Chapter 5 - Sadam's Power

Erine had already opened her mouth because she wanted to talk. But stop him from doing. Because Haris seemed to signal silence by placing the index finger in front of the lips.

"Miss Aylin has just woken up" Haris said as she continued to push her wheelchair. Stop to a place close to Erine.

"Did I wake her?" ask Sadam. That's when Haris gave the code for Erine to speak immediately.

"Sa-honey?" call Erine stammering. He held his chest because he was nervous.

"Darling..." Sadam called back. He seemed to be extending his hand into the air. It seems Sadam is trying to touch his wife.

Haris moved to help. Until Sadam's hand touches Erine's.

"You're okay, right?" ask Sadam.

"Yes, I'm fine" Erine replied.

"I miss you so much." said Sadam with a sad face. "I will miss you even more because I will never be able to see your beautiful face" he continued.

Sadam bowed and cried. He held Erine's hand so tightly. "I don't know if I can still be the right husband for you." she said.

Erine's eyes are glazed over. His feelings are so sensitive to something sad. He could feel how sad Sadam was.

"Don't talk like that. I will always be by your side." said Erine. He held onto Sadam's face and fused his eel with the man's forehead. Unknowingly, Erine could just do her skit. It can give a natural reaction.

"Thank you... I'm so lucky to have you in my life" Sadam said.

"We will always be together like before" said Erine. She and Sadam were crying together.

Seeing that, Haris asked permission to leave. He was very relieved to see how deep Erine's performance looked.

Haris walked to the door. Opening and closing the door as if he were really gone. In fact, Haris remained in the room. He's just on guard. Afraid that Erine made a mistake.

"No. I'm glad to see you. Rest with me," responded Erine.

"I've been resting long enough. I'll just sit with you here."

"All right."

Erine fell back on the bed. He did so without having to take off Sadam's hand.

Erine wiped her tears that accidentally came out. Suddenly he was surprised by something. Sadam's fingers suddenly touched his face.

Erine's eyes were rounded. He glanced at Haris who had been sitting on the sofa since. The man just remained silent.

Sadam's hand slowly stroked Erine's head. He did it gently and with sincerity. The handsome guy did that long enough.

Erine's feelings are not good. He was never treated that way by a man.

"You usually fall asleep if you're stroked like this" Sadam said.

Erine is deliberately silent to be mistaken for sleep by Sadam. A few minutes later, the man stood up.

Erine and Haris are shocked. Anxious Haris reflexively stood up from his seat. While Erine looked tense while continuing to pay attention to Sadam.

Sadam held onto the hospital bed where Erine was lying. He then touched Erine's face. The girl's eyes were perfectly rounded. His heart beat fast as Sadam got closer to his face.

Erine wanted to avoid it. But he certainly did not want to mess up the charade that would become the coffers of money to pay for his father's hospital.

Slowly Sadam's lips landed on Erine's forehead. The girl froze. His heart was beating uncontrollably.

"You are my strength, Aylin." said Sadam in a soft tone. A faint smile was etched on his face.
