The President's Wife

The President's Wife
Chapter 89: I'm sorry

The fingers squeeze each other. Don't be asked how cold the sweaty palms are. His heart rate was beating faster than usual, racing with the fear that had struck him since half an hour ago. Seeing her in-laws slumping against the floor, an experience she could not forget,

Forgot already with the expensive bag he had just admired, vanished already the desire to have it. All changed in panic when they saw the body of the old mama-in-law collapsed in front of their eyes.

The instant her world stopped spinning, time stopped beating as she saw Mother Citra's body fall unenergized, drowning on the shop floor.

To this extent he still hides the fear that collaborates with panic. Pram's loud voice was still palpable in the ears. Her husband did not nag anymore, but directly snapped at her when he got word from the phone that his mother had fainted in a famous bag shop.

Five minutes sitting alone in front of the IGD room, rough footsteps approached. Just hear Kailla know more than one person approaching.

“How's mama?” pram asked, looking towards the door of the room. Following behind him Pieter. The two ran frantically to the hospital, forgetting their warm coats, through the cold weather of Vienna.

Pram was having lunch at Pieter's residence after his leisurely visit at the KRD office when Kailla contacted him.

Kailla's headband without sound indicates she herself does not know how the condition of her mother mertunya.

“I just left it to you for a minute, Kai. But you've made mama collapse like this.” Pram nags with a controlled tone. Still keeping his emotions in check because Pieter is also with them at the moment.

“Ma-af.”

Just a word came out of Kailla's lips. The rest of him hunkers down to his mistake. Too excited, to forget the health of her in-laws who had just healed.

“Asks the driver to drive you home, Kai.”

Hening—

Kailla did not answer, only able to steal a glance at her husband. The handsome man was still hardening his facial line. Although Pram didn't say much, Kailla knew her husband was angry.

“Honey, I'm sorry,” whispered Kailla, grabbing Pram's hand that stood not too far from her seat. Occasionally glanced at Pieter. It was like hugging and crying on her husband's shoulders if only Pieter wasn't with them.

Pram budging. Do not answer, see his wife also not. Emotions overwhelmed her heart too much, she forgot not only her, Kailla was equally worried.

Five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes, still no word from inside the room. I don't know what happened to her mom in there. Every time he remembered his fallen mother, Pram's anger crept up.

“Why steal out again? Why do you like to argue with me, Kai?” pram asked, rubbing his face rough. Plopped his body, sitting in the same chair as his wife. Only one empty seat was left. Senjaga Pram does not want to sit too close. The frustration looks real.

“Sorry, I was wrong,” whispered Kailla full of regrets. Right now he regretted having brought his in-laws along in his delinquency.

“Go home now. I don't want to get any more upset to see you,” Pram's orders.

Kaila began to cry as usual. But this time he bit his lips hard so that his sobbing could not be heard coming out.

Maybe the two are looking after each other to look good in front of other people, including Pieter.

“Don't cry on, Kai. People will think I'm scolding you all the time. Honestly I'm tired of being mad at you,” said Pram, annoyed.

He tried hard to restrain his emotions so as not to scold his wife. Not yelling at Kailla like you already have.

“Back now, I'll be waiting for mama,” continued Pram.

“I don't want to go home,” whine Kailla, shift sit, grab Pram's arm and lean there.

“I beg you to forgive me yes,” whispered Kailla, linking her fingers to her husband's fingers.

Pram remained silent. Don't want to serve Kailla's whining. Nor did he repay his wife's affection. Just resignedly, while closing his eyes leaning on the chair.

“Honey..,” whispered Kailla again. She took back her husband's arm.

“I'm sorry,” whispered Kailla tirelessly and gave up on getting her husband sorry.

“Already Kai, my head is dizzy. Can't keep your mouth shut. I'm tired of hearing your voice,” said Pram. Although with a gentle intonation, but quite make the feeling of Kailla choked.

Before long, a doctor appeared, out of the room. Pieter and Bayu who were sitting on the other bench seemed to rush forward and approach. In German, the doctor explained, Pieter listened to all the doctor's explanations and then translated them all to Pram.

“It's okay, Pram. Just a tasting. The tension is a little high, need a short break, no need for hospitalization. The rest is fine.” Pieter explained at length, she said late she still threw a smile at Kailla.

Kailla was calm, the tears and tears that had appeared changed into a smile. Occasionally leaning spoiled on her husband's arm that doesn't even serve him.

“Already Kai, I'm tired. You better just go home.” Pram said, while breaking away from the entanglement of his wife's hand that locked her arm.

“Darling, mom is fine. Don't be mad at me anymore, huh?” persuade Kailla for the umpteenth time, and always get rejected.

“Because mom is okay, so your mistake is considered done. So it doesn't matter anymore. That's what you mean, Kai? You will have to repeat it again. That's what you mean?” said Pram with a slightly raised tone.

“Darling, I've already apologized,” whispered Kailla bowed.

Pram sighed. Trying to hold back his emotions so as not to explode.

“Bay, take Kailla home,” Pram command.

“Darling, I don't want to go home. I want to stay here looking after your mom with you.” Kailla refused again.

Pram smiled cynically. Staring at his wife, sighing to stay calm and in control.

“I beg you not to argue with me this time, dear. I don't want to hurt you. Go home with Bayu. Reflect on all your mistakes at home,” said Pram, peeping his wife's forehead, before driving Kailla away from the hospital.

But not Kailla can be conquered easily. Instead of leaving, she hugged her husband's waist.

“Do not get angry again. I'll go home if you're not mad at me. I've already apologized,” whispered Kaiila.

“Yes, already sorry means done. I will repeat later. Now home! You are unreliable. Why stay here. I've entrusted you with your mother, but you can't prove that you're the wife who can support your husband,” Pram said.

“I'm just asking you to take care of mom for a while while I'm at the office. Not taking care of him like Kinar did,” continued Pram.

“Indeed no one can serve mama as well as Kinar. Until so far he remains the best in terms of taking care of my mama,” said Pram.

The words that came out of Pram's lips were indeed soft, there was no anger, but piercing the heart. Kaila was down, there were two tear-spouts flowing down her cheeks without being able to be held back.

“Honey, I'm home,” he said slowly. Still looking down, hiding her tears that came down more and more.

“Bay, we're home now,” whispered Kailla sobbing, clutching Bayu's arm, shedding her tears there.

“Don't cry anymore, Non. Mr. Pram is just a momentary emotion. He almost went crazy when he found out his mother had fainted. Besides why Non play go without permission from Mr. Pram.” Bayu tried to calm down.
