It means: "Whosoever restrains his anger, and he is able to carry it out, Allah will call him in the eyes of all creatures, until Allah instructs him to choose whichever angel he likes," (Hadith narrated Imam Abu Daud, Imam Turmuzi, and Imam Ibn Majah).
