Five, no denouncing food. "SAW apostles never denounced food at all. When he liked it, he ate it. And when he did not like her, he left her." (CHR. Muslim)

Six, not redundant. O son of Adam, put on your beautiful clothes in every (entering) mosque, eat and drink, and do not overdo it. Verily, Allah does not like those who are superfluous."

Seven, eat and drink one third of the passage.

Adam's descendants are not considered to make his stomach a bad container if it fills him with some bribes that can uphold his body. Therefore, what he had to do was one-third of his stomach for food, one-third for drink, and another third for breath," (HR Ahmad).

And lastly, end eating and drinking in prayer. In addition to opening with prayer, close our eating procession also by praying. As a form of gratitude for the food eaten.

"Alhamdu lillaahil ladzii ath'amanaa wa saqoonaa wa ja'alnaa muslimiin."

It means: "All praise be to Allah Ta'ala who has given us this food and drink and made us Muslims."
