A week has passed, a little more Ivan has forgotten the events that he considered strange.

Now Ivan is busy taking care of Mr. Tarman who is sick.

Ivan helps Sari take care of her garden and occasionally takes care of Mr. Tarman at home.

As this morning after the farm of Mr. Tarno Ivan immediately went to the chili garden owned by his father.  He was assigned Sari to water all the existing chili land.

The next morning Ivan, Toni and Sari took Mr. Tarman to a clinic not far from the village.  They go escorted by Tejo kang using his car.

Arriving at the clinic, Mr. Tarman began to be examined by a doctor who served there.

After a while, the doctor came out of Mr. Tarman's room.

"how is my husband, doctor?, what is he sick" asked Sari worriedly

"like his father affected by appendicitis bu, must be taken seriously" replied the doctor.

"wow, how did he get appendicitis? " ask Sari who still does not understand

"can be ma'am, it is caused by the lifestyle of the father who is not healthy and food is less guarded, understand the age of the father has begun to age so the disease is easy to come.  Moreover, the mother was late to bring the father to check" explained the doctor

Ivan and Toni just kept quiet.

"alright then mom take care of the requirements first yes, so I can immediately do a referral to the hospital to be addressed" said the doctor to Sari.

After that the doctor left Sari and her child.  They also entered the room of Mr. Tarman.

It was seen that Mr. Tarman was lying limp on a hospital bed.

"tomorrow you were taken to the city sir, so it can be operated on" said Sari pelan

Mr. Tarman and Sari already have a store of produce from their garden crops in the last year.  They save the money for the school fees of Toni and Ivan later.

In the journey Ivan only silent and occasionally glanced at toni who was also silent.  I don't know what the kid's thinking is.

After a few hours of travel, they finally arrived at one of the hospitals in the city.

Mr. Tarman was immediately taken into the treatment room.  Looks Ivan who was busy here and there taking care of all the needs and administration of the hospital.

The new operation can be done tomorrow. Because the doctor was not able to attend.  So Ivan and Sari still have to wait.

Time still shows at 3pm.
