The Stunning My Life

The Stunning My Life
Thank You Juna

Me and the man were still sitting at the bamboo post there. We were silent for a few minutes. I tried to tinker with my phone again hoping that the signal was full and could contact Mini soon.

I clicked after learning that the result was still the same. Zonk up! I looked down disappointed. Suddenly, a helping hand appeared in front of me.

“So want no acquaintance?” The guy looked at me.

I hesitated to shake his hand. “Sophia,” I said, then quickly relinquished the post.

“Gue Juna's. Juna King of the Universe.”

“Ngeri also yes name lo.”

Juna pressed his shoulders.

Suddenly silent atmosphere. One minute. Two minutes. Juna stood up. I looked up at him.

“Gue came back first, yes,” said to Juna to me. Then, he walked away.

Instantly, I followed him. I don't know where it is now. The post must be far from a tourist spot. And I'm really bad when it comes to direction, especially in the mountains.

I walked slightly dragging my right leg following Juna's step from behind.

“Wait for me, dong!!!” I chuckled at Juna, but he looked disrespectful.

“Juna!!!”

“Don't spit the way!”

I kept rambling on that guy who was impressed.

One sec. Two seconds. Three seconds. I tried to check the watch on my left wrist. “Aaaaaa...!!!!!” I screamed after seeing a giant green caterpillar clinging to the left leg of my coat jacket.

I stood frozen shut my eyes. I stretched my left arm so disgusted.

“Why, anyway?” Juna came up to me and asked.

“It...!!! That's so big!!!” My right ear pointed at the caterpillar.

I still closed my eyes and did not dare to move even a little. Of all the insects, if told to touch a caterpillar or a cockroach, I would choose to touch a cockroach.

Caterpillar the animal is tender and oval. No matter how good it looks. If it's a caterpillar, I'd rather be stung by a wasp than have to look at an insect as drowny as it is.

Hiiii.., seeing him walk alone has made my hair stand up, let alone crept. Shake a thousand percent!

“Udah I threw away,” Juna told me.

I opened my eyes slowly, then looked at my left arm. I breathed a sigh of relief after seeing my tortilla coat jacket that had survived the attack of the caterpillar.

“Can be so disgusted ya lo equally tenacious!?” Juna looked at me.

“Who is not disgusted by that soft animal? In this world not only I was a disgusted same tenacious time,” my objection.

Juna chuckles. “Pas has become a butterfly to be chased, but pas is still so tenacious (Juna pointed my face right at the word ‘ulet’ while pressing his tone) & so disgusted!”

“Lo why am I tenacious?”

“Why? Lo humiliated?” Juna grinned.

Hearing her question like that made me get a little carried away. I thought I was like a caterpillar, disgusting, hated and disliked by many. I lowered my gaze, then walked slowly away from Juna.

“Lo why? Baper?” ask Juna while matching my steps.

I chose silence and walked straight regardless of the man.

A few minutes later, we arrived at a tourist spot. I am very grateful, at least I can still return even though I lost and dislocated earlier.

Azan's voice rattled. I stared at the watch that showed it almost twelve in the afternoon.

“Gue first, yes.” Juna walked away.

I kept watching Juna's steps that passed away. And apparently, he went to the mosque across there. I smiled, then walked slowly to the same place.

I took off my shoes and coat, then washed a little bit of my pants that were covered in mud. I berwudu, then the prayer of the nobility congregated in the mosque.

***

I sat on the porch, tied my shoelaces, and put my dirty coat back on.

“Oh..., so we're seiman?”

I looked at the source of that voice. Juna, he's sitting not far to my right.

I stood up and checked my phone. I smiled at the signal that was full. I immediately contacted Mini.

Sophia: Where are you?

Mini: Lunch, dong….

Sophia: Where is it? I'm following, huh?

Mini: NOT ALLOWED TO INTERRUPT COURTS!!!

“Bener-real ni child!” I muttered.

“Yes already, lunch with me,” Juna said near the ears surprised me.

“Lo tipping, yes?”

Juna smiled. “Bit.” The answer.

Somehow I was having lunch with that guy. In the tourist spot there is a lake, and on the edge is fitted with a concrete fence knee-length adults.

Local food vendors there also use the place to sell. They set up a lesehan stall attached to the concrete fence. So, buyers can also enjoy food as well as views of the lake.

Juna took me to a rabbit satay stall. He ordered two servings of satay without my consent. We also sat down while waiting for the satay order to be ready.

We sat side by side with a distance of half a meter facing the lake. In the shop there is provided a wooden table plated to make sure the buyer enjoys the dish. I put both my hands on the table while enjoying the water ripples in the lake.

Five seconds. I looked down at the phone that just hit my right elbow slowly. Then, I turned to look towards Juna.

Juna smiled pretentiously cute. “Whatsapp number lo, please..” he said begging.

I pushed the phone back to Juna's front desk. “Gue not playing whatsapp.” Reply ngawur. Though the man had caught me chatting with Mini earlier.

“Gue has no regular number.”

“Yes already, an unusual number for that.”

“Yes I mean it, I don't have a mobile number!”

Juna clucked. “Kalo instagram? Facebook? Twitter?”

I smiled at Juna.

“Yes, email address if so. Oh, or your phone number is also not pa-pa.”

What kind of a madman, anyway? I stared at Juna's strange face. “Lo kok maksa, anyway? I don't want to give my personal data to you. Bye, ah. I'm going to go!” I also want to get out of that place. But suddenly, the father of the rabbit satay seller served his food.

Juna looked at me hinting not to leave the stall. And I sat back down. Actually if I didn't feel bad for the merchant, I would have run away from there. Anyway, I should appreciate the merchant.

Juna looked ravenously eating his rabbit satay. I only noticed the way the man ate while twirling a skewer that hesitated to bite.

Actually this is the first time I've tried to buy rabbit satay. I never even made plans to try satay. Imagining a creature like a rabbit blanket made satay makes me not have the heart to eat it.

“Why not eat?” ask Juna to me who seems to be playing only that satay.

“This is real rabbit meat?”

“Yes, that. Ask your Father.” Answer Juna. “Pak, this is actually rabbit meat, right?” The buset...!!! This man asked his father again. My eyes widen.

“Iya, Mas. Fresh rabbit meat.” Answer the seller satay.

“Tuh, FRESH RABBIT MEAT!” obviously Juna pressed down on every word.

"Gue.., I can't eat it." I pushed the plastic plate containing my rabbit satay onto Juna's front desk. "Lo's the one who's upset," I told him.

“Lo serious?”

I'm nodding.

Juna took a short breath. “Keep what you want to eat? Want me to pesenin chicken satay?”

“Neventless. I will buy some bread. You eat first, instead of redundant,” I said to Juna.

Juna happily ate my rabbit satay. Five minutes. Ten minutes. Juna and I left the small shop.

I stopped by a shop near the lake. Then buy two bottles of aqua bear and a packet of sari bread. I gave Juna a bottle of aqua, and the man gulped it down.

I looked at Juna in amazement. Maybe he was really thirsty, because the rabbit satay seller was not providing drinks in his stall. And again, Juna also had time to hold me when my legs sprained.

Suddenly, my phone rang. Mini called. I immediately picked it up.

“Halo.”

Phi, I'm in the parking lot. Sodaranya Haris is dead, we have to hunt home.

“OK, I'm there now.”

I ended that call too.

“My cousin is in the parking lot. I go first, yeah. Thanks for everything,” I told Juna.

“Sama-sama. I'm anterin until the parking lot, yes.” Juna smiled mischievously.

I can't trust Juna too much. Because after all, she is ‘male-’. Dad also told me not to trust any man, other than him.

“Nevent gone.” I replied, then walked quickly away from Juna.

***

“Woi, where to go, Shark Sop?” mini chirps after my arrival in the parking lot.

“Hai,” greet Juna smiling pretentious handsome on Mini and Haris. Of course, the man was still following me all the way there.

“Elo? Lo Juna, right?” Haris looked at Juna astonished.

“Iya. You know me, Bro?”

“We're sekampus, Bro.” Haris replied to Juna.

What??? So Haris with Juna sekampus? For what? The world is narrow.

“Kok, can you guys be together?” asked Haris looking at me and Juna.

“So accidentally met.” My answer.

“Not…. Sophia was in people's orchards. I just happened to go through there. I think he maling the fruit,” said Juna denied and fooled Haris also Mini.

I who heard it can only be gripped.

“Serius lo earlier said? Keep your clothes dirty, anyway? Lo abis wallowing where?” tanya Mini looked at my muddy coat jacket.

I saw Juna holding a laugh there. Mini if ngocheh is not filtered! “Berkubang? You think I'm a buffalo? This is me just now.”

“This is so go home, anyway?” Haris' voice suddenly made me feel guilty. He must have been very eagerly awaited by his family because his brother died.

“Yes, come on. Phi, login!” tell Mini to order me to ride into her boyfriend's dark green jeep.

“Bro, can I say no?” ask Juna to Haris.

Me and Mini from the car watched Juna and Haris talking a little bit away out there.

“Wih...., dapet gebetan new story? Cie cie..,” oceh Mini teasing me.

“Apaan, hell!”

I also tried to read a book that I had not finished reading. I opened the book and smiled.

“Iya-iya the kasmaran.” Again, Mini teased me.

“Lo why the hell, Minion? This is a funny story. Who is kasmaran. It's a buckerer!”

I looked at Mini who was also looking at me, cut off the lip of the rearview mirror in the car. I rolled my eyes, then covered my face with the book I was holding. And actually, I'm continuing my feelings today. Imagining it made me smile again. [ ]
