Chapter 49 - The Commencement of Sadam

For Nadia, Sadam's speech felt very convincing. Until he decided to believe.

"alright. I'm gonna trust you. Then what's your plan?" nadia asked as she folded her hands to the front of her chest.

"I want to get close to Erine. But not as Sadam. Except for everyone else" Sadam explained.

Nadia introduces Sadam to Erine. She tells Erine that Sadam is her brother Marcel.

Hurriedly Sadam put his coffee to the table and stood up. He immediately approached Erine.

"You awake?" ask Sadam.

"Isn't that obvious?" response cynical Erine. His forehead creased as he heard a voice from the kitchen. The sound caused by Sadam's men.

"Is Nadia here?" ask Erine.

"Nadia? Of course not. I'm alone here" Sadam replied.

"Who's in the kitchen?" timpal Erine's.

Sadam patted his own eel. He forgot to tell his man not to make any noise.

"ah! The cat must have come again. I'm going to throw him out" Sadam said as he tried to move on.

"No! No!" Erine quickly stopped. Sadam stopped stepping.

"Why?" ask Sadam. He secretly sent a message to his man who is now cleaning in the kitchen. Sadam told him to leave.

"Is there really a cat? I've never known that before" said Erine.

Sadam's eyes were wild in all directions. He was confused as to what to answer. It turned out that theatrics were not as easy as he thought.

"The cat comes often. I see him often. Maybe he came when you weren't around" Sadam said. He saw his man show up. The man walked slowly until he could reach the exit.

Sadam snorted in relief. He took Erine for breakfast. Sadam tried to help Erine walk. But the woman refused firmly.

"I can walk on my own! Did you forget my terms?" timpal Erine's.

"sorry. I forgot," said Sadam. He let Erine walk by herself.

Erine frowned. Actually from the beginning he was somewhat suspicious of Sadam's voice that felt contrived. Erine felt that the voice Sadam used to speak was not the original voice.
