Three Cross - Time Youths

Three Cross - Time Youths
Mysterious Girl from Legend

After a puzzling hotdog event, the three of them decide to sit on the edge of the garden, on a wooden bench surrounded by purple and yellow flowering bushes. A light breeze blew, blowing the scent of fresh flowers into their noses.

Mado, who was trying to play with the phone he borrowed, said, "If there was a way to go back to our time."

Jayak patted Mado on the shoulder, "We will definitely find our way home. We just need time."

While they were immersed in the conversation, a delicate voice came over them, "Sorry, are you three men who came from the cave told in the legends?"

The three of them immediately turned their heads, finding a young girl with long brown hair and sharp green eyes. He was wearing simple clothes, yet there was something mysterious from his aura.

Kunta, with widened eyes, said, "Who are you? How do you know about us?"

The girl smiled, "My name is Lila. The legend of the cave was told by my grandmother since I was a child. Legend about three men who will come from the past and find a way home."

Jayak approached, "Can you help us? We're really confused by all this."

Lila nodded, "Sure, but before that—" Suddenly, she slipped on top of a banana peel that was accidentally left on the street. The scene was so classic and ridiculous that it made the three of them laugh out loud.

The girl got up with a dead red face, "Oh, how could I slip like that? How humiliating!"

Mado, with laughter still remaining, said, "It reminds us of some hilarious scenes from our time. Thank you for making us laugh, Lila."

Lila smiled shyly, "No problem. So, you want to know more about the legend?"

Kunta nodded, "Please tell us."

The young girl sat among them, "My grandmother said that there was a cave, where three brave men from the past would appear. They're looking for a way to get back, and the clues are in three different places in this town."

Jayak asked, "What are the three places?"

Lila thought for a moment, "I'm not sure of the exact details. But I can take you to my grandmother's house. Maybe he can give you more clues."

Kunta, with a face full of hope, said, "We would be very grateful if you could help us."

The girl got up from her seat, "Let's follow me. And be careful with the other banana peels" he said with a mischievous smile.

The three of them smiled, feeling a little more hopeful. Perhaps, with the help of Lila and her grandmother, they would find the way home they were looking for.

The four of them walked through the crowded streets of the city. Lila, who was already familiar with the state of the city, guided them with a confident pace. However, for Jayak, Mado, and Kunta, every element of the city is a mystery waiting to be revealed.

When a brightly colored city bus passes at high speed, Jayak suddenly thinks it is a giant beast. It takes a swing, with the intention of riding it like riding a horse or an elephant.

"Jayak! Waitaminute! It's not an animal!" lila shouted, but it was too late. Jayak had jumped, trying to climb up the side of the bus that was pausing at the stop.

Mado and Kunta, seeing Jayak's action, rush to follow him into the bus whose door is open, with their own thoughts.

"This must be a mechanical dragon" muttered Mado as he held the pole inside the bus with wide eyes, amazed by the modern bus interior.

Meanwhile, Kunta, who was aware that they might need to pay to board, began trying to exchange some of the antiques he had brought from his day with other passengers, starting to try to exchange some of the antiques he had brought from his day with him, hope to get something that can be used as a ticket.

A young mother with a shopping cart in her hand laughed at Kunta, "No, sir, I don't need that thing. But you're so funny!" he said as he rubbed his little boy's head that looked comforted.

Lila, who had now also boarded the bus, ran towards Jayak who was still trying to understand what was happening. "Jayak, this is a bus, a means of transportation. Not animal. And you have to pay to be able to ride," he said, pulling Jayak into an empty seat.

Lila took out some banknotes and coins from her wallet, paying for them all. "Oh, just calm down. I'll help you guys. But please, don't try riding another 'beast' again, huh?"

Mado, who had calmed down, asked, "Lila, where is this bus going to take us?"

Lila shrugged, "To be honest, I don't know. We ride without a purpose. But maybe this will be another adventure for you. Who knows if we might find something interesting."

Kunta, who ended up sitting next to a grandfather, asked innocently, "What is this dragon? Why can he move without fire?"

The grandfather laughed, "No, son, this is a bus. It is driven by a machine, not by fire. And certainly not a dragon."

The three of them looked at each other, intrigued by all the misunderstandings they had made. However, with Lila at their side, at least they felt a little safer in this strange world. They hope that, between the twinkling lights of the city and the bustling streets, they will find clues to return home.

The sky began to dim, indicating a day-to-night shift. Orange and purple hues mixed in the horizon, giving a contrast to the city lights that began to flicker. Jayak, Mado, and Kunta feel tired after all day facing many surprises.

"We need to find a place to rest" said Lila, who looked worried about the three.

While walking through the streets that began to be crowded with pedestrians who move at night, their eyes were fixed on a building with the words "Capsule Hotel".

Lila, who knew what a capsule hotel was, tried explaining, "It was a hotel with a small room, like a capsule. You guys might like it."

However, before Lila finished speaking, Kunta clucked in admiration, "Giant bird nest! I've heard stories about this!"

Jayak stared at the building curiously, "Are we going to sleep inside the giant bird's 'egg?"

Mado added, "I think it's going to be an interesting experience!"

The four of them entered the hotel. Inside, a warm atmosphere with soft lighting greeted them. Some guests seemed busy arranging their luggage or sitting casually in the lounge area.

With Lila's help, they get three capsules for the three of them. Upon entering the capsule area, Kunta looked troubled. The antiques he offered to people all day seemed to be a barrier for him to get inside the capsule.

"Cunta! You should put your things in the locker first," exclaimed Lila as she tried to help the clumsy-looking Kunta.

However, Kunta with an innocent face asked, "Is the locker safe? What if someone steals my stuff?"

Mado laughed at Kunta's question, "Cunta, in this world, it seems like your antiques are not necessarily as valuable as in our time."

Kunta frowned, "But these items mean a lot to me."

Lila calms down, "Just calm down, Kunta. Locker's secure. We'll get the keys to keep your things."

With a heavy heart, Kunta put his things in the locker and finally managed to enter the capsule quietly. They all feel comfortable with their own capsules. Although narrow, but a sense of warmth and soft lighting make them feel relaxed.

Jayak, from his capsule, whispered to Mado next to him, "I never imagined I would sleep in a place like this. The world is full of surprises."

Mado nodded, "Right, Jayak. But thank God we have Lila who helps us."

Kunta, who overheard their conversation, added, "Yes, Lila is like a helper angel to us in this foreign world."

Lila, who heard Kunta say, smiled, "Sleep well. Tomorrow we'll explore more."

And under the twinkling lights of the city, inside the little capsule, they fell into a deep sleep, dreaming of the next day's adventure in the modern, question-marked world.
