What happened to the Juna Family?

"Oh my goodness, Sophia.... I miss you so much. How's your dad doing? It's all better, right? It's like in the office there's less during your leave."

The newly arrived Nadia immediately smiled broadly at me. We were pretty close as co-workers. He was the one who guided me from the very beginning in the Universe Corp.

"Alhamdulillah, do it, Nad." My answer. It's not that being disrespectful to call a girl who's a little older than me like that. But he asked himself to be called by his name only.

"Thankful, huh. Oh, aye. During your leave, there are new employees here. His secretary, Mr. Rei, has resigned. Well, now there is a replacement," Nadia told me.

"Oh, huh? Who?"

"His name is Ms. Clara. Later you also know which person," explained Nadia.

This afternoon I promised to meet Mother Aulia. There are many things to talk about together. Actually I still have a job at the office, but Rei's father, who I'm watching, allowed me to meet his wife at De Boutique.

Upon returning from De Boutique, I took the time to stop by the city bus. I say hello to Ma'am Kezi the desk keeper. I haven't seen that woman in a long time. We also chatted for a while.

I slowly watched one by one the books arranged on the shelf there. I also found a title I was looking for. I pulled the wooden ladder near me and took the book that was on the highest shelf.

After I picked up the book, suddenly the wooden stairs I was still climbing were shifting. I was surprised I almost fell. But, it's just almost. Because someone's holding my waist.

I hit that guy pissed off with the book still in my hand.

"Lo deliberately shifted the ladder!" hardikku to Rama.

Rama chuckles. "No, tuh. My feet don't purposely stick to the stairs."

I rolled my eyes, then left the man.

"Huh? Lo pregnant?" Rama who had been sitting on my right since when was it surprised me with his question.

I'm a little surprised. How come it was such a coincidence that I met Rama in the city library? Is Rama a hobby of reading?

I know the man is lying. But what do I care? I'm back to busy with my book.

"Where have you been lately, anyway?"

I looked back at Rama. What does that question mean? I kept putting on a confused expression.

"I mean, I usually don't accidentally see you to the cafes here," explained Rama looks clumsy. She's weird.

"Oh, huh? I rarely do that. I'm not a person who likes to go to places like that." My answer.

Rama remained silent.

I looked away slowly at the book in front of me. "My father was in an accident. So I'm out of town 3 days." I don't know what else to say. But Rama, he seems to want to know where I've been lately.

I'm not close to him. I don't have his phone contact or anything to tie us up. I only know the man's house and a little of his family's story. However, Rama seems to know my activities. He's not a stalker, is he?

"Certainly? Your dad isn't pa-pa?" ask Rama.

I smiled wryly looking at the man. "No pa-pa. But wait, deh." I pushed my face towards Rama close. "Lo is curious about my life. You're not a stalker like that in Korean dramas, are you? Do you like me?" I grinned.

Rama threw his face away. I also put my face to normal. "Pede very lo!" rama told me.

I put my shoulders down. I closed the book and left Rama.

Tonight at the study table I read a book I borrowed from the city library last afternoon. I understand the concept and purpose of parenting. At least I master the material first and practice it later if I have become a mother.

"Why did Phi read that kayak book?" tanya Mini who suddenly appeared on my right.

"Pengen read it. Mostly Juna ngritik I time at the new market festival kamaren. That's why I can't persuade Lusy to drink water."

Mini laugh. "So because of the criticism of the same prospective husband, you want to read the ginian cake?" Mini pointed at my book.

Mini finally left with a seductive look. I just glared at him, then busied again with the book.

After reading, I checked my phone. I'm looking forward to Juna's whatsapp message, but the guy didn't send me a single one.

I took the initiative to contact him first.

Sophia: Juna, what else?

Fifteen minutes. My message was never read by Juna, even though he was online. Juna is not usually like that.

Sophia : Moon....

I sent another message.

One minute. Two minutes. Juna read my message. And, just read it.

I'm pissed off. "This is Juna why, anyway?" I muttered alone because Mini wasn't in the room with me. It looks like he's watching TV in the living room.

I had trouble sleeping tonight. Juna didn't reply to my whatsapp messages. I didn't pick up the phone either. Is Juna having a problem?

My mind started to change. When in the office, Rei's father looked tangled like never before. Mother Aulia also looked a little pale looking lethargic. Then Juna, he can't be reached.

Does Juna and his family have any problems? Or is Juna getting bored with me and trying to dodge? I also understand, it's not always that person can be nice. I have to investigate Juna's attitude. He was strange and uncharacteristic. [ ]
