Uncle arrived at the portal according to Vincent's words. Farrell stalked uncle with Christo from behind one of the gangs. Uncle is not alone. He was with Denise and of course his two younger siblings, Milo and Libby. Farrell saw that the two of them were still blank. Milo's face was slightly red especially the nose. He doesn't look well. Farrell is itching to meet his uncle in person. However, being reckless would only mess things up. He needs to be patient to save Milo and Libby. Thenwhat? Farrell suddenly did not understand what the next step was after they were able to gather the three.
His daydreams were broken when Vincent approached the uncle.
“Mr Albert Eden, what a coincidence to meet here.” Vincent encounters the troupe shortly after they move out of a dead-end alley. With a hand, Vincent introduced himself. “I Elvin Vincent Elioscavea. I'm sure that the lodging employee has informed you of my offer.”
Uncle looked back and forth as if he didn't know what his interlocutor was talking about. Farrell is convinced that uncle does not run the inn as he should. Farrell believes Vincent can read minds.
“Ah, maybe you forgot. Let me explain again. Elioscavea is one of Eden’s Lodge's loyal customers. We thought maybe you could provide a special stay package or the like.”
As Vincent explains, Farrell approaches. He stepped slowly and very carefully. A jacket covers his head. At least Denise wouldn't recognize him easily, she thought. Uncle himself is still focused on Vincent, confused. Vincent explained it well, so well that uncle was unable to give a response. Uncle will not notice his presence.
Denise was bored. He's been ruffled waist from earlier hoping Vincent knows that his arrival is disturbing. But Vincent doesn't care.
Milo and Libby are behind Denise. Farrell patted Milo on the shoulder, but his sister was unmoved. Farrell wants to call her name but is afraid to attract Denise. However, Denise is alone, so why not all of you. Farrell clasped Milo's hand and Libby's with his other. Without saying much more, he pulled his two younger siblings.
Farrell was afraid to drag them if they did not want to run. Beyond his expectations, everything went well. Milo and Libby followed him running. Their steps were even in tune with him. Their minds were empty so they obeyed everything that was happening around without a fight. Except when Denise called their names.
“Hei!” Denise only realized that the two children disappeared from behind her moments later. He saw the two running along with the foreign man who darted among the crowd of people. Denise is forced to chase and leave Albert Eden with Vincent.
Farrell guides his two younger siblings to a place he has already agreed with Christo. They ran down the sidewalk stalls, past the witches with their pets, also avoiding when things were flying in the street. The new morning rush. The time is right with their escape. When Farrell looked back, he could see Denise was confused. His steps were blocked and the people and activities they welcomed in the morning.
Farrell turned at the crossroad. They crossed a deserted alley. That was when Farrell realized something was wrong. Gizmo flew towards him with a heartbreaking cry.
“Gizmo! What—” Farrell gasps.
In front of him, from the opposite direction, he saw two muscular men running over. Jim and Joe! Among all these circumstances, why should they appear now? Farrell ran out of the alley again. Just when Denise saw him. Farrell turned the other way, towards the alley that Gizmo was also heading towards. Farrell knew Christo must have been waiting there.
Farrell entered the mouth of the alley and did not stop even if he saw Christo standing in the middle. Farrell was worried. But when looking back, Christo immediately exclaimed, “Continue running! The shop is at the end of the alley!”
Farrell left him.
When Denise and her two men came, Christo greeted them with a smile.
“I should have known you helped him!” shout Denise. “Jim! Joe's! Wait what else? Fast—”
Christo threw the blue capsule onto the ground near the three were. Quickly, blue smoke billowed and enveloped them. It didn't take long until they fell asleep. The wind was blowing with smoke approaching it. Before he got himself hit, Christo ran after Farrell. Farrell's not far off. He could see him running.
Finally, they returned to the red door of the Bliss and Tea Room.
The female servant inside escorted Farrell up the previously chained stairs. Christo followed behind him. They walked without making a scene. None of them talk. They communicate only with eye contact. The store is not open yet and no one is there. Another waiter closed the red door and locked it tightly.
Farrell goes upstairs. A room full of decorations greeted him. Rows of tables with flowers, walls full of frames, and carved lamp posts in several corners. The color is dominated by shade, white, light blue, and pink. These distinctive pastel colors were also still visible when he turned into the hallway behind the stairs. There, there are three rooms. One room is open. Bliss, stand in front of him.
“Mistress, I—”
Bliss showed a finger and wiggled it in front of Farrell's lips. “No need to talk, quickly bring them in. Your sister looks unwell,” he said as he glanced at Milo.
Farrell invited the two in. There, they sat on the bed. Bliss brought him two cups of tea. Farrell mixed the antidote potion into it. He gave each of them one cup and gave the order. “Drink this,” said. “Be careful. Slow down, still hot,” he added.
Bliss could only smile and exchange glances with Christo.
Milo and Libby did not question the orders. They comply. With both hands, each of them held a teacup then drank it slowly. Libby was the first to react. He nodded quickly as if he had just woken up from a dream.
“Kakak?” tanyanya slow. “Where is this?”
Then, Milo. The reaction is a little different from Libby's. Instead of waking up, Milo sneezed. He looked at the foreign room in front of him. The room is full of floral decorations and is perfect for women in the eighteenth century. “Wow... This place is suitable for photo sessions.”
“You're back!” exclaim Farrell.
“Back? From where?” ask Milo. “I kind of forgot what happened lately. As I recall Denise told me to go out to look.... What is it?”.
“I also don't know what Denise told you,” muttered Libby. “But I remember he was angry when we didn't find him. Farrell wasn't with us at the time. Are we going to be punished again?” libby's voice shook as she asked.
“Ngak. You guys are safe.” Farrell doesn't realize how much he misses his siblings. He hugged both of their necks. Milo spontaneously broke away and sneezed again. Farrell chuckles, “I think now we need to treat your flu.”
