just in case you come back here, I want to know what you're doing there, without me accompanying you."

Masha's friend's last message, while hugging her, is reflected in Masha's memory.

Unfortunately...

There was not a single incident that Masha could write down in the diary.

Masha took the diary and kept it among the other books, which were on the shelves of her study table.

Actually, Masha has a daily school assignment to do, but Masha is not interested in making her brain more tired with the math task.

The old notebook that still had its blank sheet, became the place where Masha scribbled as she pleased.

I don't know what Masha's drawing is in there.

Scribbles are arbitrary, formless, and just random lines.

Some sheets of paper, already filled with scribbles in it, Masha finally stopped crossing it again.

Instead, Masha would do her math, otherwise mess up school grades, and Masha would receive more blows on every part of her body.

It is not a difficult task for Masha, math, physics, chemistry, and all the school subjects that are considered difficult by her classmates, not for Masha.

All of those lessons were just a figment for him.

What is difficult?

All there is a way, both the formula, and the explanation, just counted or written the answer just like that.

What is difficult for Masha is precisely something that forces her to guess.

Like tomorrow, there will be about any other problem, which could make his lips bleed, or bruise on his neck, or perhaps a limp leg, complete with bruises on his calf.

Not to mention, Masha had to think about the reason for all those scars, when a classmate asked.

'Fall while climbing a tree.'

'Labbed in the bathroom.'

'Bashing the room door.'

'Bee sting.'

Various reasons have been expressed Masha, and most of those reasons, do not seem to be trusted by his classmates.

Doesn't matter.

Believe it or not, it's not a problem for Masha.
