Kailla and Pram are already in the car. They left Bayu who was still with Ibu Citra and Kinar.
“Why don't you tell me first. At least I don't have to cry sobbing in fear of losing you,” snorted Kailla. But even though he was upset, he still grabbed Pram's arm and leaned spoiled there.
“I need your tears, Honey,” says Pram Relax.
Kaila was seriously gazing towards the streets, observing one by one the wagons of hawker vendors lined up along their way. There are meatballs, poor bakwan, fried, chicken noodles and more.
His head was wailing, staring expectantly with gulps of saliva many times. And Pram has been very well memorized by the habits of his wife.
“Kai, don't ask me to stop the car and buy more fruits yes,” Pram said suddenly. He was focusing on holding the steering wheel, glancing at his wife with a smile.
“Hah?!” Kailla. Not yet understood the meaning of Pram's words.
“We're alone, no assistant. Where is it night anyway. Don't ask me to come down to buy more fruit,” explained Pram.
Kailla nodded, instantly understanding the direction of Pram's conversation.
“Honey, you are seriously breaking up with Mama?” ask Kailla suddenly.
“No, I was thinking I could bring you two closer to this meeting. But I caught something strange from my mom's look at you. And I think I should do this, so that mom can be really conscious, not just on the lips.”
“How about Bayu?” kailla asked, confused. Since then, he chose to be silent and not protest with all Pram's actions. He felt he had no right to ask or argue inside.
“I'm serious. Bayu my confidant. And he has admitted, serious about his feelings for Kinar, let alone his age is not young anymore,” said Pram.
“If she is married to Kinar, I can calmly entrust my mother to her,” Pram continued.
“You mean, later Bayu will stay with Mama?” kailla asked confusedly.
A flick landed on Kailla's forehead, just after Pram stopped the speed of his car. Choosing to park the car on a rather quiet street. He felt the need to speak seriously with Kailla.
“Okaya! It hurts,” surprises Kailla, rubs her forehead. Pouting, glaring at Pram.
“Mama who will stay with Bayu. I've explained, the house that you now occupy and the facilities I will give to Bayu. He's a man, if married and have nothing, I'm afraid my wife and mother will trample on his pride,” explained Pram.
“Mama loves Kinar like her own daughter. It would be better for him to stay with Kinar and Bayu, if indeed they get married, than to stay with us,” continued Pram.
“I love my mom very much. I can only let go of mama to the people I can trust and Bayu the right people. Moreover, he loves Kinar.”
“Didn't you look like a kid who took off his parents' responsibilities on someone else?” ask Kailla.
“Hahaha, my wife started to be a little smart and learned to be filial.”
“Huh.!” grunted Kailla with her arrogance.
“I really hope to bring mom to live with me, take care of mom with my own hands not just with my money.”
“Then?”
“Current conditions will allow you and your mom to stay home. Lucky for the husbands out there, not stuck in a situation like mine.”
“Honey, you want mom to stay with us?” kailla's asking is getting weak.
Pram.
“Mama just stay with them, but other than that I'm still in charge of mama. For our situation, it would be better for mama to stay with her son-in-law compared to her spoiled daughter-in-law, can't do anything about this,” Pram led, smiling.
“For your kindness and Mama's too,” continued Pram, scrambling Kailla's hair.
Kaila again pouted at her husband's words.
“Do not just pout. Remember what I said in front of my mom. Will make you a dream daughter-in-law.”
“Huh!” grunts Kailla, again she is reminded of the pink bag she left in the restaurant.
“Don't just be able to snort, my words were digested, put in here,” said Pram pointed at Kailla temple.
“Whatever you have to learn to be a good wife, after that you still have to learn to be a good mother to our children.”
“Is it that heavy?” ask Kailla.
“No, if you really love me, it won't be heavy,” said Pram.
“Is being a mother so hard, that I have to learn. Can't I be big without a mother.” Kailla said slowly.
“And this beautiful woman beside me is an example of a woman who was raised without the touch of a mother's affection, only great by the hands of men who are crazy for work. Hahaha.” Pram.
“Daddy used to really work hard. I remember having to do a lot of mischief just to be able to meet him. If you remain a good child, patiently waiting for his return at the door, daddy will not go home.” Kailla remembers her childhood.
“I still remember, I used to accidentally water the company file with a glass of milk in the workspace. After that whine at Donny contact daddy.”
Pram shook his head, remembering the mischief for the sake of the mischief his wife did as a child. The assistants in the house are already immune to Riadi's anger for neglecting to look after Kailla.
“And daddy went straight home right then and there. Even with grumbling and anger. But I'm happy.” Back Kailla told me.
“That's why I used to get scolded every time, I would just listen with a smile. Not afraid at all, I was taking off my miss on daddy.”
“Kai, I sometimes fear, my children will be as bad as you were as a child,” Pram said, smiling.
“I'm not naughty, I just want daddy to always be there when I need him. That's why I act every day.”
“Is it like every day having to go to school just between drivers and see friends getting whipped in the cheeks and forehead in front of the school gate by papa or mama.”
“Daddy never drove me to school at all.”
“And for that you acted, making Donny scolded. Because often take you late to school,” said Pram.
“Iya.. I remember, fighting and hitting my friend so daddy called to school. But I have to swallow disappointed. Not daddy, but always Om Pram coming.”
“I used to be sick every time, I was happy. If you are lucky, daddy will come home quickly to see me ,” Kailla said sadly.
Pram hears story after story of Kailla's childhood. It was not that she did not know how Riadi treated Kailla in the early days of Kailla's presence in her in-laws' life. It took many years, Riadi was only able to accept Kailla's presence.
Rania's mother, Kailla's mother, is not the woman Riadi loves. Kailla, is not the princess Riadi wanted at first. It took a long time and struggle, until the father-in-law could love Kailla wholeheartedly.
And in his old age, Riadi once admitted his regrets. Too often she wasted her daughter as a child. Lucky when he realized, it was not too late, he still had time to bestow his affection for Kailla, although he could not replace the childhood that had been missed.
And that's also one of the reasons Riadi didn't remarry. In addition to loving his late wife too much, he also did it for the sake of his daughter.
“I hope not to get a love letter from my son's teacher later. I have enough experience to take care of you first, Kai,” said Pram chuckled.
Pram's memory is still clear, coming to school to see Kailla's teacher. His mischievous girl was standing in a dirty red white uniform as she wrestled on the ground, wrestling with her male friend in the schoolyard.
And Kailla with a haughty face, stood up without crying at all, in contrast to the boy of her opponent who cried in fear until his snot came out.
Countless times, Pram had to apologize to the parents of the other students for Kailla's mischievous actions.
“But I was lucky to have you since birth,” Kailla said directly attacking her husband's lips brutally.
“If I really remarry, what will you do Kai?” pram asked, after Kailla took off her kiss.
“I will kill you and your young wife!” kailla.
“Do you, I am more afraid that you will cheat and leave me,” whispered Pram, clutching his wife's body.
“You're the best, honey. Even since childhood you didn't scold me when I acted,” Kailla said. Lean spoiled on Pram's shoulders.
“Because I know what it's like to have no one. My childhood was no better than yours. I know what it's like to have no backings, to not get the parents' affection. For that, I always spoil you. And finally...”.
“What's last?” kailla asked quickly, linking her fingers with her husband's fingers.
“And I finally got my own stone. What I planted, and I really reap now,” said Pram chuckled.
“My wife promised kebablasan!” continued Pram.
“Ahhhh!!” the typical Kaila grouse with pursed lips every Pram commented poorly on her.
“Be pregnant, Kai. After almost four years of struggling to melt the heart of the mother and ended in vain. But may mama not curse my offspring again,” said Pram, rubbing his wife's flat stomach.
“And I don't want our children to have the same childhood as us,” continued Pram.
