The Heart that is Broken

The day is getting dark. The sky looks cloudy tonight. Like it's gonna rain soon. But like him, Ivan was still at home Faiz and Toni. He hasn't even been out of his room since noon.

Faiz had just returned home with three boxes of food in his hand. He glanced at Toni who was working on his task at the sofa and glanced at Ivan's room which was still closed.

"there's no child out yet?" asked Faiz while putting the three boxes on the table

"not yet bang, I'm tired I took him out" replied Toni

Faiz just sighed tired while putting his motorbike and wallet keys on the table.

He walked up to Ivan's room and tried to open the door

"Van, don't be like a girl deh Lo, hang yourself in the room" Faiz grumbled when he found out that the door was still locked by Ivan

"Van" cried Faiz again as he knocked hard on the door of the room

"gue still sleepy Iz" replied Ivan from inside the room, his voice raspy and lethargic

"colden Lu. I slept for hours. Eat first, I've bought this" Faiz said again

"gue is not a laper" replied Ivan briefly

"Van lo don't torture yourself, eat first" Faiz said, still patient, but there was no answer from inside the room

Toni turned to Faiz who looked annoyed, she chuckled to herself in her seat

"it's already bang, justin aja bang Ivan ngurung himself, maybe he was waiting for Mr. Maxwell Dateng" said Toni made Faiz grunt

"Van, Lo if you want to die do not at my house, Sono outside, I do not want to be accused of poisoning Lo" Faiz upset

And before long Ivan opened the door with his disheveled face and stared at the annoyed Faiz who was already shaking his waist staring at him

"nine o'clock" replied Toni, she chuckled little looking at Faiz's annoyed face

"where are you going, Lo?" faiz asked when he saw Ivan suddenly move from his seat and pulled the key from the table

"home" answered Ivan briefly

"eat the van first, this is malem anyways. Just stay here" Faiz said, holding Ivan, but Ivan immediately shook his head

"people at home will surely love me, besides I will not die just because I do not eat a day" replied Ivan , ''wouldn't die , he walked over and grabbed his bag leaving Faiz and Toni looking at each other confused and annoyed

"yes, look out for Lo died because speeding to bring a motorbike" Faiz cried when Ivan was already in front of the door

"at the very most I'm a ghost" he replied indifferently

"that kid" Faiz muttered really upset

"do we need to go bang?" tanya Toni who looks worried to see Ivan carrying the bike in such a state

Ivan wanted to get into the elevator to his room, but his steps were stopped by Delisha's call

"why did you just come home, baby? from where?" asked Delisha who walked closer to Ivan

"From Faiz ma's house, Ivan fell asleep earlier" replied Ivan with a faint smile

"have you eaten?" delisha asked, looking at Ivan's disheveled and uninspired face

"already" lied Ivan

"if you want to eat, let mama prepare dinner for you" said Delisha again but Ivan immediately shook his head

"no need ma, Ivan is full. Ivan wants to rest. Ivan came in yes" said Ivan with a faint smile

Delisha could only nod in resignation seeing Ivan's unusual attitude

"yes, take a break" replied Delisha

Ivan immediately smiled and entered the elevator leaving Delisha who was seen sighing violently

'you must be sad son' muttered Delisha in heart

Ivan threw his body on his bed. Her eyes closed, but even the shadow of Amelia who continues to haunt her, making her increasingly uncomfortable with her current mood.

Her cries, her hugs, her sad smile, all of her still clearly reflected in her mind. How the girl cried so bitterly, even though she said she was willing, but Ivan knew, Amelia must be very hurt right now.

'I'm sorry, I don't know what to do right now. I can't choose between you and papa. I really don't know what to do' Ivan said in his heart.

He entered the house without replying to the people in the house. Amel sat on the couch near his bedroom window.

"no sister" replied Amelia, but Andrean smiled at her. He knew his little sister must be in trouble

"are you sad?" ask Andrean again.

Amelia just shook her head, but with glassy eyes

"here, there is a sister where you cry, do not grieve yourself" said Andrean as he slowly pulled Amelia's shoulder, making the girl stare at him with reddened eyes holding back tears

"you strong girl, you can definitely get through this" said Andrean and hugged the body of Amel who had now shed his tears and immediately cried bitterly in the arms of his sister. Really, she didn't want to cry, but these tears really couldn't be dammed anymore

"what amel's feeling wrong sister, Amel was wrong to fall in love with her" said Amel brick with Isak crying her

"sickness of the ankle, pain .... once" said Amelia made Andrean close his eyes for a flash and drew his long, long breath, she still gently rubbed Amel's back which felt trembling because of her sobs

Amelia shook her head softly hearing her, she looked up and looked at Andrean with her sad face, making Andrean so hurt her heart.

He knew that if all this time his sister had fallen in love with one of Maxwel's children, he also knew that the end of their relationship would not go well, because of course Maxwel must have strictly forbidden their relationship, and now all of that becomes reality.
